Ive gone to the Roseburg branch since I started driving back in the 80s. Theyve never let me down. They have integrity, are always respectful to my needs (I cant tolerate the smell inside so they do all my business with me in the car.) Kudos to whoever does the hiring because they pick the best employees! I tell my kids & friends- this is a place you can trust.

Great service, dependable tires and brake job and reasonable prices. I have been going to this business for almost 4 decades! I wouldnt go to any other place to have my vehicle worked on. Friendly people, clean store and the workers are great. They work so hard and even when busy they still try to make a little time to run out to your car to see what you need. Plus there is good warrantees on there services and products too.

Took tire in to have repaired, they said they would call me when it was ready but they didnt. Yet I put this up to the fact they were swamped. Cars were coming and going just as fast as they could get them done a new one was arriving. They could have probably used a few extra hands truth be known. Other than that, excellent service and problem with tire solved.

The Roseburg Les Schwab is the best Les Schwab Ive been to. The guys are all clean cut and nice and really helpful. Im 57 years old and its such a breath a fresh air to go to a place where everybody is hustling and all the employees are clean-cut and friendly, what a concept, LOL. They got me right in and they were really fast, a great experience.

Aligned my car when it had a completely busted rack and failed to tell rack was broken.. after calling them back they offered a free alignment service, which now after months of the car being down I have to wait another week to get it into them for just a alignment.... forgive me if Im wrong but should be handling old issues before new work.. Took one my other cars here several times, they cant find anything wrong. It is definitely unsafe to drive and has something wrong in the suspension.

These guys rock. One of the tires on our trailer blew out as we were passing through Roseburg . We called the roadside assistance number from our insurance and waited... and waited... and waited. We got tired of that nonsense so we did a quick search and found this Les Schwab. I swear 15 minutes after calling we had a new tire on our trailer. Should have gone with them from the start!

Had to return after service due to a faulty replacement part they installed. Upon picking the car up the 2nd time, Chris in the alignment shop performed an extra service because we had to wait an extra day! Excellent customer experience! Will be loyal customers for life!

I have had some not so great visits at Les Schwabs over the last several years, however this time they did awesome. They made sure they got me in right away to have a ball joint issue checked out. They advised me not to drive the vehicle a long distance and scheduled me an appointment as soon as they could to get the issue repaired. They were great working with my schedule and offered to do the repair at a very reasonable price. I was unfortunately unable to make the appointment due to work but will be rescheduling very soon, thank you guys.

More pricey than other places however they have good service, they are quick, and they have excellent warranties and products.

Les Schwab is a fantastic place to take your car for brakes (they checked mine out for free), alignment, and to buy tires. Their prices are fair and they work extremely fast. I never make an appointment and the longest Ive ever waited is 12 minutes.

Always my go to for anything might cost a bit more but you get a great warranty with them and the staff will always take care of your needs

Went to get a Quote for Tires & Alignment on my 77 Chevy... Going to Have to SAVE UP FOR Quite some time... Which of course is NOT A GOOD THING..My Tires are ALREADY WORN VERY VERY BADLY On the Outside tread Halfway In.. already fixed the cause of..Anyway I was Greeted by Staff member as I walked through the door & asked what I could be Helped with today.. Every thing was EXACTLY Like Royalty Would EXPECT..

We stopped in to fix a low tire pressure issue on a long road and were in and out in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient at removing the nail. Love that Les Schwab free flat fix policy. Thanks!

They changed my tires yesterday. The rear left tire was extremely loose and making so much noise I thought it was going to fall off while I was driving. Disappointed in the technical service but Im sure its not the norm for these gentlemen.

Wonderful, quick service. We blew a tire on our trailer while passing through from California. We had a spare, so we were able to make it to Les Schwab the next morning.Since we needed to replace the spare & knew all tires were due to be changed, we decided to see if they had tires our size in stock. They did & we were in and out in about 30 mins! Very friendly & accommodating.

I barely turned off my motor when a service teck came over to ask what I was there for. I was there to get my tires rotated. There was a short wait, as all the bays were full. Next thing I know my car was done.They are fast and friendly. They checked my breaks, tire pressure and tread. All good.

When I arrived they had 2 techs go to work on my car putting on new tires. It was like watching in and out burger employees work with speed and efficiency. This was the first time I have had someone clean up the new tires b4 putting them on. Great service and was able to buy tires made in the USA

My TPMS on my toy hauler warned me of a fast leak as I was exiting I-5. I made it just over a mile to Les Schwab where they directed me to pull into their huge RV bay. They immediately started fixing my leak. They were very helpful and very fast. I was on my way within about 10-15 minutes. Their was a big staple in my new tire.

Everyone there was so polite and professional. They didn’t even guilt me about the condition of my tires, they just jumped in and took care of it. I have never had such great experience at a shop. I know it’s a little more expensive than some other spots but I feel like the experience alone was worth the extra few bucks. They even aired up all of my other tires for equal pressure. 10/10 will be only going there from now on. Thanks guys. ♥️

Their customer service is remarkable.When I pull up to the store, someone will come out to greet me and figure out my needs. They then take me inside to discuss my different options and price points. I feel that they do a good job of explaining my options to me without up-selling me. After deciding what services I need, they have me drive into a station to work on my car. It usually takes around 40 minutes to do something like changing out 4 tires. There is a waiting area inside, and also benches outside if you like.They include a lot of free services when you order tires through them. Anytime I get a flat, need my tires rotate or balanced, it is never a problem. I just show up and they take care of everything for me.I would highly recommend this shop if you are in need of tire, rim or alignment services.

Needed to purchase (2) new tires in a hurry and this shop was amazing! Made a phone call, spoke with Scott, and he explained the difference between what I was attempting to purchase and what I needed. Valuable information that I will take with me. He didnt try to sell me more than required. Customer service was beautiful, time in shop was only a half an hour for new tires and wiper blades. The price was within range with a great warranty. Never had this great of an experience at an auto shop. Highly recommend!

Went in because my car was pulling to the right, they checked out the front end alignment the guy told me the alignment was good and that my tires had belt separation then sent me next door and I bought some new tires.It took care of the problem. Thank you front end alignment guy for being honest and the guys that put my tires on for being so fast.

I came in for a bolt in a tire; I was met by a rep before I was halfway to the counter. Very helpful and friendly (both to me and to the other customers I saw), and even with 4 people ahead if me I was still back on the road after about 20 minutes. They also repaired my tire on the house. I would definately recommend this place, and I will be back in the future!

How do I give this team 10 stars out of 5? They pretty much saved our lives by discovering that the reason for an odd vibration was loose lugs on one of my wheels (two weeks after buying tires at a certain membership box store). And fit us in 90 minutes before they closed for the day. And charged us nothing. Guess what tire company has my lifetime devotion after temporarily straying to another vendor?

Wonderful place, wonderful people. I bought a used car with new tires purchased from them 3 years ago. I have had them balanced and rotatated, a flat fixed (plugged AND patched) and brakes checked repeatedly for NO CHARGE. I recently was told I need my left front brake replaced and that my rotors were okay. A lot of places would tell you you needed both brakes and maybe that you needed your rotors repaired. I appreciate excellent automotive service as my husband was in tire sales and service management for 30 years.
