My car looks like new. I pulled out of a parking space in a hotel and heard a sickening scrape that told me something was wrong. It turns out that the hotel had put a huge rock next to the parking space to discourage people from driving over their grass. It ended up leaving a long dent in my rocker panel. I took it to Just Right and they were able to have it back to the point where you could not tell there had been any damage in just a few days. The price was very reasonable and the service was quick. I was able to take a few photos of the damage and was quickly sent an estimate. The out the door price matched the estimate and it is indistinguishable from the factory paint.

I waited one year to write this review. We took our car to Mark after an accident. i really love our Classic car. he quoted us lower quote then other shops in area. not just he restored front of the car to better then original condition he also cleaned headlights and added hood support lifters. such an awesome talented guy he is. Teresa was nice and prompt every time i contacted shop via phone or went to shop. i was so scared before my car was fixed(in past had bad experience with a mechanic) but i am grateful that i found this awesome shop.

They did a great job repairing my 2008 Sentra after a wreck that was affordable enough to avoid the car being considered a total wreck. Would recommend them to anyone looking to get your car repair at a great value.

This shop is a family run business that is ready to help you with whatever auto repairs or service you may need.The work I had done involved replacing the rear suspension and repairing some body damage; they did an outstanding job! I appreciated how Mark, the owner, worked with me and talked through the decisions we were making. They were able to work on the car right away and were efficient with their time. In fact, I ended up tacking on a few other projects I had been delaying, including replacing the belts as well as the brake pads and rotors on all four tires.After the accident, I had originally taken my vehicle to an auto collision center but I sure am glad I went through the effort to move it to Just Right Auto Service and have them repair my vehicle. I took my car in for a bumper repair in April. Mark was quick to respond to emails and was the only body shop in the are that would even quote a patch rather than a full new bumper. He was super friendly and up front, as soon as the repair work began, he found that the reinforcement bar behind the bumper was damaged too--he notified me right away and found one off of a totaled car so it didnt add another huge cost. He also finished within the original two and a half day timeline!Even with the bar, the end price was at least $400 less than I was quoted everywhere else. The paint job was spot on and matched the rest of the car enough that my dad, the car buff, didnt notice it had been repaired (the ultimate goal). He also gave my poor neglected car a really good wash--which after years of parking outside under pine trees, it needed more than I can say.Unfortunately, that car was totaled a few weeks later when I was violently rear ended, but Ill be taking my new car to Mark for any issues that may pop up.They recently sent out an email that they have an online system that tracks your repairs and service history--a great tool for someone like me who isnt always sure what services are needed or when they should be done. Also helps you keep track of what has been done--which is so much easier than digging through the glove box for receipts to see when the last oil change was. Love the new system!

BEST AUTO SHOP IN ROSWELL!! Mark and his crew really know what theyre doing and can fix just about anything! In fact they were the only shop in Roswell who would service my old Chevy Nova and did it right at a fair price. They may not have the fanciest lobby or storefront/location but they do not cut corners and will be honest from start to finish. 5/5

Fantastic auto shop, they do everything here, they do it well, and they do it at the best possible price. Got into a fender bender, every other shop was asking for over a grand to get it fixed. Here? $300 in and out and the work was incredible. The only auto shop I go to.

Mark Bishop the owner operator hands down is the best most trustworthy mechanic I have used. I used him for mechanical issues on my vehicles and twice for bodywork on my mothers car.I have never had to bring my car back or had to call with a complaint. My daughter goes to college in Atlanta, 850 miles from where we live. She is down there by herself for the summer, and her car broke down. Just Right was highly recommended to us by a friend, and now I know why. We had originally taken her car to a mechanic in Atlanta to get her alternator and battery replaced, but he said there was significant rust underneath her car that they werent able to address. We were very concerned about her safety. After taking her car to Just Right, the owner called us to confirm the findings, but was able to fix the alternator, battery and the rusted components. He sent us a number of before-and-after pictures to show us what had been done. My daughters car is now running well and I have peace of mind knowing she is safe.

I rarely write reviews... but this time it deserves it :) Mark made a fantastic job and really went the extra mile with some issues on the way. One of the pieces for my car was lost in the Suzuki inventory. Mark tried all options and fought hard until he was able to find one and leave my car as it used to be.He also made totally painless dealing with the insurance and all the issues on the way!! 100% recommended!!

