I would give more stars if I could. Im local and this place is ALWAYS busy, but even under staffed they are fast and very friendly service. Never do they rush me or make me feel like Im wasting their time. Every drink or food is delicious and made to order. 5 star service always! Thank you!

They have great coffee only thing is the lines are way to long. But there was a friendly young man who started up a conversation with me while I waited at the window for my order to be done. Which I thought was very personable and made waiting more pleasant. Keep up the good work.

Honestly dont care for Starbucks, but I can only drink cold brew as it is less acidic.. after trying4 other coffee aces in town and not finding cold brew, I gave in and sat on line for 30 minutes. The lobby was closed... cold brew was so so, employees were very friendly, though. Still, wish the lobby had been opened... oh, and they closed at 2.

Great service nice owner, met me at the door since Im on motorcycle and took my order. Sitting area outside to enjoy your food and drink while admiring other motorcycles as they pass.

The millennials that work here are rude and unengaging. They don’t seem to care when they mess your order up. Little do they know, I’m good friends with a corporate executive at Starbucks and they will be visited by their district manager and spoken with about how to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Brittany is the worst manager there. Very rude and dismissive.

Friendly staff who were interested in learning more about me. Drinks were perfectly made and we enjoyed a nice visit on the patio. As we visited, staff cleaned door handles and edges and other frequently handled objects. It was great to see that expectations were being followed. Well done!

As I’ve already told corporate, this store is damaging the company’s brand and should be closed. No staff. No mobile order. Most days there is no lobby service. People wait in a single drive-thru line, backed up onto the street for up to 45 minutes. Don’t tell me it’s the governor’s fault. I’ve been to other stores in the state and they are operating just fine.

Im usually often here a few hours before close and the closing crew is awesome! I tend to get food often which I know can disrupt the drink process but they never seem to mind, and theyre always super nice. Its always packed when I go, so I hope theyre not working themselves too hard. Tip your baristas! ❤️

If your out of something put a sign up in front before you go thru the drive thru. It sucks enough that you have to wait in a long line just to get to the speaker and order and find out their out of hazelnut so they can’t make your coffee. Now you still have to wait in line to get out cause there is no other way out. This is not the first time this has happened.

The wait sucks but thats not on them we get a lot of tourists here. The workers are always friendly and doing their best despite being shorthanded.

Went this morning. After waiting 20 minutes for my order several people who came after me got their foofoo drinks. I had ordered a simple Americana. The young lady told me they would get to me when they had time. Walked out and wont go back.

The only Starbucks I have ever been to that will not leave ice out of their drinks! Really!!

They got my order wrong 3 times, took over 45 minutes to get the first wrong one out, behind the counter they were just having nice conversations with each other like they were on vacation!

Over all this Starbucks is advice average for the brand of Seattle style bistros. Positives- Walk-ins welcome, always ready when I arrive, they carry most of the starbucks specialty itemsNegatives- they run out of food and Beverage items quite often.

The workers moved as quickly as possible. They were pretty busy, but our order was done quickly and correctly. The baristas were friendly. I would definitely come to this location again!

Love the staff here. The waits are sometimes long but the customer service is worth the wait.

1st Time Getting Starbucks n It Was A Great Experience!!

Today they had drive up only open and no order ahead. The drive up lane was out to the road it was very busy. The process to get my drinks was 40 min from waiting in the road to ordering and getting my drinks. Some customers seemed impatient. The staff was super friendly, respectful, responsive and curious. The girl taking my order was upbeat and friendly, I cant imagine the day is easy for staff. As someone in the customer service industry during covid and many restrictions, i understand how awful customers are to people. I truly believe these employees are doing a fantastic job and I would happily want them on my staff. Keep up the beautiful positive attitude and friendly service.

These people are the best! Even though sometimes they give me a coffee frap instead of espresso. Thats fine. Thats what the quad is for. Too bad we cant get order here most of the time because Texans swarm the place like a bad infestation. There are so many places to get *artisan* coffees here. I will never understand why these folks drive all the way to Ruidoso to get the same thing offered everywhere else.

The service at this location has been poor to average in the past. Now it’s awful. Supposedly, due to lack of staffing, the mobile order is off, the lobby is closed and the average wait time in the drive through is 25 minutes. Additionally, they have screwed up our last 3 orders.

Well let’s see, where do I begin? The manager is not a nice, let alone, professional, person. The employees there are not either. We had “Cookie” tell us that we were “playing the system” when we were ordering the same drinks we have ALWAYS ordered. They say it is a Frappuccino because it’s double blended which, according to their district manager, is not true. We have spoken to their district manager a few times. I feel there is retaliation for speaking to him.I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks to anyone. They are lucky my boyfriend and I love Starbucks and still give them our business. However, we have been moving towards Zocca coffee here in town (Ruidoso, NM). A much better service!

