By far the best Body Shop I have ever used. Our company car was heavily damaged and they brought it back to new. Yet the best part was Jason keeping me informed every step of the way through the process. I never had to call and get a status. Best CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Stopped in and asked if I could get an estimate for repair on my truck. Was told “Short answer is no. We are two weeks behind.” How does that stop you from giving me an estimate and letting me know it would be two weeks before you could get to it? Based on my first, and only, experience with you company, I will not be using your services and will definitely spread the word.

Repairman evaluated damage to our car and made necessary repairs. Have used them for other repairs on previous cars and have always been pleased with their work. Highly recommend them.

I was sent here to get my car fixed from someone else’s insurance. I came and got an estimate. They told me they would let me know when the estimate was approved. I waited weeks.. When I called the insurance they said they approved it days after the estimate. Every time I contacted this company they kept explaining its up to my insurance company to approve it. The guy who was handling my case was talking over me on the phone. His customer service was terrible. He didn’t have a clue what was going on. Extremely rude! I ended up canceling my service with them.

No one looks forward to auto repairs but Caliber Collision made the process as painless as possible. From the first point of contact until completion, the entire staff worked diligently to provide quality customer service. Gus was great! I was informed the entire time my car was in their care. Unfortunately, I’ve dealt with insurance repairs before and my expectation was tempered. Caliber gave me a first class experience and when my SUV came back to me, it was better than I expected. The repair occurred at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. When we were released from quarantine and I began driving more, one of the flood lights appeared to be missing. I immediately called Gus, sent a picture, and without hesitating he coordinated the repair. It took me a while to make time to stop by the shop, but the repair was quick and I was on my way. Jason & this lady that works in the front provided excellent customer service. Jason kept me updated about my mom’s vehicle and they did a good job. The lady up front was very nice to me and my 1 year old daughter. She told me about the process, answer all my questions and even hold my daughter while I got some personal things out the car. I just can’t remember her name but she was so sweet. I do agree with others reviews about their wonderful staff. I compare them to Chick-fil-A customers service because everyone is so nice and are willing to help you.

Recently had my rear bumper fixed on my Nissan Altima. Great work, timely and kept up to date on the whole process. Also had my 2017 Hyundai Sonata towed to them due to a non-fault collision. They worked State Farm to inspect my car before it was determined to be totaled. Quick and professional to get all the information filed so that I could get the payout from the insurance company. Will always go there if needed.

I recently came in with a State Farm claim from a front end collision. They did a great job, it looks better now that before the accident! I would suggest using them, everyone was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks again!

My family and I have taken multiple cars to Calibre for body work, the customer service and work is always excellent. I should mention also that we have USAA car insurance, the best in the world with the highest standards and Calibre is approved by USAA. So if you dont want to take just my word, then you should trust USAA because they dont approve just anyone and anyone who doesnt live up to their standards is dropped from their list of approved places like a hot potato.

I had damaged the back rear panel of my 2010 528i BMW in April 2017. My insurance Company, State Farm, had ABRA Auto Body & Glass listed as an available vendor. I decided to go here b/c it was the closest location I could find. Certain parts had to be repaired and repainted. I dropped the car off on 4/24/17 and it was ready for pickup on 4/27/17 (note: it was estimated the repairs could take up to 5/10/17). Vic (Victor) was my primary contact. Vic went above and beyond in my opinion. I was supposed to have a rental car from Hertz come pick me up, after waiting about 30-45 minutes, Vic drove me to the rental place. He called after the repair estimate was completed and quoted me the price. He also after repairs were completed. Total costs was about $3K which I thought was kind of high. However, I only had a $500 deductible and dont know enough about auto repairs to know if the price was reasonable. I didnt have any issues paying my deductible in the store and no one read my credit card information aloud (noticed that from one of the other reviews). Overall, I was very pleased with the speed and quality of work performed.

A driver jumped out in front of me and caused me to wreck by beautiful Infiniti QX60 that Id only had for four months. Car was towed to Caliber Collision on Holcomb Bridge and I cant stop singing their praises! What a wonderful crew of professionals who communicated with me from the beginning until time to pick up my vehicle. Jason was great to work with. We had our sons Xterra in the shop for repairs. It was completed on time and met our expectations.

Front office lady was good and very helpful when I had the accident. The And the customer service manager was good as well. The workmanship on the car was satisfactory. However, they messed up the electrical settings when fixing the car where the body damage had occurred, which caused it to stop in the middle of the road with engine overheating. I had to tow the car to my mechanic who fixed it but just fixing the wiring properly. When I approached them for the payment of the repairs, the manager indicated they would pay for the repairs/towing but to this date (even upon furnishing of receipts) they have not paid. If your car requires expertise outside of body repairs as a result of any damage, beware, they dont know much, they outsource some of it, and then if there are issues, they forget to follow up on their commitments. It is surprising that they keep asking for good reviews, but cant keep up and follow through on items which cause ill-will for them.