Mark is a remarkable man! He took a project that I had another shop doing finished it in 3 days while the other shop took 3 weeks to tell me they couldnt do it. Basically had a body kit put on my car and the aftermarket bumper wouldnt fit on the car at all so they cut it in half and send it off to Mark. REMARKABLE MARK! Spent day and night on my car to make sure it got done to perfection! On the last day he worked on my bumper I met up with at the shop and from 11pm Saturday night to 1pm Sunday afternoon I watched this man do magic on the bumper no one else could fix and get fit on my car!!! This man loves what he does and he makes sure you walk away happy! First mechanic I ever met you takes you into concern before himself! Ill recommend Mark to anyone in the 50 states. (Yes its worth that trip)

Im blown away. What a wonderful group of people. NOT ONLY did they get me my money back from another mechanical shop but they overheard my daughter saying she was getting hungry and picked her, my little boy and myself all Chic fil a while they got their order. I really dont know what to say. ON TOP of all of this I asked him if the AC sounded/felt odd in which yeah its off after paying over 1k to Meineke for a 2 yr warranty Compressor... he took less than 5 minutes realized the problem and fixed it for a fraction of the cost of what I was quoted right down the street. So in October 2018 I had some brake work done on my daughters truck- then a couple of days ago (Jan 2019) out of no where she had brake issues. Feeling perplexed I gave them a call and had the truck towed there. The Owner had the issue rectified and she is back mobile and it was the same day. The only thing I wish is he had showed me what the issue was like he did the 1st time I took her vehicle. But on a whole I’m very satisfied and I was not charged one cent and he didn’t try to upsale and profit off other made up issues.

Came here with my girlfriend to get breaks put on a 2015 Honda Accord. Upon entering the staff was really nice. After an inspection of the breaks, she was told that she would need both rotors replaced along with break pads because the rotors were “glazed” and “blue” and very thin. The car has less than 50k miles and the thickness of the rotors are very good and have no sign of glazing. After refusing rotors we were dismissed from the shop. If I had not come with her she would have been convinced to pay a extra $279 for rotors that she didn’t need. Ladies BEWARE!

Took my daughters 17yo E320 MB in to have the A/C checked, and left with ice cold blowing air, and fixed the power steering that had just gone out a few days earlier. Found them using a groupon and have every intension of using them the entire time this car needs service. Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Even gave us a free estimate of all the things the car needs in the near future! Highly recommend.

I was having trouble with my breaks and needed to find a place where I could drop my car on my lunch hour and pick it up by the end of the day. Thank God I stumbled upon this place. In the past I havent had great experiences with auto shops I always feel over charged or lied to because I dont know much about cars, this place was the exact opposite. They kept me updated throughout the day by texting me and not only provided me with great competitive rates but told me what was necessary and what I would need to have serviced in the future to avoid any further damage. On top of all that I couldnt get there before they closed but they said no problem take your time which is always appreciated with Atlanta traffic. I will absolutely go back here for any future services, they have earned a client today with there great customer service. Thanks guys!

Ive been going to just right for about three years never had a problem with them. The do quality work and the prices are fare.

I drove 40 mins to this shop based off high reviews and was very disappointed. To makes matters worse, I had an appointment. Once I arrived no one was in the lobby nor front desk to greet. However I really needed to get my car serviced. Therefore I waited another 45 mins in the lobby for a staff member. Once a gentleman came in, he took the customer who came in after me!! Never once acknowledged I was even there. Horrible customer service which caused me to leave and take my business else where.

Im not sure why I am the only one to be lied to and scammed by Just Right auto service but I have no doubt that it was the case with my visit. Came in with a leaking top in my Mitsubishi eclipse and Mark Bishop took a look at it for me. I was told Id have to leave the car at the shop to locate the leak and try to fix it. I ended up paying for mostly detrimming the inside of my car supposedly to find the leak, then being told it is unfixable, that the fabric of my roof is leaking (false) and that replacing the top would cost thousands of dollars ( false). I later went to a trusted shop and had some the weather stripping replaced which mostly fixed the leak, now I only need the back strips replaced. Do not trust especially as a new car owner.

I first heard of Just Right Auto (JRA) from my daughters AAU basketball coach. I was new to the area from Hawaii and was in desperate need of a honest efficient mechanic. After quotes from two other auto repair shops, NOT only was JRA just right, it was and still is the best in price and customer satisfaction. Theyre by far the most honest and transparent in the business of repairing your transportation. This guy and his staff are very knowledgeable in their field. Mark is now servicing all three of my cars including my new Infiniti FX 35 I have never have to come back for repeate work on the same issue. When you problem is fixed... it is done! This guy will work it out for you in repairs, cost as well as order of important priority to make it affordable if money is a set back. I strongly recommend visiting Mark and Theresa at your JRA friendly neighborhood auto repair shop. Theresa is the best!

My experience with this workshop was excellent! I took my car to Mark on the recommendation of my lawyer, after being involved in a crash in which I was hit from behind. The attention was very professional, Mark and Teresa took the time to explain to me how was the process with the insurer, they kept me informed during the time of the repair and the result was excellent. After many months I returned by an external door handle and Mark fixed it for me at no cost. Today my car has brake problems and I plan to consult with Mark because I think he is an honest person who does quality work. I recommend your work always!
