What do you see when you go to many grocery stores and the many targets well stocked safely displayed products that customers can come near . With many stores that take time in getting any departments stocked and displayed but there are ones that make messes all over the store .One of the many stores was Walmart at College Grove I see so many people that go and shop at I had found many things that shocked me . My shopping experience at Walmart it was very cold the many I had encountered there was no greeting just rudeness from entering the store .There was many workers that were wearing masks other stores I had were very welcoming and very friendly seeing many Isles that were not well kept and the many food not stocked or empty. Many Walmarts do take pride in stocking yet there were many open areas and the pallets and carts left out . Customer service at the location was very rude I found many of the workers had a great knowledge finding products there was a very cold welcome .During the pandemic is that Walmart would stock at night and the many pallets were cluttering the many depts some products that were left in grab boxes . There was several departments of the electronics that had big dump boxes of books which seemed very odd . As a reviewer there was many things the employees need to is customer service and helping the front for customers to get help checking out .

I pickup groceries here through the app all of the time and Its always a great experience. I just pull up pop the trunk and my groceries are loaded. Today I had Armando, he was very delicate with the groceries and made sure they were placed in the car how I wanted them and suggested to place the more delicate items (like eggs or bread) inside the car as not to crack or smash then during transit. I use to do this when I loaded my own groceries but never thought about it when just picking up.Exceptionally great service!!

Went for cat food didnt have want I was looking for 10lb bag . Other that that many check stands open, fast friendly

Self checkout was a breeze. Never thought that so convince to go grocery and house house items at one place. Produce and vegetables are always fresh and appealing. I tried online order and pick up was super easy.

Got a great deal on a microwave. Bought more than I intended but everything I needed. Even got 2 packs of there delicous crab cakes.

I went to buy one product and they didnt have it. I for sure thought Walmart would of had it in stock. Was disappointed.. they had the tag for it but no product. Left with a pair of jeans abviously paid for. Guy asking for receipts looked at me like he wanted to fight me. Didnt ask for receipt just started at me. Or maybe he liked me. Who knows.

Today it was quick and easy. Ran in and headed straight to the back where the items I came to get are. On the way down I found corned beef on sale for 98 cents a pound!! Bought one. Got what I needed and went to the makeup area, picked out some items and paid for everything right there. Not too crowded. Place seemed clean. Used gift cards, so it was a very inexpensive shopping trip.

Stock levels low or out of many popular food items, like most WalMarts now.

Always a good one-stop shop at great prices. Most clerks are helpful but a few are just in for the paycheck.

I love this store and find everything I need in produce, meat, grocery and dairy as well as apparel, toys and garden. Just the right size but the checkout lines run long.

Literally been waiting for about an hour now for someone to help with an aisle. Took more than 20 for someone to arrive and when they did their keys gave no access. Left and came back and again the same issue. Almost an hour later, someone else shows up to help him all to say that the doors did not open to that cabinet, that it was broken and they needed to go to the back stock to search for the product. Ridiculous !! Maybe hire workers to specifically help out with opening doors. Nobody ever shows up ! Theres about 3 other customers waiting to be helped too at this point.

I love shopping here. Great value. Great prices. Nice and clean. Great Staff.

Bobbing and weaving around pallettes of products while trying to shop is awful. Maybe if Walmart cared about their customers or employees theyd give more night hours and allow employees to stock shelves without customers in the store.

You can ask where something is and you will get gestured in the general direction... best of luck! Aside from that, clean, nice, and the ladies on the door were very pleasant!

September 2021This was a first-time visit for me at this Walmart and it wont be the last. I found everything I needed sometimes with a cheery team member who took me to the product I was looking for when I didnt find it on my own. I really liked the fact that there was a good selection of each item with a range of prices. I found a computer bag at a great price along with some sleepwear. Its a nice Walmart touch, to have a Greeter with a big smile welcome you to the store And there is self checkout if you prefer that option. I didnt wait long to find an open stand because there is a team member directing you to them as they open. Good job Walmart to the Management staff and team members.Jacqueline Brown

Went there to get some sandwiches. Great selection. They now have many self checkouts so it goes much faster.

Not much on the food shelves. Lots of empty cardboard boxes Clothing section was clean and organized.

I didnt find what I wanted. They had (1) espresso machine and I tried it before and didnt like it. The store was good

DO NOT USE THEIR PHARMACY. Their prescription cost from the manufacturing is ridiculous. They tried to charge me $400 for a medication I’ve gotten from other pharmacies for $5. I asked if it’s because my insurance doesn’t cover it. They said that it is covered but my copay is $400, bc the medication is $1000. When I explained that very kindly, yet concerned, that I’ve never had a copay greater than $10 and asked why, I was told to go back to my previous pharmacy bc they must be getting the medication at a much lower price. I researched the cash price of the medication directly from the manufacturer, it’s only $90. Not the technicians fault, but I am extremely disheartened with Walmart. What if I didn’t know any better or didnt have the means to advocate for myself? What if I didn’t have access to a different pharmacy? Very sad, Walmart.

