Lithia Ford is a class act! I bought a used truck from them last month. Drove it home, check engine light came on, on my way home. Took it in the next day, and it ended up needing a new transmission. They took care of it free of charge. They took care of me when they didn’t have to. I’d recommend dealing with these ten times over. Great group of guys and gals at lithia Ford of Roseburg. I look forward to doing future business with these guys.

Worst service experience I have had at any dealership. I purchased my car from another Lithia, and had purchased lifetime oil changes. When I had called Lithia Ford of Roseburg and made my appointment, I let them know that I had lifetime oil changes but was not given paperwork and didn’t know what I needed I was told to “call the place I bought it and figure it out myself” I was asked my last name and they proceeded to put my appointment under my mothers account. When I went in today to actually get the oil change Rocky again said my lifetime oil changes were under the previous owners name, when I pulled up the proof I was emailed from the Lithia I purchased it from he back peddled because The person put the appointment under my mothers account. When I complained to Robert, he dismissed my being upset and made loads of excuses for the behaviors of his staff. If you need service done, save yourself the trouble and deal with the staff at Lithia Dodge, much more professional and even apologized for my experience at Lithia Ford. Will not be back, and word to the wise, if you’re a woman, bring a man in with you. My experience today turned pleasant as soon as my father walked in with me to start the appointment and my husband walked in with me for pick-up. Buyers and service needed beware.Edited to add I was questioned as to whether I knew if my car was actually a diesel, when the paperwork I provided said that it was.

Unorganized, lacking communication. Shipped my vehicle out for a week without consulting me or sharing any information. Getting bounced back and forth between departments only to be told nobody knows whats going on. To top it off they wouldnt allow me a loner vehicle because people crash them. (Was their half baked excuse). If you want quality service, youd have better luck avoiding this particular Lithia. One disappointment after another with these people.

Took our Ford Edge to a locatal shop today for the oil change and coolant flush that Lithis could not handle and to look for a rattle that had started after Lithia Ford Lincoln of Roseburg did a front brake job on our Edge a couple months ago.The mechanic found that one of the front brake caliper bolts was loose, threaded about halfway in. So there was the rattle noise. He also mentioned that all of our wheel lug nuts were improperly torqued with some being over tourqed and others being hand tight.So clearly Lithia Ford’s machanics have really dripped the ball in their work ethic and put my family and friends in danger as we drove this car around. If I could sue Lithia Ford of Roseburg for negligence, I would.

Took my truck in for a warranty repair past week. Was told I would be updated on the progress and that I should be able to pick up the truck in a week. Now, one day short of a week later, still no updates from them. I had to call today, only to be told they havent even verified my warranty to start repairs. Ive been hung up on twice after sitting on hold for 20 min.Now They have wasted a week of my time, and Im headed over to pick up my truck, thats still sitting in the same spot it was put a week ago, with no repairs, just alot of bs excuses. And to think I almost asked about trading in my truck for a newer model... Definitely not at this location.This was my first time dealing with a dealership, and I will NOT be back. They have wasted enough of my time. Not to mention the 3 weeks I had to wait to get the appointment, just so they could waste another week of my time.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership in June. The front two seats had damage to them and needed to be replace. The Salesman told me that there was a service date set for July 13th to have them replaced . I was told it would be a one day drop off and pick up service, they would take the old seats out and put the new ones in. I called the service department on July 12th to see what time I should drop it off. They did not have my vehicle on the schedule and did not know what I was talking about. There was obviously no communication between the sales department and the service department. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. They told me, No problem bring it in tomorrow and we will get it done for you. I dropped it off Monday night, I called Tuesday afternoon to see when it would be ready and no one could tell me. I was told to wait for a call back. After a couple hours of waiting I called again, only to be told that the service was not even being done at this location and that the vehicle was shipped off. I was told It would not be ready until the following week. Being my main source of transportation, I told them that was not going to work for me. Someone should have made sure I knew ahead of time how long this was going to take. After being tossed around between the departments and leaving a message for the sales manager with again, no call back. I decided I was done wasting my time and would wait a week, I called on Monday the 19th to see when it would be ready for pick up, again no one could tell me a date or time. I waited for a call back. Nothing. I called again only to receive horrible customer service on the phone and the answer It should be by the end of this week That is how my one day drop off and pick up service with Lithia turned into 2 Weeks. Note July 22nd : I still have not received a call about my Vehicle. This dealership is lacking in communication with each other and with their customers. I am VERY unimpressed . I have not once been apologized to for any of this and was never called back by the manager. I will never purchase a vehicle at this location again, and if anyone asks I will tell them to steer clear and take their Money elsewhere . I only wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing the vehicle from them. Everything negative I have read so far has been true. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

