OMG the staff is super Awesome. All were very friendly but Big hugs to Jose that went the extra mile and his partner to make sure we got the best deals. They beat the lowest prices on the internet if it were the same brand.If they dont have something you want and you have a photo they will locate it or something close to it.The door says no credit check.On special orders you have to put something down on it to.Oh yes, they dont follow you around. They introduce themselves ask it you need their assistance and what your seeking and point you in the right direction and to just ask if help is needed.Great value and savings.This just may be your one stop shop.

I love this story! Great QUALITY pieces of furniture which you would find at other big name brand stores where u would pay EXPENSIVELY for furniture.They have at this location a huge electric couch set that I saw at another furniture store that begins with the letter A. Same couch but at least a $1000 dollars cheaper and yes $1000 cheaper....

Reasonable prices, beautiful furniture, good services, parking accessible for handicap, clean restrooms, building needs some renovation, but overall good furniture.

I went in looked around at some furniture and didnt really find anything I liked, until they showed us more of their stuff online. Of course, everything we liked would have to be ordered since it was not out on the floor or in the warehouse. After waiting approximately 3 months finally got furniture in and delivered home. Delivery guys were great, super careful and pleasant. However after a week one of my chairs broke. Called to ask about warranty on the furniture and was told it could be repaired but only this time around. Set it up, got it ordered and eventually received a call saying part was in and would be sent out the next day after deliveries to repair said chair. Nobody ever showed and when I tried to call about it again, was told I could pick up the part myself.

Visited the store looking for bedroom sets and not one employee ever greeted us or asked if we needed help (we were there for about 30 mins). I walked up to the lady at the front and she said she would be with us in 5 mins, we walked around and waited for her and she walked right past us to another customer! The other employees were all on their phones! Never will I return to this store. Im taking my business elsewhere.

They raised the prices on their furniture.....a few months ago I tried to purchase a bed set the total cost would have been 1100, today I went back in and for the same bed its 1900 !!!!! And its on sale? Smh at least she was polite as she tried to hustle me

Prices are competitive. They have a HUGE selection and are straight up and forward with you. They dont try and get the sale because they have it with thier prices. Really like it.

Not my type of furniture... over stuffed, plush, oversized. A little bit of a high pressure sales feel to it too.

I ordered a canopy bed and they Inclosed a normal bed. I PAID for a canopy bed this place is horrible how they treat their customer

Customer service was awesome!! They had what we wanted/ needed and even ended up buying more then we went for and are very pleased!! They worked us great deals and worked on the prices for us also!! Recommend them?!?? In a heartbeat​, and I always tell ppl were we got our sons bed and our head and foot board.

I liked the prices and the pride the employees bring. However they are badly needing a new location or a total building remodel. More than once I saw water damage to the ceiling or foundation problems in the walls. Very unprofessional appearance.

If I could, I would give this place -5 stars!! Buyer beware! Dont be fooled about easy financing because nothing has been easy! I bought a bed, just the mattress and box springs, and when my son went to pick it up, they had charged me for bed rails, which I DID NOT ask for! My son did not know this so he brought the rails home. When I called Furniture Liquidators to talk to them about this, I was told they could only give me store credit! Ive only had the bed a month and its already starting to sag and it wasnt a cheap bed! Unless you pay them cash right then and there, you are at the mercy of a leasing company...even if youre doing 90 days same as cash. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere!

The staff seems to have difficulty with knowledge of their product, if they have it in stock or if the product has been discontinued. We waited a month for our couch we paid for in full 1300$. We still didn’t receive. We then had to settle for the wrong color. And honestly, the quality of the couch was poor. They did give us money back (at alleged cost price). We had the couch for 2 months and the frame started to warp. When I called them, I was told since I got it at cost, there was no warranty or anything they would do. So, in short, BUYER BEWARE. It appears as if they sell Ashley’s slightly less than perfect product.

Yeah we’re going on a full month too waiting on bedroom furniture.,& went through the holidays with this inconvenience.,had I known this in advance would’ve been real nice to receive this bedroom set at a discounted price due to one inconvenience to another, with damaged merchandise & messed up dates,to when we were supposed to receive our peices”...Be sure to work out a worthwhile discount before purchases.,because once purchased all they say is they have nothing to do with the merchants😳but they sure have plenty to do with the inconvenience.,I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO RATE THIS ONE STAR”.
