Tow driver demanded more money out of pocket said he would take it back to where I broke down. Mind you insurance coverd everything. Not to mention the owner will argue with you claiming hes right and you are wrong. Very professional and like i said there is the owners trying to defend what happend lol dont do business with them if you care about honesty or your money

The entire staff at Kerhearts Garage are professional, fair, and HONEST. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough about this business. TEN stars.

I only went in for an oil change but they got me in and out. I dropped off my car last night and they had it ready at 7:45AM. Price was competitive and on par with other providers. They didnt try to upsell me or tell me anything else needed to be done. Friendly, quick and efficient.

Sorry. I’ve dealt with a few garages and towing services over the years. I plow for my holding company, with a truck that’s 12 years old and they have come through with towing and service time after time. The truck, miraculously, gave me ZERO problems this past winter AFTER they serviced it. Kerharts is one of the best places to take your vehicle. Or in my cases have it taken there

I went off the road and needed to be pulled out during some heavy snow. They came very quick and got my car back on the road without any damage. Driver was extremely polite and let me sit in his truck while he pulled my car out.

Words can not express how grateful I am for having these guys tow me after having a breakdown on the highway! The gentleman who picked me up was such a kind and personable person. I was very comfortable in riding to the shop with him (which can be hit or miss when youre a lady - lets be honest lol) and he was very prompt in showing up and hitching my truck. It only took 15 mins for him to show up after making the call! The level of professionalism he displayed was insurmountable and definitely appreciated. Awesome company and super cool tow trucks!

When a mechanic you dont know says It will cost $800 if you want to get the work done, but I dont think you should, it will probably be more trouble than it is worth, then a beautiful relationship is formed.

Not great service. They make it seem like you have no other options then towing it back to there garage. If you have to go there make sure you know how much the storage is and when they charge you.
