Helpful service to a degree. Purchased a light bulb, wiper blades, & an air freshener for my sons car. The sign on the window said free wiper installation but I wasnt asked if I needed assistance with that. Maybe they were too short staffed, they only install certain brands for free, or the gentleman didnt know how to install them. Whatever the reason, not really big deal. I will still shop at Advanced for certain automotive needs.

Placed an online order for in store pickup. Order was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes. The next day, they call me and tell me that the filter I ordered was not in stock. So it took 15 hours for them to realize that they didnt have the part I ordered in stock. I would not order from Advance ever again.

The customer service at this location is above and beyond. Josh and Dino are knowledgeable, down to earth and really care about giving the customer a long term solution to their problems not just slapping a band aid on a Gun shot wound and calling it good as new. I’ll be coming back to this location specifically for the service I received here!

Really not happy with the customer service at this location. I wanted to walk right out as soon as I walked in but I really needed to get a part changed on my car. It was like I was a complete inconvenience to the worker there. Will never go back here or recommend this place. AutoZone is way better and nicer to customers who need help.

I was running around looking for a new car battery and Autozone pretty much did nothing for me. However, i decided to try advanced auto parts and I called and spoke with Deno and he was a great help with recommending what car battery I should get as well as installing it. Even though it was a pretty busy store, he managed to get my new battery in with no issues! Will definitely come back for future car needs

I went to this location by mistake, having called ahead about a part I required. Boy, am I glad I did!They knew about my vehicle, knew is was a European model and directed me to the original part I was looking for (OEM Dipstick). They had educated me about this vehicle and origins, and although they found the correct part number, they didnt have one in stock.After some consideration and research, they directed me to the Universal, taught me where to measure and set the cap and so far, the part has worked out well.If I am ever in the need for anything vehicular, I will be certain to come back to this location.

I have a business account with this store.Its really hard to do business for myself when another business fails to perform. Its very unfortunate that my colleagues and I have dealt with so much BS from this particular store. Customer service is mediocre at best. Between the New Jersey bomber and his attitude towards customers to other employees complete lack of simple automotive knowledge behind the counter, Its pretty rough. Hopefully the Regional manager will perform a talent check at this store soon.

Unable to find my part that was paid for and ordered online the night before. I ordered it online because it said the part was in stock and ready for pick up the following morning after 20 minutes of waiting they were unsuccessful in locating this part I asked for a refund and walked out the door.

The woman at this location. A Latina. Northern accent. She’s been at this location for a while. She is on point!! I would trust anything that comes out her mouth. Every part I’ve ordered and any advice she’s given on my car had been 1000% correct. Hands down. I guess most of the positive reviews are either very old or fake, because this store service has been going downwards for the last two years.A few days ago after having problems with a car battery purchased from Advance auto I went to have it tested and the guy who assist me (Deno) with a bad attitude refuse to test it stating that the battery should be good because it was purchased less than 2 years ago . After insisting for a test he sigh very rudely and went out with what it seemed like a dollar store multi-meter and said the battery is fine. Not happy with his test I decided to go to Oreilly down the street for a second opinion. At Oreilly a friendly representative went with a machine to test my battery and in front of me show the test results where clearly states bad battery. Thinking it could be a fluke I decided to pass by Autozone for a test as well and got the same result as Oreilly. The next day I went to Advance auto again and for my bad luck got the same guy (Deno) with the same bad attitude and told me he cannot replace the battery until I make some kind of special maintenance he was offering to do at my home!. I refuse his service and ask for another test. He told me he can do it but I have to wait 45 min to have the test, I left the battery and came back an hour later, to my surprised he supposedly performed the test 5 minutes after I left the store and give me the results saying it was good!.I gave up and went to Oreilly and got a new battery.

