Absolutely lost my business. Went in for an appointment. They ran my credit and told me they would contact me when they could give me an idea what my trade in would be worth. Never heard from them again. Called and left voicemails and sent emails. Now I have hits on my credit and no car to show for it. Absolutely unprofessional. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Would make it a zero star if I could. Bought a car from here and immediately the same day my Ebrake did not work as well as me having two seized brake calipers. My car was never even inspected and they still slapped an inspection sticker on it and sent it. Now in less than 1k miles my clutch is already slipping and not working no more. No happy about my car receiving an illegal inspection. Also was never informed about the accident that my car had been in. Have tried resolving these problems with the dealership and they seem to have zero interest in making this right. The guy on the phone admitted to me that they somehow messed up and did not do a UCI on my car and they still don’t want to make this right.

After the test drive, the negotiation process was very low pressure and we arrived at a great price for both parties. He also walked me through the extended warranty options and was very low pressure, which hasnt been something I am used to with other dealers. UPDATE: Knocking a few stars off my original review. On 8/1, I handed possession of my Jeep Renegade to Garber Honda and the remaining balance on that vehicle was transferred to the vehicle I traded in here. On 8/5, I was charged by my bank for the car even though it had been in Garber Hondas possession for 4 days! My bank told me they never paid the car off. So I was still being charged for a car they had possession off and they never paid the car until over a month later. Ive been back and forth with them since August in regards to a refund until TODAY when I was told Ill have to go to my bank for a refund. It is ridiculous how long it took for them to tell me this. Ive spoken to the salesman I worked with, someone higher up, and the accounting department. My bank already told me to go to Garber Honda because Garber Honda didnt submit the documents needed to pay the car off when they received the car. Im really disappointed in how they handled this situation. Now I am out money for something thats not even my fault. This situation is ridiculous and honestly could have been avoided. Because of this, I wouldnt recommend trading in your vehicle, especially if you still have a remaining balance on the car youre trading in.I visited Garber Honda last Saturday, after having multiple negative experiences at a local Jeep dealership. They had the Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted, except it was newer and they even added cute black accents on the door knobs, mirrors, grills, and rims! When I arrived, the car was waiting at the front to be test driven. The trade in experience was professional, smooth, and quick. We had a great experience with Robert Capitano, who was very friendly and professional. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. Beverages were offered as well. Not only did he give us a better trade in value for my Jeep than the Jeep dealership did, but also helped us out with a military discount.

Went in to look at a specific car, and took it for a test drive, noticed some break issues and sales person blew it off as surface rust that would go away after driving it for a bit, then I asked about the accident it had marked on carfax report, they had no idea what happened. Just assured em car is 100% fine. Asked about price (there was 1 cheaper one with similar trim and millage in Rochester area 2k cheaper. They told me if that one sold I can always come back and but this one and best they could do is $500 off. I wont be back. The pricing I understand there isnt always something you can do but the rest was not acceptable

Dont trust that theyre vehicles are up to date on all services, even if it is a (Honda Acura Porsche Audi) which they are attached to. Theyll do the bare-minimum to make it pass inspection and then pass the buck to happy new owner.Which is typical of most dealerships, I just expected this one to be the exception...

Being a young person shopping for a car can be incredibly cumbersome. Everyone assumes your wants and needs without ever talking to you. I had about a dozen experiences where I would enter a dealership and someone would sales right up to me with a sports car or a motorcycle without ever listening to me.The people here are straight forward, helpful, and they listen. Also I had a bit of a time crunch and Nick and Jon processed my paperwork and got me in my vehicle very quickly. I definitely suggest looking here when you are purchasing a vehicle.

Not only did they leave 6 hard inquiries on my credit, they slipped in a nice little charge on me of 160 dollars in the contract of the car, to wax and polish it. It was a snow storm the night we got it and they knew that I was from out of state. I had an hour and 40 minute ride home in that car and it was destroyed by the time i got it home. I could of cared less if it was polished, just a sneaky way to charge you another 160. I did talk them down from 17,395 to 16,500. So prices are negotiable even if they tell you its not. There is always a cushion. Talk them down to bottom dollar then accept no dumb charges after that. Watch for that wax and polish fee...

I have given this a 5 star rating for a variety of reasons. First Rob DEttore was excellent to work with. He managed to get me a great price on the vehicle I bought. The part I was most impressed with was the no pressure attitude Rob had with me as a consumer. I test drove six different cars and he took the time to explain pricing, monthly payment breakdown, and the vehicle information. At one point we also thought it might not happen and he was all right with that and offered to help down the road. If you are buying a used car at Garber I would encourage you to ask for Rob. He is everything you want in a salesman. I also must say that Brandon Parker in finance was great too. He was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience at Garber. From the very first contact to driving away in our new (to us) vehicle the process was easy and enjoyable. All of our questions were answered completely and we were never made to fee like we were asking too many questions. We were involved in a car accident and brought the car into the service center for a repair estimate. The customer service we got there was fantastic, in fact it was so good that after we learned the car was a total loss we decided to give the sales department a chance in finding a replacement car. First I want to say the environment in this place was so friendly and comforting. My salesman was Xavier, he was so nice. I didnt come there to intentionally buy a car, I was only there to look out my options. I test drove a couple cars and in each one he was making me feel like I could really see myself in them and answering all my questions honestly. He was very patient and not pushy at all. Great place to buy a vehicle. Gina made us feel very comfortable and was flexible showing us options we didnt even know existed, one of which we ended up buying. The entire staff was professional and courteous, picking me up from a local car rental drop-off when I came to get the truck. Will look to Garber next time I am in the market.

Purchased a 2007 Santa Fe with 115,000 miles from Garber in January 2016. Gina was awesome to work with and I didnt feel any pressure through the entire buying process.
