I had taken in my 2013 Subaru BRZ, with a custom body kit to have some repairs done. I had told them about the body kit being custom many times before I even had taken in the car, they even had images of the vehicle before they started work on it. They told me they would have no issues completing work on the vehicle and I should have it back within a week.Well today is the 6th day, and I receive a very discerning call, they contact me to tell me that after they had removed the back bumper, they had realized it was a custom body kit. Keep in mind, I had told them many times before this. I was told the vehicle was in the paint shop yesterday, but it seems all they have done in 6 days was take off the back bumper and realize that the vehicle had a custom body kit.They also went on to tell me, that they might end up doing more damage, then repair if they even attempt to repair the back bumper. Along with this, they had told me many times when I would call for an update that they would call me back the following day with information, but all these times I would end up having to call back to receive any information regarding my inquiry.If you have anything other then stock parts on your vehicle, and even then, I would highly suggest not even giving them the light of day to complete any work on your vehicle. Do not even give them a call.Edit: Along with another users, I can not stress the fact that even after contacting Google, I am not able to leave a review lower than a star. :(

Anyone that knows me, knows how much I love my Honda Accord. So, when my vehicle was involved in a hit and run, it was devastating to me. Desert Sun Collision Center in Roswell, NM was highly recommend. They took such good care of me. They helped with with the insurance claim and got my vehicle in right away. The repairs were absolutely flawless. The paint was a perfect match. You could not tell whatsoever, that any damage had ever been done to my vehicle. They also detailed my car, so when I picked it up… it looked better than when I dropped it off. I would also like to say that Travis Hicks went out of his way to make sure I was very well taken care of. Thank you Desert Sun Collision Center!

Stopped in here on a road trip because the crazy wind had blown open our passenger side door breaking a hinge and putting the door off track. I had contacted their other mechanic office (via text which was super helpful!) and they got back to me immediately and directed me to their collision center. We went there and the mechanic (I wish I had caught his name because he was great!) helped us to get the door in working order and back on track within 15 minutes so we could finish our road trip safely and without the loud wind rushing in. These guys were friendly, helpful, super quick and I would highly recommend them!

Stopped by to get a estimate. The lady that give me the estimate showed me she knew what she was talking about. I was impressed.

This place has horrible service the work they did on my truck paint job horrible hood not put on right tail gate they left glue on it and rear sliding window dont work they left there dirty hand prints on the interior the roof on my truck echos when you shut the doors now door seals I hear air leak I think I like it better before I took it to them there quick to get you out the door so you dont see all there mistakes

This is the worst place ever!!! They were suppose to be done our vehicle two weeks ago and its still in the shop and its been two months!!! They are terrible with telling the truth and you have to call them when they say they are going to call you. This place doesnt even deserve a full star more like one triangle!
