I read all the positive reviews about the dent and ding doctor. But when I visited the shop, 3 separate days, no one could look at my vehicle. I called the listed number I talked to a representative. The representative informed me that I could bring in my vehicle any time during the week and I could get an estimate. I attempted to bring the vehicle in on a Tuesday around 330. There was no one at the shop that could give me a quote nor could I schedule an appointment to come in. So throughout the week I attempted to call and I was never answered or called back. So I returned to the shop on Friday as soon as it opened. Again there is no one there to look at or even work on my vehicle. So, I called the listed phone number and no answer. I looked at all the positive reviews thinking I would get the same service. I was wrong. Not all customers will have the same experience.

Savino was great honest and extremely professional and caring to my situation. My dream car got a nasty big ding and he got it out with no trace just amazing.
