Our visit to Matress Firm was great. we had stopped just to gather information on pricing and options but were able To take advantage of a sale. The price protection policy really took the risk out of buying now. And the gentleman helping us was great. No pressure and very knowledgeable.

I bought a mattress and another product. I felt pressured to purchase the mattress I purchased but that wasnt the issue. It was the other product I bought that never got delivered. I had the hardest time trying to get customer service on the non delivered item. Couldnt get a manage to call nor a reply from a customer service complaint. Over all not a good experience with Mattress Firm will never use them again.

3 year old matress from this brand. The center of the matress is noticeable higher than the sides my wife an I sleep on. Rolling over is literally uphill. They tell me its normal and isnt covered by the warranty.
