David and Manny are awesome super nice people .. Super customer service. The center performs excellent quality of work. I had the rear end repaired after a teen driver hit out SUV doing about 40 mph. After the repair was completed .. suv looked like new. Five days later, another driver rear ended us. Minor damage, but again to the rear. SUV looks as it did before the mishap .. Manny went above and beyond contacting other driver that was at fault. Hope I don’t have to go back.. but if I do, this shop is the place I’ll go to ..

Our quote was quick, and they got the work done several days sooner than the adjuster had told us to expect. They were courteous and seems to really care about our transportation issues in the meantime. Our insurance said it was one of the best shops he works with. Oh, and the car looks great. You never want to have to use a collision repair shop, but if you do, ALFA Is a very good option.

Manny was very nice, professional and more importantly honest. Honesty is what I look for when getting any service done to my car. It’s so hard to find someone who isn’t trying to play you in this profession especially being a woman. You can definitely trust him. You won’t be disappointed!

We took our Ford Explorer in on a wed to have a passenger door replaced and some body work from an accident. We were treated very kindly, told it might take 2 weeks. We got a call the following Tuesday that it was ready! It look great, you cannot tell it has been in an accident. This place is professional, kind and was respectful of our time. We will use again.

Alfa has done work on two of my cars in the past for minor body work and painting and has always done a great job where you could not tell there was any work done. They have always either hit their estimate or came slightly below along with completing when promised. I even took a new car purchaded from a dealership to them for detailing and they noted some paint work that was probably done at the shipping port that I called the dealer on. I would definitely recommend them.

This is my second time using this shop and I must say that did even better than my 3 years ago visit. To start with they were courteous and prompt with the estimate and coordinating the insurance company to do the repairs. They also work with Enterprise car and coordinated with them and my insurance for rental during my repairs. The repairs, side of the car and back bumper where done matching my paint perfectly. You can’t even tell there was accident looking at the car. Overall very pleasant and professional, timely and quality. Would highly recommend this shop.

After getting a little up close and personal with a guard rail, I took my 1986 Lotus Esprit to Alfa. David took a look at it and decided to take on the repair despite the car being old, quirky, and fiberglass. The initial repair was covered by my insurance and once the parts arrived they took care of the work in a timely manner. He even freshened up the fading black trim around the windows and louvers at no extra charge, which made the car look fantastic.After I got the car home, I did notice some issues in one of the repaired sections of fiberglass. I took the car back and David assured me that they would make it right. It took some time due to waiting on parts from England and a couple tries at the repair, but David kept at it and fulfilled his promise to get it fixed.After their experience of working on my old classic, Im not sure if they will want to do any more like it, but Im very thankful for the work Alfa put in to get her back on the road!

Cant say more about how pleased my wife and I have been with the service and finished product from Alfa. We had a deer T-Bone into the side of our van causing quite a bit of damage to it. Kyle and David went above and beyond trying to work everything out for us. They included additional work than was initially considered, and did not charge me any additional money because they wanted to make sure the repair was done right. This accident happened during COVID when supplies for everything had dried up and finding parts for the repair were actually pretty difficult. This crew has a good heart and it shows in the quality of their work and how they treat their customers... standing by their word. Theyll get my future business and referrals for sure.

Alfa Collision is seriously great! I took my previous car there for some paint touch ups and it looked perfect. So when someone smacked into the passenger side of my brand new car, Alfa was my first phone call after insurance. They were so helpful answering questions (many many questions I might add) and my car literally looks brand new again!!! Thank you guys for all your help and making my car perfect again!

Unlike many other body shops, Alfa Collision has been very COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL. I have no doubt that my car has been treated just as one of theirs.Used their services TWICE and was very comfortable paying from my own pocket (no insurance claims) for all the rendered services.Everyone from Mr. David to human resources at front desk and mechanics in the body shop have always been pleasure to work with.Will come back for THIRD time again, if need be.

My dad rear ended my quarter panel in, and these guys walked me through every possible route of repair, including the paint, trim, etc, and let me choose whether I wanted some topping off cleaning, like blending the paint to make sure it 100% matched the rest of the body (I said nah, and that saved some money). They gave me the least expensive quote of the ten places Id been around to, and the turnaround was about two weeks!I hope I wont need the service they provide in the future, but if I do - I know where Im going.