Spoke with Scott in sales was interested in a car so I submitted an online app and specifically told him to make sure they didn’t run my credit an excessive amount. Well they pulled my credit 14 times. I’m very upset and tried to have them make this right but haven’t heard anything back. I want everyone to know if you allow them to pull credit be prepared to take a huge hit cause they obviously don’t care.

When we first got there we started looking around at cars and the salesman that came out was super rude, we left almost immediately because he wouldn’t stop pushing us towards a car we clearly said we did not want. He also said “no way you can afford that” to a certain car, I’m assuming because we are young. We were ready to find a car we wanted but he was so rude we won’t ever go back.

I was on vacation from Idaho to southern Oregon coast. My tow rig ended breaking down on me. Decided to buy a new vehicle. Ended up at Lithia and spoke to Nick. He went above and beyond to help get me financing and find the right rig to pull my camper so I could get my family back home to Idaho. He found me a truck in my price range that was already setup to tow a trailer, I didnt have to do anything except hook up and pull. Thank you Nick. I am retracting my 2 star poor review. I have changed to 4 stars because on the following day I received a call from the service manager apologizing for the way my situation had been handled. In an effort to earn back my trust they have offered me a fair reduction in the price of a much needed brake job for the vehicle in question. I appreciate the effort and am accepting their offer and will be giving them a chance.Best price on tires in my area, that is where the good news ends. Left my vehicle at the service center from open of business until 2:50 when I returned to pick it up (I had an 8:30 appointment) nothing had been done. I was told they couldnt figure out why the vehicle was there. Took them 1 hr 20 min to get my tires mounted and alignment checked. They made no effort to make their mistake right and for wasting my time having to wait for the work to be done. I asked that my bill be reduced some to compensate me for my time and was told no. I will no longer do business with them and will encourage others to take their business elsewhere too.

Anyone saying they will overrun youre credit its true. Went in just looking at a truck and the pushy salesman took 2hrs to back off trying to sell me on it. Said they would only run my credit once and ran it 8 times and docked 16 points for vehicle we didnt end up buying and told me I HAD to buy the warranty with vehicle 1500$. Bought another car at third party lot for almost half the required monthly payments, similar price range. Do your shopping before commiting, glad I did. Say no first, come back later. They all say somebody else is looking at it which they might be, but if its not there later its not meant to be.Not a bad place, Good inventory, but be careful about buying process.

I’ve known that some car salesmen can be scam-artists and rip people off, but I haven’t experienced it until I came here. A guy named Chris tried to sell us a beat up 4 runner for a trade in. Our trade in was 100 times more clean then the 4 runner. They are selling cars for way more then the Kelly blue book value and lowballing people on trade ins. Our car was a 4 wheel drive and he tried to sell us a beat up 2 wheel drive. He said credit looked great and just kept dragging us along then he came out with a very very low ball deal and wouldn’t accept a good deal we came up with. We just needed a safe reliable family car because I’m expecting. If we traded our 2005 Audi S4 with 140,000 miles for the $500 he offered he would have taken the Kelly blue book value which is $2,000.00 and put the car for $10,000.00 or more on his lot. This kid and this dealership is a joke. Do not go here unless you want your credit run for nothing and to be scammed!