The dragon fruit drink is Excellent

This location was very quick and our order was perfect! Only problem I had, was the person behind the counter wanted to critic, my wife a little for wanting a pupchino for our French Bulldog. Telling her they are bad for them! Well so is Most of the Stuff Starbucks sells but dont hear them telling me to not purchase there products! Im okay with everyone having a opinion but if your a employee at your job keep it to yourself! You get paid to do a job not critic the customer . We all intake stuff that isnt the best for us. We are on vaction. Thats the 3rd pupchino our dog has ever had! He will be fine!

The staff here is friendly but unfortunately the products are mediocre. I order the same thing every day, and every day it tastes different. It’s just a cup of coffee, and half the time it’s not even hot. I’ve addressed the issue with management but nothing ever changes. Disappointing because when the coffee is good, it’s damn good. Just wish I didn’t have to cross my fingers every morning and hope that it’s going to be good🤦🏻‍♂️

Pretty upset because today’s Starbucks holiday drink day and I called yesterday they said they would give you as many reusable cups as you buy drinks she flat out told me if I buy 16 I’ll get 16 cups. Of course when I get there the lady at the window says sorry you only get one so $16 dollars later I only have 1 cup. So needless to say I’m a bit disappointed.

Stopped on our way home. Big disappointment the drinks were nothing like they were supposed to taste. We didnt even drink them.

I was very disappointed to see the staff wearing their masks wrong. If it isn’t covering your nose as well as your mouth than what’s the point. I know they are a nuisance, but if you can’t handle wearing a mask correctly you endanger our entire community and the hundreds that visit your coffee shop each week. Be better.

They are amazing, they always come through with there food and drinks, it is delicious and satisfying, cant wait to go there again, and the worker named Lisa is amazing, shes a hard worker you should give her a raise

I ordered a vanilla bean coconut milk latte and boy did they go overboard on the vanilla bean powder. I couldn’t even drink it because of how bad it tasted. I drove back and let the guy at the drive thru know, he was very nice about it, refunded my money so I could change my order. Very nice people.

I ordered beforehand. Got there and my order was lost and not ready. They were out of 2 of the 3 drinks I ordered. I got to the pickup window and the lady said I am confused with your order, it was lost. So here and gave me 3 different drinks

One of the baristas, who was making drinks had a mask on, but had it pulled down under their chin so it was doing nothing. But the person working the register had one on correctly at least.

I ordered a refresher drink but they were out of berries and didn’t let me know. Finally after a wait of almost 30 minutes I got a pale yellow weird looking drink. They didn’t have the courtesy to ask if I wanted to replace my drink. Drink was fine tasting.

Good coffee shop in Ruidoso, but they kept getting our order wrong three out of four times. Kind of plain and simple, but with the traditional servings. Store is pretty clean and service is decent, not great. They didnt apologize for the wrong orders nor did they say thank you.

20201006Arrived here mid afternoon and found the store still not allowing inside dining. I took my coffee, returned to my van to look on my computer to find the next S-bucks on my annual journey from the Puget Sound area of Washington to the south coast of Texas.I end up driving to Roswell and stopping at the S-bucks on Main street to dine inside.

The few times Ive been here have been great, other than them messing up my boyfriends tea. But my coffee was good. They were quick and efficient. Drive thru times were a little slow for my liking though.

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever visited! There were 3 people in front of us in line and it took over 30 minutes to get or coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The last behind me with her three kids received her order before us. Not sure what the lady responsible for heating the sandwiches was doing, but they should work on another system to get things out quicker to customers.

It’s your typical starbucks when it comes to food and drinks. BUT what makes it one star is the poor customer service. Yesterday, it took 30 minutes to go through the drive thru (5-6 cars). Today, we tried ordering ahead and picking it up. While the app said 10-13 min, it took nearly 40 and while we were waiting inside, a lady had a full meltdown about her 8 sandwiches being completely wrong. And so she ensued a yelling spell with the workers. Oh. and we never even got our full order.Word of advice- while in Ruidoso, go local.

Good service, not crowded, and mellow atmosphere. A great place to relax. I highly recommend the Very Berry Hibiscus, ITS AWESOME!

Quiet peaceful environment. Enjoyed my tea with no tension or rush. They were quick and really friendly. The woman who was working really needs to pick up the chairs instead of dragging them so loudly.

Such slow service never have anything to make drimks then order basic coffee always out so have to wait to long for coffee lines are always long. Went 3days in a row non holiday weekend so not sure why they are out of stuff to make coffee and drink trays along with never have pots made ready togo.

I love my coffee in the morning! They did great… However the drive-through is the absolute lowest I have ever seen. I have been in multiple cities and I have never seen a Starbucks take your order food order and make you wait to do a drink order while helping the next person in front. It’s frustrating a few. I’m used to placing my order fast driving forward and getting everything quickly.

Best baristas! I hit the drive thru and don’t even have to tell them why I’m there. I simply get a “Hi Kelly! Pull up. We have your order.” Love the friendly staff. Starbucks has had some bad press among the Law Enforcement community as of late, but Ruidoso Starbucks always takes care of us!

These guys know how to throw together a venti mocha frap with whole whip and a double shot of espresso. I get exactly what I want every time quickly and every person whos served us has been fantastic. Ive been to innumerable Starbucks over the years and only one in San Angelo, TX meets my needs like this one has.
