I’m highly impressed with Auto Images. I called to make an appointment for a detail and they fit me right in. While dropping off and picking up my car, the staff was extremely friendly and polite. The price was very affordable and the work was immaculate. My car looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a detail. Great people, great place!!

It was a rough start, the car had minor issues. Jim was great and fixed everything. He went above and beyond to satisfy me regarding the transaction. Im happy with my Ford Escape!

Poor customer service. Absolutely no reason to be rude to a customer trying to schedule an appointment for an auto detail. Not only was the man hateful over the phone but was hateful in person. Also IF you decide to get a detail done here inspect your vehicle before hand and note any extra paint damage afterwards. I am very disgusted in lack of professionalism displayed at the front desk and over the phone.

Have bought 2 trucks from Jim and will continue to. Good service and fair prices.

I bought a 2006 Nissan Sentra here. Bought the car 2 weeks ago and has been nothing but problems. Replaced the exhaust, put a used stirring system in it(because Jim refused to put in a new one from the cost of it)Then the garage I went to(not through the dealership) told me my tires and mirror were illegal. Much more was found wrong with it. The owner, Jim, told the garage guy that I went to, not to tell me any of this information to save his company. So Jim and his garage buddies at Auto Images passed the car illegally and I paid $4200 for it. When I returned the car, only gave me $3800 back. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else. Not to mention there were multiple things broken inside of the car. Definitely not worth it here.

Auto Images exceeded my expectations when I purchased a car from them. The car has been serviced by a local mechanic and it was in good shape. However on the ride home I noticed a noise in the front end that I didnt on the test drive. I called Jim and he said to have looked at locally and send him the bill for repaid it needed. He promptly paid it. I highly recommend Auto Images!

Bought our Jeep here almost 2 years ago. The dealer was very friendly, and not your typical pushy salesman. He went above and beyond to get us the monthly payment we could easily afford. We had a minor issue with the Jeep the 1st week, but was quickly taken care of after giving them a call. I would definitly shop here again for our next vehicle.

The team at Auto Images always details my cars. I brought a Trailblazer in to be done because we were selling it and when it was done it looked so good we considered keeping it! We also bought a Subaru Legacy from them and got a great deal on a great car. Do not hesitate to check them out!

Not once, but twice were we sold a lemon car from this place. Don’t bother buying a car from here, they will use every trick in the book to con you. Guy is friendly and the dog is nice, but cars are way over-priced than what they are actually worth. Don’t waste your time.

The company stands behind every vehicle they own although the car I bought ended with engine issues they did pay to fix and are currently in the process of doing so. I would say they do whats required of them. Biggest issue I bought from out of state which makes bringing them the car an issue that Ill have to slove on my own all and all a decent dealership that does whats required but not much more.

Terrible!!! I bought a car from them unfortunately!! The car had problems from the beginning and 3 months into it the engine had to be replaced!! Rochester tire did the work and my car sits in my driveway broken with a refusal from both parties to help!! Complete LEMON!! Not worth lawyer fees as im looking for a new car! Terrible people, terrible service! Karma will deal with you!!