Buyer beware! Our son was home on a brief military leave and we wanted to help him purchase a vehicle. We were pre-approved for the amount he wanted to spend, so we went to lithia, where weve had good experiences before. He found one he loved at this lithia ford dealer, and my husband and he made a reasonable offer on it (working off the incorrect belief that a reasonable offer would be accepted, as has been our history with lithia dealers. Weve purchased several vehicles from other lithia dealers before, with good experiences - weve never had to play numbers games with them before!) In this case, however, there was no regard for my sons reasonable offer, and instead they insisted they needed the full asking price - only agreeing to throw in taxes and fees. They employed steriotypical, sleazy, used-car salesman tactics (numbers games and outright lies)... and the only reason we finally stuck with it and competed the purchase, was that my son really loved the car. So... we paid too much and supported a dealer who lacks integrity. Im extremely disappointed in this lithia... and would never go back to this location. If you do go, be aware that you need to bring strong negotiation skills and be prepared for a typical, icky used car lot experience. #dissapointed

I overheated my 2013 f150 a block way from the dealership. When I got there, Kyle in the service department was super nice and helpful and helped me dilute and fill the coolant in my truck. The other staff seemed friendly as well. If I lived in Roseburg I would 10/10 come back for service.

I just bought a 2017 Flex from Lithia Ford, and the experience was amazing! It is the first time I have dealt with a dealership with absolutely no surprises. From the time I walked on the lot to signing the closing documents, there was no pressure, hidden costs or last minute ultimatums to get the deal done. In fact, I got a better interest rate than I had anticipated. My Sales Consultant was Micah Macalister. He was great to work with. He was professional, low pressure, and very educated in his inventory.My wife and I have a Focus as well and just had a recall on it. A few weeks ago I took the car to the service department at Lithia, and again the professionalism and the promptness was excellent. We will be life long customers with them..

Great visit today! I have lifetime oil changes and the place couldnt be a better place to go! They are nice and polite, which isnt always a thing these days. No gimmicks or underhanded business practices in my opinion. Just generally nice customer service people. Today I showed up to my appointment and I wasnt on the schedule. I know it was only made 2 or 3 days ago. But the service person that was helping me didnt even skip a beat. He put me right in where I came no problems. I even volunteered to wait for another day or appt. and he declined. So it was not awkward or anything. Really nice. Very professional member of service team. I really am the beneficiary of the lifetime oil change I purchased in Eugene when I bought the car. Nicely done KIA!! Its a no brainer let me tell you.!!

Darrin and RJ were so great! We had a pretty bad experience at a local Ford dealership in Eugene pushing us into something we really were not comfortable with. After a week of back and forth with the Eugene dealership I decided to call Roseburg Ford. In less than 24 hours they had a truck for us with a better payment and rate and gave us everything we wanted. They even delivered the truck to us in Lane County. Took the car in for warranty work and was amazed at the poor customer service. The repair took several days more than their estimate which I can somewhat understand. The major problem was communication with the service advisor; calls went to voicemail with no returns until I contacted the Manager after several days.They need to realize that all the shiny cars out front can be purchased anywhere in the country. Unreliable customer service leaves a bad taste for for a long time.

Poor dealership stay away. Took my F250 2019 truck in because the 4x4 was not working. The whole unit was broken their fault, not put together right left bolts loose. they gave me a small Ford EcoSport called an SUV.It is smaller than a VW bug. Promised a truck to replace the tiny rental. This was Lithias idea to replace my F250 Super Duty truck with the smallest vehicle - absolutely ridiculous. The only reason this got one star was because there was no zero. And yes I absolutely need my truck every day. This tiny car is not doing it.

