I needed to rent a trailer for a few hours to move stuff from my garage to storage. It was during the week so I was able to walk in and get a trailer. Rental process was pretty straight forward and manager was friendly and helpful. I also needed an appliance dolly to move a freezer and it was 10 for the day. With the trailer about 35 total. I would rent again when in need of their services.

We had made a reservation for a Sat am two weeks in advance, received a text a confirmation, but they called at 4:00 in the afternoon two days before the reserved date saying they didnt have a truck available. We reserved a truck at home depot instead.

Very helpful employees and good prices. I rented a motorcycle trailer for roughly $15 the day I went there and the entire process wasnt stressful or complicated at all.

Everyone that I have encountered there was extremely kind and caring. They are my new go to for supplies to ship the art work that I sell online. These edge protectors work amazingly!

Very clean and comfortably temperature-controlled. Lots of handy ways to help you move items in and out. Not a lot of traffic of people going in and out, and affordable. Some storage facilities can give you a creepy feeling, but Ive always felt safe here.

Tried to call and speak with someone about getting a trailer hitch installed. Got a general recording which had nothing to do with what I needed. Could not get anyone to answer the phone. Very poor service

Andy and his crew were a delight to work with. They were very eager to make sure I had all the information I needed and even gave me a free month of storage rent. The security of their facility can not be beat. I was needing to store items for my job and they took me on a full tour and made sure to show me how secure the facility was to put my mind at ease. They set me up on automatic payments so I do not have to call or go in to make payments.

When I went to pick up my truck a very king young lady was at the counter. I walked in the door and right away she came from behind the counter and asked how she could assist me. She made sure that I had everything I needed to keep my belongings safe while I was moving. The truck rental was a breeze and the price was unbeatable. I got quotes to have companies move me and I was in utter disbelief at how expensive it was. Megan got me set up with a truck that was the perfect size for what I needed, a wonderful box to make sure that my 1 month old 65 tv wouldnt get damaged, and a crew to load and unload the U-haul. I came in at under $500 when the other quotes I got were close to twice that price. THANK YOU MEGAN!

Service is good during hrs after hrs cant get in.

I was not able to get the size truck I wanted. However, that was not their fault it was mine. I forgot to make a reservation for the first Saturday of the month. They tried their best to make it work for me to get a 15 foot truck like I wanted, even checking all the other stores in town, there just wasnt a truck for them to give without messing up a reservation for someone who did plan ahead. I told them I would take a 10 foot and just do 2 trips. The kind gentleman did some math and advised that I would save $50 taking a 20 foot truck since I would be putting on so many miles. I really appreciated that since my wife is a bartender and therefore not working with the Stay at Home order in place. They are taking the concern of this virus serious. They have a 6 barrier set up at the counter for their safety and ours, xs on the floor with reminders to keep a 6 distance, and they are sanitizing everything. Card readers, door handles, seatbelts, dash, steering wheel, you name it. Thank you U-Haul for your dedication to helping keep the world turning all while keeping yourselves and your customers safe.

Loved the 1st month free storage that they offer with any rental. I had a week between closings and it saved me from having to figure out what I was going to do with my stuff. Craig works hard to make sure the building is clean. Cool guy to talk to as well.

Cheap and great cargo vans

The guy at the counter accidentally tried to double charge us for a bundle of boxes. Accidentally is in quotes because as soon as I pointed out that the price didnt sound right he got very defensive about it. Always do the math before you pay at this place!

After hearing about horror stories all over the internet about U-Haul I was very nervous when it came time for my husband and I to downsize and DIY the move. Angels were watching over me as I walked in the door and was greeting by a smiling face. The young man that helped me was extremely kind and professional. He even hooked us up with a free month of storage which was great to put things in that we were giving to our kids as our new place did not have the room for those things. I think the young mans name was Demoni. I probably spelled that wrong but he proved that you cant believe everything you read online.

I got a hitch installed on my 2020 Subaru at this store. I was nervous as it is a new location, I wasnt sure how much experience they had doing hitches. The storage Manager (Zach I think) is the person that set up my appointment and informed me that all the employees at this store came from their existing store and no one that does hitch installs here has been working with the company for a minimum of a year and the main installer has been doing it for almost ten years. 1/3 the price of the dealership and done in the same day.
