I always find good deals here for everyone in the family. NB Factory offers trendy shoes with current popular accent colors on the sneakers. Especially cute are the baby NBs.Some outlet stores are untidy, crowded and makes shopping a frustrating experience. Not here. The employees are always straightening shoe displays, boxes and making sure like shoes are in the right location. I would say that the prices here are considered outlet prices. Usually the special is buy one get one 50% off. This includes mix&match. I just bought shoes and a cool hat.Particularly, the shoes are fashionable and sturdy for youth athletes. Well made shoes and materials that last through running, water, jumping, and clumsy-prevention.Employees are helpful and it is evident that management take pride in customer service.

Service is awesome, nobody bothers you and when u need help,they right away there for you.I found my new brand for shoes and shirtsEverything fits perfectly.I am impressed by the comfortable quality of new balance shoes.I just donated my Nike shox all to some homeless guy ( my feet to wide,they just hurt after while..matter what Nike model or bigger size) Nike not comfortable for me.Also they ask for my email to open an rewards account.. I guess something good.

New Balance was my go-to shoe for foot health and style as well as the excellent customer service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Aside from the diminishing quality of the 990 series, which alone is sad evidence of the deterioration of the brand, the customer service is bottom of the barrel.For this large global brand, you’d expect that bespoke, we feel privileged to have you spend your hard earned dollars on our products type of vibe—heck, just the same service I get from most brands, even smaller scale ones would be a welcomed experience.Instead, when I returned a pair of 990v5’s (way too short and we’re my normal size)I received no email notification that a return had been started, no communication when they received my return, and no notification when my money would be returned.After several calls to customer service, a rep told me that she would expedite my return—it had already been 11 days since they’d received my return. I called the next day to check as I still hadn’t received any communication about the expedited process. I was told nothing could be done, tough it out. When I asked to speak to a manager, the rep told me I wasn’t allowed to speak with a manager about my return. This is not how you treat loyal customers who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand every year.Very disappointed and feel like my 30 years of loyalty mean absolutely zero to New Balance. Still waiting...

I used to love this store but they never ask for my email for me to earn rewards. No one walks to help especially since I dont know the new models. Out of the 3 years I lived in San Diego only 2 times I was asked for help. Today, I went and not surprised no one helped me when the store was completely empty. Once again when I was checking out, they did not ask for my email. This is the last time I am going to New Balance. As the quality of the products dropped, so did the customer service. I am switching to a new brand and will no longer wear New Balance.

I been coming here looking for the right shoes 👞for a while but they were always out. I finally found them!. Dianna helped me try many, many different pairs without makingme feel as if there was a limit on how many shoes one can try! She was so charismatic. It was very natural. She didnt make me feel like a costumer. She made me feel like a friend.

I bought the right size for my foot. I went to another store. Nobody had a weird size of shoes. The staff is knowledgeable and polite. Not only they find you the right size but also know the quality difference in their product line. My experience is a lot better than the niki outlet in the same plaza. Even though, I was looking to buy something under $50. I was happy to pay $80. Good job guys.

Easy place to shop

I love coming here, because this is the only store that has shoes that fits my boys feet. I like that the shoes comes in wide width! We always walk out with 2 pairs of shoes for both of my boys.

Horrible, horrible customer service!!! While shopping there, no one acted like they wanted to help me. Then when I called the next day looking for some shoes, the girl on the phone literally told me she didn’t have time to help me find the shoes in another store. The 99X series is too small. Only 990 993 and 998 bought two pairs of 990. The price is still very good.