Kyle Arter is simply the best service rep! When I turned our vehicle in the night before for service the next morning, he met me in the parking lot, took my key, and told me I didnt even need to come in. He is always honest about what work needs to be done. I never feel like Im paying for a service my vehicle doesnt need. As a woman dealing with vehicle maintenance, I cant tell you how much that means to me. In addition, his estimates are always high, I never pay more and most of the time its less than Im originally quoted. He truly makes me feel like a friend and not just a customer.

Year ago we bought used Mercury Sable long distance from this dealership. All paperwork and Q&A were done by phone and emails. We were nervous doing it without the test drive, but the communication with Scott and Christopher put us at easy somewhat. They answered all questions, took additional photos and emailed to us. Took 2.5 hours to buy my used car, which I felt was a little long, lots of time just sitting around. Then a week later I had to email the salesman regarding what was happening with car loan. I dont think the car went through any type of inspection before it was put up for sale after being traded in.The service department is slow. I have had my car into them 3 times in the last month! Tire pressure sensors are acting up weekly, they cannot find a problem. Told them to drive it to Sutherland and go across railroad tracks at 40 mph, they didnt do it, so of course the problem it not fixed.

Service was great. We were on the first day of our road trip down to southern New Mexico and the alternator was going out in our Ford Taurus. We made an appointment in advance and was told our car would be done by lunch time, so we dropped it off early morning before they opened and filled out the envelope, and also wrote I would be picking up at noon. When I called 15 till, they said they would need it for the full day! I dont understand why they wouldnt call, seeing I was going to pick it up at noon, I told them I wouldnt be able to leave it for the full day and they put me on a brief hold, said they have it done in an hour and a half. I picked up my car and when I got home I couldnt get our of my car! The inner door handle broke, it was not broke that morning, got out of my car perfectly fine, never had an issue, found it this whole situation odd. Also, because it was broken (yes I called about it and the tech said it was already like that...) they missed an opportunity quoting me a price to have it fixed. If anything, would of been nice of them to tell me or document it on the repair order, but they didnt. Very upset with this service.I would like to add that the manager did reach out and apologized for the service and wanted to make things right and offered to help with the door handle situation. Ill give another star for that, that was very nice of him.

I had the best experience buying a car that I have ever had purchasing my second Fusion last week. Rod said he was going to make it happen and he did, and in less than 2 hours! He even got me into a Credit Union and a MUCH lower interest rate. Will had all the paperwork ready to sign and it was a very pleasant experience. I went in looking for a new car that was better than what I was driving. I test drove a little fiesta but it was way to small so I decided to ask if anything was in the back. Found a 2013 mustang, and was in love. Better MPG? not really, better car? Hell yes! I was recommended to Rod Jackson and he worked with me on my payments and down payment. Only thing that could have made it 5 stars would have been a free tank of gas. lol

I didnt even want to give 1 star....my kids financed their 1st car here and its been nothing but a lemon and problems since the day they bought it. Tried returning the car the day after buying it and was told it was sold As Is....thousands of dollars down the drain to buy it and now thousands more fixing all of its issues! I wouldnt even send my worse enemy here to buy a gum ball!

The service was great but i only have 3300 miles on my 2017 F350 and this is the 3rd engine light that came on. I hope this doesnt continue. I am starting to think we should of kept our 1999 F350 instead of buying a new one. We never had one engine light come on in the 18 years of owning that truck. It was a great truck I hope this one isnt a lemon.

The paint/auto section at Lithia Ford Roseburg was GREAT and got my car in and out without a delay (my new car had some nasty rock chips that made not only a dent but took the paint off as well before delivery UGH). However we purchased mudflaps (that were not included on our SUV as standard items) and made an appointment with the service department to have the mud flaps installed. I assumed this minor service would take no more than 30 minutes but when I got there and after 30 minutes waiting I approached the service desk and was told that it typically takes 2 hours for mud flap installation - REALLY after making an appointment? People work and cant be expected to just sit and wait at the dealership UNLESS they know ahead of time that the wait is going to be excessive. Fortunately after making a fuss about having to wait my car got done in a total of approximately 45 to 50 minutes for MUD FLAP installation.