An amazing experience! Yesterday my alternator stopped working. I was very frustrated because, I had many things going on. I called Advance and spoke with Brooke. She was very pathetic and confidently told me that we were going to work it out, and she did in a big way. She not only found the best price on an alternator and had it transferred to her store within an hour, she also found my new best mechanic nearby to install the alternator. Everything was resolved in a couple of hours and I was on my way down the road. I now be doing all of my auto parts shopping at this location. Everyone/company should take a fundamental lesson from my friend Brooke and, do unto others as you would have them do to them.

UPDATE : Customer service did attempt to contract me. When I called back, the rep didnt know what the other rep wanted. That was that...I bought a replacement headlight, but when I got to my mechanic, he had a lightbulb & put it in for me. I go to return this headlight with my receipt 2 days later, the cashier said I switched it out for a cheaper headlight bulb that my car didnt take/used. He was going to refund my purchase for $5 less then what I paid. I told him, I didnt go to the shelf to get the bulb myself. Their clerk looked it up in the system, just as he did, & she got the wrong bulb but rang me up for the bulb the system stated. He remained adamant that he was going to refund the money for the bulb I gave to him until I asked for the mgr & said that Id have the video & inventory records pulled since they have cameras on the registers. The mgr, over his shoulder, told the man to give me back my money. They dont have to worry about this argument with me again. Too many other parts stores to go to

Went to advance auto to get a alternator and they told me over the phone that they had my brand and model in stock which they didn’t but, Emanuel took great care of me he was polite through the whole process and showed great customer service towards me . If I had to come back to that store I will always look for him !

I bought a new battery for my vehicle Buick Verano 2013 online after pick up I return to my house (for my husband)to install the new battery detail my husband works with an Auto parts Company (that means he knows what hes doing), we return to Roswell location store explain the problem and wanted to exchange the battery since that one was not good Anthony was very polite told us they were there to help us but keep saying the battery was good but my car wasnt working he insisted try again we tried one more time than it didnt work yet. Not happy I called the Auto parts customers service I talked to Shanton on the phone she said you can go back in a different store and exchange or ask for your refund since Roswell location only had 1 type of my battery We got the car went to Alpharetta Auto parts Trent was very polite and gave an idea to charge more the battery since the voltage was low( that was the message from my car) we waited 30 minutes until the battery gets more charge ok no problem fingers crossed that this time it will work no it didnt I am going back there tomorrow and I will ask for my refund they dont seem to be acceptable to exchange the battery or offers my refund the guy there even told in front of me he didnt want to get a red flag I didnt say anything but I was thinking to myself coming from a customer service background Customers are always right and one more time you are looking to yourself not for the customers Oh well I learned my lesson And tomorrow will be the last time that I will enter that store I wont shop there anymore .

Went in for spark plugs. Gal behind the counter was knowledgeable enough to know gap and widen or push down, depending on which plug. Two choices in stock, different off the line default gaps.She may have learned that these have almost needle thin diameter electrodes compared to the typical Champions encountered in say a 4.0L inline 6, or 5.0L V8s of the Jeep variety.And I wonder if the requires less Voltage” but makes a larger or hotter spark, I read somewhere is just marketing hype, or a report of facts that result in noticeable advantages in practice.Better spark yet less peak Voltage ? is a curious concept. Will have to see about that for fun.Back to this store- it is well organized, clean, and you can enjoy live music from the bar and grill next door on Friday evenings. No trash did I see in the parking lot. The waste receptacles outside were not overflowing, the store is clean- and for an auto parts store, pristine in terms the cleanliness.Open til 9 is great as well.Great store and the people behind the counter make it so.The people behind the counter at this store

This is my local auto shop, nothing but good things to say about this place. Staff are always polite, welcoming and willing to help. Even when Ive gone in there for advice, or help taking my tail light housing off and not bought anything theyve always been willing and able. Wish more places were like this.

Gave me the wrong part twice in a row, and the wrong receipt, wouldnt answer phone. Finally went to the Alpharetta location and they tried to call the store to figure out the receipt problem and no one picked up, twice. The manager at the Alpharetta store just handed me the new and correct parts I needed and said she would handle the receipt problem from there. So Alpharetta gets a 5 star in my book
