Poor customer service. Called in advance for an appointment. They were to pick up my motorcycle on October 1st, 2019...Was told to call the day of pickup to remind them, which I did. No one ever showed up, no one called me back.

This shop is awesome! I showed up here as soon as they opened without an appointment and they fit me in immediately. Not only did they charge a fair price but they were also extremely helpful and get everything done very quickly.

My rear brake gave out while I was going down the Blue Ridge parkway. I called them, limped the bike over, and a repairman looked at it for 30 minutes (no wait), fixed it well enough, and sent me on my way for $25. Knowledgeable, down-home and pretty affordable.

Great owner !! My Spyder needed a new rear tire after a deer hit me and the bike, and they did a great job. I had to wait a few hours so he drove me a few miles away to Panera Bread so I could be comfortable, and then picked me up when my bike was finished. Dropped a motocross bike off to have it looked at. The cost to service was too much at the time, which is fine. However they returned it to me without the kickstart leaver. I told them this but they acted like I was lying and I never got the part back. Disappointing experience that I hope isn’t repeated.

These guys are awesome, best service and prices in Roanoke. Took my bike in with no appointment to get new tires, which they ordered and recieved next day. In less than 2 hours my bike was ready to go. Called everyone in town before choising them and im so glad i did. They have my business from here on out.

Heading across the blue ridge parkway and 8 hours from home. made a quick stop in town to check it out and on the way back to the parkway i got a rear flat on my yamaha fjr. fortunately just a valve stem. a couple of co2 cartridges made it mobile. called these guys and told me to bring it in when i got there the mechanic stopped what he was doing to look at my bike. just needed a new valve stem, and they were on it in no time. got me up and riding again with minimal down time!! great group of guys at this shop. Overpriced, poor customer service, and substandard work. I took my scooter in to replace the drive belt, but the mechanic left the retaining clips open, so my new drive belt was shredded then failed before I made it home. Too much drama overall, so avoid this rats nest and look elsewhere.

Worked on our 2002 yamaha TTR 125. Works like a charm. Answered all our questions, great group.

Several knowledgeable mechanics had looked at my Harley, but only Allsport Cycles found the microscopic crack in my carb and was able to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Ridiculous pricing on mounting tires. Brand new wheels and brand new tires and they wanted $85 just to mount. Called Crescent Heights and they did it for $40. It pays to check elsewhere!
