I absolutely love this place! Its conveniently located, has terrific food and service and is fast! They also post their specials on Facebook often so you can drop in when you see something great. Yesterday they had both chicken and beef tacos. I opted for beef and they were delicious. It was also a nice enough day to sit outside with my dog. Inside the decor is very rustic yet homey and theres fun shopping as well. I highly recommend Halo!

Great breakfast spot in Ruidoso. Very friendly family owned service. The cafe shop is clean and cute! Plenty of spots to sit and relax and enjoy your coffee or read a book. I love that they offer low carb options like a breakfast burrito bowl and a Keto Latte!!

Yesterday, my boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time before work. We went to the counter and the 2 ladies in the kitchen both saw us and ignored us for a full 5 minutes. Not even a greeting. When we were able to order, we each ordered a bagel and cream cheese. It took us 30 minutes to get those bagels. We even told them 20 minutes in, not to worry about toasting them anymore because we needed to leave to get to work. After we finally got them 10 minutes after that, we voiced our frustration and told them we most likely wont be back and the girl laughed. So, for the record, we DEFINITELY wont be back. We just moved here and have been looking for a place to buy a bagel for breakfast. Were sorely disappointed in the service there. If it had been great, we would have been in several times a week. We were also late to work because of it. So thanks for that.

I sat downstairs while it was raining and had a sandwich, the view was pretty you can see forest and cars drive by. For some reason there always seems to be deer and elk right outside the window. The sandwich was really big and really good. I would highly recommend this café.

Very irritated today. I love Halo normally, but I went in to get a sandwich and soup at 230 and the gentleman informed me that the kitchen was closed even though they advertised the special until 3:00

This was a clean, attractive and friendly place. My coconut latte was Hot and tasty, and I felt the cup was a pretty good value for the price. The restrooms were very clean, which was nice, and it was quiet. My only comment is that they should mention that they do charge for water just like a soda. Never in my life have I paid $2.50 for a cup of tapwater before, but never have I paid for ordering A cup of water with my coffee

Food is delicious! Had the Biker BLT on sourdough bread and pasta salad, hubs had the Diamond on sourdough and chips; sweet coconut iced tea, peach iced tea. A gem in Ruidoso!

My girlfriend and i have been here a total of 6 times and were only able to buy coffee twice.... although, i will give it 3 stars because the coffee is good and the people are friendly enough, however they always seem to be closed for something or for some reason. Its extremely disappointing. Just recently we went to try their boba teas only to find out they only serve boba on Fridays and Saturdays (??). So that following Saturday we try for boba again... CLOSED. We were disappointed and pretty annoyed. Why have a business if youre never open?

I had the crème brulee milk tea the tea it self was very sweet but it wasnt terrible. The issue I had was with the bulba it was chewy like chewing on candle wax it wasnt soft and squishy like bulba is suppose to be.

Baked potato was delish! And filling!