None of the other shops I visited had a clue about what needed to be done for my car. Kyle was very helpful and I got my car done faster than expected.

Do not believe all the positive reviews. This place is going downhill really fast. After using their services on multiple occasions, I will not be returning.I took the car back to Alfa Collision to take a look at a sagging bumper since they were the only ones that did any repairs to it in the past. The new manager Brian acknowledged the issue and had his tech remove the bumper in an attempt to adjust poor misalignment and the panel gap. After an hour, they brought the car back saying that there is nothing they can do since it’s not an easy fix.The owner David was unable to explain the poor quality work and couldn’t have cared less about making it right. He suggested taking the car to another body shop for what he called a “second opinion” after refusing to assist.The attached pictures illustrate that not only Alfa Collision didn’t fix the original problem, they returned car back to me in a worse condition!!! There were missing clips that secured the bumper from the bottom, mismatched screws on the mud guards, and incorrect rear screw to keep it in place. They also forgot to reconnect my left tail light and tag light. So not only did they refuse to fix their poor quality work, my car left Alfa Collision in a worse condition than when I brought it in.If you are looking for a long lasting quality work, go somewhere else. Alfa Collision only cares about making a quick buck off the insurance companies and will leave you in the dust.I ended up paying another shop for fixing mistakes that Alfa Collision couldn’t rectify.

I called and asked them if they could mount a car tag. They asked me to come and they would do it. I was asked to wait and they would take care of it. As I waited,  they stated that they were not interested in doing it and I should be able to do it. They had me drive up there and waste my time. I witnessed some people come in with insurance claims which were obviously more appealing to them. The problem was he had me waiting and then drove up there for that. I have brought other vehicles there before but I guess this was not enough for them to consider. It was all very unprofessional. I will take my money somewhere else. Customer service has no value and each customer is valuable. When I have a major job, I will not go there. If you dont value me now, will you value me more with a  big job? hmmm

My wife recently hit a deer in her Dodge Durango so we took it to Brian and the team at Alfa Collision. They had done some body work for us on an Odyssey about 8 years ago that still looks brand new even after being parked outside for the last 8 years. The Durango looks better than the day we bought it after they finished their work. I cannot recommend this shop enough. They are professional and will treat you well.

They did such a great job. They have great customer service and I got my car back quickly.

They went the extra mile to have my car reexamined indoors with a special light to find spots the adjuster missed outside in sunlight. They even put on a small part that was missing for years and not part of the claim. Even the interior of my car was not just cleaned, but actually detailed.

Great place with even better people. I got into a small accident and the place where I got hit only needed to be buffed out. I called other places and they were asking around $400 but I called Alfa and he offered a price that was more reasonable. He made sure I knew the ends and outs of what they were going to do and it only took 15-20 mins and I was on my way. If you’re going to go anywhere, COME HERE!!! They care about you and your situation. And they don’t try to beat you over the head with prices.

This shop was nothing short of amazing! I worked with Danny. He was super helpful, professional and knowledgable. The work was Perfect and my car looks like new after having an accident. The work was timely and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing bodywork or collision work.