Awful communication from the very beginning - Gus is the advisor for my repairs. Iver had to call him for every update but 1 and each time Im getting a run-around (details below).Vehicle was rear-ended in an accident and brought in on November 18. On November 20 I got a notification from my insurance company that the estimate was ready and repairs would begin soon. I called on November 21 to ask when it would be complete and was told my promised date was December 3.Fast forward to December 3, we heard nothing. I called to get a status check on December 4 because we had an out of town vacation planned the following week and was told it the pieces were in the paint shop and the car would be ready December 8 or 9. December 9 rolls around and again, no updates.I called again on December 13 to get an update and was told they had the parts back from paint and started putting the vehicle together and realized the rear sensor wiring harness was damaged so they needed a new one... Were trading our car in for a vehicle we had to order and scheduled for pick-up (with this as a trade in) on December 20. Gus assured us that the vehicle would be complete by December 18.I called again today (December 19) and was told they completed the car but had to send it to a company to calibrate the computers so its out of their hands... They dont think theyve been giving me a run-around because they are done with the car, as they previously stated.Dont bring your vehicle here if you want communications with whats going on with your vehicle or if you want it back in any reasonable time!

Absolutely the best service! I was greeted by Lisa at the front counter the moment I walked in. A little confusion of not finding my reservation from the Insurance Company (State Farm), but Lisa handled the situation professionally and took care of the situation at hand. My Collision Rep was Justin Elkins and I want to tell you he contacted me twice a week to let me know how my car was progressing...unbelievable service!! and so unheard of these days. They run a tight ship there in Roswell and a darn good one. I would highly recommend them always.

My wheels were stolen and the thiefs left my car sitting on two landscaping stones. Needless to say there was a lot of damage to the side panels and flash guard. Kevin from Abra was great. He kept in contact with me all the way through the recovery process. He called at least every other day to let me know the status of the car. They went above and beyond what I expected. My car looks great! They also accepted my rental car when I went to pick up mine. They even removed an annoying paint mark on the door from someone hitting my car with their door from a previous incident. My car looks great and the communication and customer service was top of the line. I highly recommend going through Abra.

Customer service was great, I cannot say the same for the “professional” work that was supposed to be done to my Lexus. They had my IS250 for 3 weeks and I was very disappointed with the quality of work that was done. I found multiple things wrong with the paint work, put a part back on my vehicle that was damaged when it was supposed to be replaced, found new scratches on vehicle, looks like they did a rush buff job bc of spots that were missed/not done and swirls in my paint job now, new front bumper was an inch off from lining up correctly, finish clean up was awful!!!

ABRA Auto Glass - AVOID THEM. Dropped car off at 8AM Friday at their shop for same day replacement service. It is now Monday afternoon and they have no idea of when the work will be completed. Supervisor for Georgia says he has to depend on a 3rd party company to complete the work. His information is shaky at best and has the it will get done when it gets done attitude. Car is unsafe to drive so I cant even pick it up to take somewhere else. Impossible to reach their Corporate Offices.

I had a rear windshield replacement done at this location. When I went to pay with a credit card, the girl at the counter called a number and read aloud my credit card number, exp date and security code in full hearing of the waiting room and several employees. When I called the manager, Eddie Frost, he said this is how they do glass payments at all locations nationwisde and have never had a problem, he doesnt expect people to be ready to write down a credit card. I have had to cancel my CC as a result. This is a careless way to treat customer financial information.

I entered this with high hopes of getting my auto repaired. after all, ABRA is a repair shop of choice by my insurance company. great looking, clean facility, the work they did do was effective and overall I was happy, untill...I realized my repair was not complete . Things went downhill from there at a very rapid pace.Their inability to communicate and to do what they say they will is astonishing ! after two plus months of waiting for a wheel to come in (for a third time) I took it upon myself to complete the job they started. Mission accomplished on my part in a week. I went to get reimbursed by ABRA only to discover they had been paid by the insurance company for services they never rendered..Hmmmmm. Thats not cool . Now i have been given the run around on trying to get my money that they were paid by my insurance company weeks ago !! I am simply blown away by their Lackadaisical attitude. I tried to call their corporate office and its not much better..6 messages no return calls in a two week period. I guess when your spoon fed by an insurance company one doesnt need to worry about customer service. Hopefully this can be put to rest. Hate writing negative reviews however, this is the bed they made.

Mechanically speaking you could do much better at Mako. Thats pretty sad if you know them at all. My car was not repaired correctly and the manager was very very disrespectful. If you really love your car I would strongly recommend trying somewhere else.

Im going to start this off by saying if I could give them negative stars, I would with out a doubt. Ive never seen a professional place act with such detain towards its customers and frankly I dont know how they are still in business. It started 3 days ago when I took my car into them again because they only painted 1/4 of my hood and I hadnt noticed because it was lined up perfectly with my stripe. I proceeded to take it back in to have them do it correctly this time and I was greeted with someone who questioned everything I wanted done ( which was nothing more than just repaint and re striping the hood) then Eddie got all synical and defensive when I stood my ground. 3 days pass with no updates on the car. I had to call them every step of the way only to be told that they were in a meeting and that they would call me back I never received a call back and had to call again 3 hours after to find out that it was almost done and being washed. Yay its done and I get my car back now I thought. Only to get there and have my car delivered painted but unstriped. Eddie Frost handed me the key and gave my an aggravated smile with a snarky well there ya go. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Not to mention the fact that as I was dropping off the car, the front desk lady and one of the sales people were on the phone with a customer laughing and giggling as the guy waved the phone around not paying attention to a single word the person on the other end had to say. Needless to say Im extremely unhappy and pissed off at the fact that they get away with this with no consequence. I will NEVER be returning and I will advise all of my friends and family to do the same.

Worest experience ever. I had my personal belongings stolen and damage while my car was there. The mgr denied everything even though I have pictures. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I hope that USAA removes them from their preferred repair shops. I would have given zero stars, but in order to write a review a star has to be selected.
