It took over an hour to get an oil change despite having an appointment.Also, there was some comment on the papers (not mentioned by the service guy when giving them to me) about the battery not fitting correctly and being an aftermarket add on.... Uh, we bought and had it installed AT THIS TOYOTA garage!

Seems like a nice place. Went there to order a part for my daughters car. Never been inside the place before. Only went to parts department. People were nice there. Fancy show room. That is all I know about it. Off of hwy. 63. Nice location.

Service staff is courteous and professional. Each time they communicated well with me when maintenance issues are identified. All jobs are completed in time.

I always get great service here both with the sales and service sides. The service experience is actually a big part of why I will only drive Toyotas as long as I live in the area.

Didnt call when my vehicle was done, like they said they would. Asked for an oil change only, and they did a maintenance check as well (for $50!). And the usual you need a new air filter nickel and dime stuff too. Only good thing is that they at least do competent work

Lots of waiting. Stand in line 1 to get an item, then having to wait in line 2 to pay. While loads of employees standing around, not seeing them helping out.