Terrible! I REGRET ever taking my car here.(Proof below)In an attempt to be brief: I went here to restore my ‘06 Infiniti G35 Coupe with a full body paint job, have my wheels painted & install some side skirts. The outcome and customer service was NO WAY Near what I expected based on reviews I’ve seen and agreements made with the (now former) Manager, Travis.SUMMARY(1) Their communication was awful. I was forced to contact them every week or so for updates. (2) The job was supposed to take 4 weeks and by 7.5 weeks still wasn’t done. (3) I was told several times how they could be making twice as much money working on other cars vs mine. (4) SEVERAL things were done very poorly or not at all! (5) Worst of all, the Owner David simply didn’t care about the issues & refused to deliver even close to expected quality, despite their Manager’s promises or website guarantee. (6) The end result was very disappointing, unprofessional, and I’m left to fix the issues:ISSUES/DETAILSThe lower portion of the front bumper wasn’t painted, and they refused to do so even after saying they would. Instead, they attempted to mislead me by gluing an optional part over it so I wouldn’t notice. The roof line is poorly painted with chipped edges (and getting worse). The outline of a pinstripe that ran across the car can be seen thru the paint, indicating my car wasn’t prepped properly for the paint to last. They ignored several major paint runs that had to be buffed out. My wheels were terribly done by their subcontractor – They’re the wrong color, wrong areas painted, paint chips around most of the edges, they blew out one of my rear tires, replaced it with a wrong tire, and two of my other tires are leaking air! Alfa Collision didn’t press the issues, and left me to deal with their subcontractor directly. I was misled (by their manager & website) to believe they could install aftermarket body parts. I didn’t learn until 6 weeks in that they didn’t know how, so the lower sides (skirts) of my car were left uninstalled & unpainted. I pointed out a paint chip on the rear bumper and they unprofessionally filled it in with touch-up paint. I checked on the car a few days later, spotted another paint chip up front, and again they only offered to use touch-up paint as a solution. All of the dents were supposed to be removed, but there are still obvious dents in my car. The grill on the rear bumper was supposed to be painted and wasn’t, nor did they align the bumper correctly. All of this was stuff they considered acceptable!! Low quality & very little attention to detail was given to my car! Then, one week after getting my car back, a few pieces of paint (one about the size of a dime) flaked off of the front of the car. I brought it to the owner’s attention, who blamed rock chips & yet again only offered to use touchup paint rather than acknowledge ANY flaws on their part.Seriously, the owner David is the worst! 6 weeks into the project, Travis stopped working there and that’s when he got involved - It was all downhill from there! He literally did everything in his power to void the agreement Travis and I had, avoid fixing anything, and get more money! He couldn’t care less about taking care of me or my car. Realizing where this was going, I started recording audio with my phone just in case (legal in GA). In attempts to work things out, I’d let him speak, and politely remind him of the agreement & insisted the work be done properly at the agreed cost. He quickly got upset, and then called my car a “piece of junk” several times!! Both my wife and I were totally shocked to say the least… There’s A LOT more I could say, but I’m short on space. In the end, he simply would not own up to any fault, thought they “did more than enough”, and left me hanging as-is. My car was hit while a car was reversing in a parking lot. The driver wasnt paying attention. Danny at Alfa Collision was awesome. He dealt with Allstate Insurance from the beginning to the end of the repairs. He also organized my car rental I didnt have to pickup or return the rental, they came to the shop. My car was ready in four days. Alfa washed and vaccumed my car it was very nice to see they went beyond only repairs. I highly recommend Alfa Collision!!!

After being rear-ended, Alfa Collision saved my beloved, low-mileage, paid off SUV. It technically should have been totaled, but they worked to keep the repair costs lower AND returned my vehicle to me looking better than it did before the accident! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I am very impressed with their service and quality of work.First, Travis kept me up to date proactively every step of the way. I never needed to call or chase after them to find out the status of my repairs. Overall my repairs took about 10 days to complete. They called me two to three times each week just to let me know the progress and status.Next, since they were doing some extensive repairs due to an accident I also asked them to also repair a parking lot ding on the driver’s door. They took care of it and you would never know that there was ever a dent there. It looks perfect!Finally, the overall repair quality is top notch. The car looks great. The paint matches perfectly. And electronically and mechanically everything is working fine. I would recommend them to a friend and family member.

I had two places on my Toyota Highlander to be repaired. With the premium Blizzard Pearl paint to be matched, I was understandably concerned about matching the factory paint. Danny and Naomi made the concerns go away by doing what they said they would do plus met the schedule perfectly. The car looks like showroom again. These are good people that want to do business with you on a personal level. Not a corporate shop that was THREE TIMES the quoted repair estimated by ALFA. No surprises, just good work and and honest job.

Was the work done in a quick manner? Yes. But the products used were not of high quality. I now have paint flaking and my bumper won’t stay on correctly. The speaker on the door that was replaced does not work either. If you are looking to get your car back quickly, use this place. But if you are looking for long lasting, quality work, I don’t recommend this place.