This is a complaint about walmart in general and their practices, vs this particular store. I had made an on-line purchase that took months for me to get. I received notice that it had come in and i had until 9/14 to pick it up. Yesterday on the 11th, i received notice again that the purchase had been refunded and my item was no longer available. That is terrible business practice and i will never make an on-line purchase for pick-up through walmart again. Terrible business practice Walmart, you cannot be trusted.

For being a huge store and company there are only 2 disabled motorized carts me and my mom along with 4 other people waited for 35 minutes to be able to use one, finally my mom just tried to walk and get around the store and almost calapsed thank God there was a bench by the pharmacy so she could sit down, this store and all other Wal-Marts should make sure they have enough motorized carts for the disabled its ridiculous especially when its one of the most biggest companies nationwide and the carts are a tax write off... its shameful.

Easy to get prescription filled within 10 mins. And out the door by 9:15am. Helpful staff when asked questions. Thank you.

Not as good as other super center Walmart stores. Theres almost no selection in the clothing department, very unhelpful employees and long lines at the checkout.

Beautiful store, but we were stuck in line for a while because they decided to count the registers money instead of closing line then doing it. After we still had to wait because we were buying liquor and the young man at register was under age. Why dont they put under age personell on register were no alcohol is sold so we dont have to wait for them to get their stuff straight. Long wait..no good..

Dalton is great employee he helps you out to your car when he sees your in wheelchair and ask how was the shopping trip. Funny he sees you before you see him lol.One of the assistant managers needs some work forgot her name works mostly at customer service counter wears glasses.But other than that overall this my favorite Walmart in San Diego county !

Waiting to get a paint asked 4 people that worked my son went to the computer area to ask but they did not have the key and had to wait 15 minutes.

The pharmacy staff can be very rude at times, and that pertains to ALL LEVELS of the pharmacy employees, [cashiers, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacists]. if you have to ask for assistance from a Pharmacist, they would much rather avoid you, or give you so attitude that you want to avoid them. When I requested to speak with a pharmacist, after not being able to obtain the answers from whom I had just spoken with, I would then be placed on HOLD UNTIL: they picked up the phone again, i was hung up on, or i had no other choice but to end the call myself.

Dalton was very helpful with loading my groceries in the truck of my car. While my 1yr son was sleep on my shoulder.. Dalton approached me in the parking lot and offered his assistance.. extremely great guy for that.. I guess there are still nice associates that work for Walmart vs the judgmental discrimination worker you have that only are only there for a paycheck.. yall need more grateful employees who actually care like Dalton.. thanks dude

Its very busy as is all Walmarts are, they are one the best stores as far as having their shelves stocked and being organized. Could use a little attention on the response time of the locked goods (i.e. paints, oil, baby formula)

The self check out is great. There is space to unload your cart and scan items while bagging. Help is always quick to respond if needed. Store is well stocked and kept decently organized. Social distancing recommendations are followed

This Walmart has it all, from groceries to electronics. It really depends on what time of the day you go here, itll either be busy and full of people and college kids, or dead with no lines. I have no complaints here.

To be honest that Walmart leaves a lot to be desired... small selection of products, and usually out of stock. Also the late shift staff are usual disgruntled and irritatated... there are times they are shutting down their respective checkouts and see you standing there awaiting checkout.. but refuse to inform you till you waited the line out only to be told... they served the last customer before you.. definitely not ok..

This store is really close to our house.Their prices are good.They carry food,clothing,crafting materials, toys, ect.But this store has the least friendliness staff of any store. Most of the employees have never known where to find an item I was looking for, and to many times I was told they didn’t carry the item. After the first time this happened I started looking around the whole store and found the item just not in an area you thought it would be in.Not all the checkers treat everyone equally either, nice to some people and very rude to others.This is very unprofessional.If it wasn’t for the prices being good I would not shop at Walmart ever.

This Walmart is by far one of the worst in San Diego. They never have in stock the one item I may be shopping for. I only stopped in after shopping at Sams club. My go to Walmart in San Diego is Grossmont or the Eastlake locations.

No one knows where items located at. 3 workers gave me misinformation. No help offered or given. Dont have rails, towel racks surprised me!! Just too much walking searching for items or for help as needed for outside umbrellas... I can see why its harder for elderly there!

I dont like coming to this Walmart. The people that work there doesnt have customer service skills. I stop coming here 5-6 yrs ago. The only reason I was there was to pick up something I ordered online. And I dont know how my location changed because my pickup is usually at the Hst location.The workers still will not ask if youve been helped. I had to raise my voice to get someones attention to get someone to help.

Pickup service manager had a real nasty attitude. So i wont be doing anymore shopping there. Hèr attitude really should be addressed she was on at morning time. Otherwise a couple mistakes were made that I need corrected that will determine if I will continue pick up service.

Grace at the scan and go isles have 0 customer service. When asked to find a scan bar for an item that did not have one, she said I just didn’t have to buy the item and took it away. It’s bad enough you’re having ppl scan their own items at least have helpful staff!!!!
