We ordered a mattress and given a delivery date by our salesman. Prior to the delivery, we were advised the mattress was unavailable and the delivery date would be a week late. I was irate and contacted the Roswell store and spoke to the manager (Charlie).He was wonderful and offered an alternative mattress with a relatively quick delivery. I have serious back issues and so appreciate Charlie’s calm demeanor, knowledge and excellent customer service!!! Firstly I like Mattress Firm and Katherine at Roswell was very nice and great at her job. The reason for not giving it more than 4 stars though is that I’d already purchased 3 mattresses and was emailed a store credit to purchase additions, of which I wanted to buy some cooling pillows. Katherine wasn’t able to sell me them due to lack of stock and not likely to get any more, anytime soon, so with the deadline of my store credit looming, I had to buy mattress protectors instead, to at least use the credit.Katherine was exceptional, but she was unfortunately limited in what she could sell. I saw a sign that said $8 body pillow and went in to inquire, the clerk gladly helped me, they were sold out but offered to check other stores for me and they had them at the warehouse and she asked if I would like to pick one up there tmmrw and I did and she even printed me out directions to the warehouse. Processed my transaction, and handed me my receipt and directions. I was very pleased that if they are this way for an $8 body pillow I can only imagine how they are with a premium mattress purchase.

Best mattress-buying experience Ive ever had!! I told my salesperson, Lisa, who is also the store manager, what I had been sleeping on for the past 10 years and she knew exactly what I needed! I tried out 4 mattresses, but the first one she pointed to was indeed the perfect mattress for me. I had to reschedule delivery at the last minute as well. I was in a panic and Lisa was super calm & cool and rescheduled my delivery for the very next day without any fees. I will highly recommend this particular store and Lisa.