Amazing service and value. About a week ago my neighbor decided it was a good day to back into my parked car. I brought it in to Alfa Collision due to Rick Casey Hyundai dealership referral. Alfa collision was incredible. As soon as we got there, the owner, David, came out and greeted us. He personally looked at the car and within a few minutes we had a quote. We went to other 2 collision centers close by and their estimates were much higher and the people much less reliable. Once I called David and authorized the service, he ordered the parts, had the pieces painted and called me to drop off the car only when they were ready to install everything. They kept the car for about half a day. The job was beautifully done (I’m not even that mad at my neighbor anymore), and bonus: they washed the car! I had been meaning to do so for so long and couldn’t believe they did that. Such an amazing place, with good, honest, caring and hardworking owner and staff. I’ll never take any of my vehicles anywhere else. I encourage you to give them a try. Don’t even waste your time getting multiple estimates: they are the best and have the best value. Took my F-150 to Alfa for body repair. The customer service was outstanding. The made me feel like my business was truly important to them. This place was amazing from start to finish! I was a wreck literally when I messed up my front bumper and had a big deductible to pay right before the holidays but Alfa Collision worked with me and my insurance company and got me a decent price and I had no out of pocket expenses. The owner and entire staff were just very personable, and attentive. They did a great job with the repairs and I am so grateful that I was able to do business with them and would defintely recommend their services to everyone. Thank you Alfa!

I would give this place 20 stars if I could! A big storm recently came through my town and a tree crashed down on my car. I was devastated! I took my car to Alfa collision and they reassured me from the start. They told me it wasn’t as bad as it seemed and they would do everything in their power to restore it. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was covered properly. I went to pick up my car yesterday and I was astonished! It was as if the accident never happened. The car looked exactly as it did before if not better! My husband and I inspected it and everything looked perfect. Even the paint job which I wondered about because my paint is difficult to match. When I picked up the car they gave me copies of their thorough paperwork. The car drives like a dream and we even got to talk to the mechanic who worked on it for 30 minutes about what he did! This place is amazing. I am so grateful to Alfa collision!

Excellent service and paint job on my solar yellow dodge truck. Other collision centers did not want to work on a solar yellow color. Alfa was happy to repair my truck. I appreciate their enthusiasm, they came through with a stellar repair and paint. Alfa has repaired and painted three vehicles for me, best service and price. They beat competitors price as well.

Professional, friendly and fast! My car was side swiped by a Uhaul scraping up my drivers side door and destroying my side mirror. I came in to get an estimate and they were able to get me in the next week. They even finished the work a day faster than they organically estimated and worked with my work schedule to make sure I got my car back quickly. Plus my car looks brand new, they even cleaned the interior. Highly recommend.

They were very professional. Their time frame when everything was supposed to be done was off. But they made up for it by putting back the logo on my tire which was not their responsibility. Everything looks and works like new. You cant tell any work was done. If I have to get anything done with my car I will definitely go to them. Ill just make sure Ill add an extra day to the time frame they state so Im not rushing and their not rushing. Their price was very reasonable compared to the dealerships price. Im very pleased with the work they did.

Outstanding Experience . Just recently had my car repaired and it looks fantastic . Fran the owner treated my car like his own. They completely washed and vacuumed after repairs completed. Repairs look great and paint matches perfectly. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will never go anywhere else.

This place knows what they are doing. They took extremely good care of me. Helped me out with getting a cheap rental car while my vehicle was being fixed. They fixed the car in a timely manner considering the damages. When I got the car back I was astonished. The car literally looked brand new. Writing this 4 weeks down the road and the car is running great. Thanks for the outstanding work guys!

Exceptional customer service, unbelievable quality of work, excellent pricing, and the repair work was completed in less time than promised.I took my car in to have work performed on the rear bumper caused in a collision and a 6 inch deep scratch removed on my quarter panel. My car looks like new all over again. I am truly very happy with the work done on my car.I recommend this repair shop over and above all others.

The owner really cares. I brought my BMW truck in for an issue I had with the window. This was the 3rd time that I’d brought it to their attention and the owner made sure my window was fixed properly and even went above and beyond and detailed my truck. They’ll take exceptional care of your vehicle, the prices are fair and they are honest. I highly recommend them!

They called me a few minutes after it was towed to tell me that it was safely in their hands and that it was able to be repaired. He was professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable. Had to get an extensive repair on my car, after hours of searching Alfa collision seemed like the best place to go. After getting the repair done, it was great work! Travis was a huge help and provided great prices. I will definitely bring my car back here and would highly recommend!
