We were traveling in an RV group from Southern California to Newport Oregon and a friend had a check engine light come on in his Ram pickup while climbing hills, so we stopped here to get it checked.Service guy came out immediately and checked it with an analyzer which showed a transmission issue. He said it may have overheated and threw the check engine light. He said it would probably be fine to continue until we returned home to California and then get it serviced. He reset the check engine light and we were good to go.My friend asked how much for the service and they refused to charge him. They wouldnt even take a tip. Who does this????? Maybe its just Oregon or this dealership. Either way it was a nice feeling knowing there were still dealerships like this.I would definitely give this dealership our business. My friend never had an issue on our way back. Good job Lithia Chrysler!!

I have only ever worked with the service depts- no sales at all, and Im absolutely not impressed at all. One of my very first experiences was that I had an appt to get a part swapped out. The part came in, they called to schedule a time, but I was at work and unable to answer. Dont miss a call from them, because you absolutely cannot reach them again to speak to anyone! And they DO NOT return calls. I believe my msg I left them even said, Just sched an appt and Ill have the car there. My msg was completely ignored. It took so long to make contact that by the time I had the appt, the part had been sent back... But no one bothered to call me to tell me my car was just sitting there getting NOTHING done to it for 3 hours! I had to have my ride take me there physically to find that bs out. Then it was blamed on me because it took so long to get the appt! Regardless, no one bothered to call me to say they were unable to do the work it had been brought in for. It just sat there until I came back. Just recently Ive been foolishly trying to get back in, and once again I cant get anyone to answer the phone when I call. Ive left 2 urgent messages in the last month and neither have been returned. Unacceptable Lithia! I ended up calling a different service dept at the same Lithia and someone answered immediately. The difference was Night and Day.

Really rude, my elderly Mother was in process of buying a car and had to go get her vaccination. Said she would be right back and she was and they sold the car to someone else. She test drove it snd they agreed to wait until she got back.

I went here looking for a used car and one of the cars that I looked at seems nice from the outside,. However, when I opened the hood the engine was very dirty with a lot of black spot covering a bunch of the parts.I did not get the best impressions while there. if youre looking for a car here I would be sure to thoroughly check the car out before you make a choice

I really like how we are greeted to the door everytime we go there. And one Inparticular staff that I can say hands down is the hardest and the most caring staff member there is Zachary Feilds. Hes great with customer especially younger couples, my girlfriend and I were trying to get a car and he was trying really hard to help us out but not all things are met to be. So that being said with the motivation from this guy I. Going to safe up and then Ill be able to get it done

My wife and I both own Dodge pickups. My wifes has a lifetime oil change. Since moving back to douglas county, the service center in Roseburg has consistently not performed the maintenance requested during our visits. Basic oil changes and brakes were NOT done. I appreciate their honesty when I double check and see the work is not done, but 4 times later, Andrew needs fired and a better service manager needs put in place. After an oil change was missed last week, I scheduled a follow up 10:30 am appointment for my wife. I emphasized that she would have our 4 children so wed like to be in and out as quick as possible. The woman scheduling the service said they had went back to scheduling rather than walk ins to reduce waiting times. When my wife showed up for her appointment, the tech said she wasnt in the system and it would take untill 1:00 PM to perform the oil change! Fire Andrew Please, and start at least trying to meet the most basic of customer service benchmarks.

Got us in and took care of two of the three recall items fairly quick, waiting for a call on parts for the third item, my only real problem was that I called back in July when we first got the recall notice and again in September was told wed be called when the parts were available, they didnt call back until I contacted Chrysler in January and then we couldnt get the car in fast enough.
