A very bad dealership, I bought a second-hand car here two years ago and bought a warranty at the time. When we went to repair the car, we found that the warranty was cancelled by the dealership, but we didn’t know anything about it, so we called the salesperson. (Peter) He asked us to find the finance, and called the finance. He actually said that there was no information in the computer. It was completely nonsense. He said that it would take two days to find the information, but we waited for a week and didnt reply, so we called again. The salesperson dared not listen to my call anymore. I knew that he cancelled the insurance policy and put the money in his pocket. We called the company and no one took care of it. Finally, I went to the municipal government and waited for two months, the final solution was that the dealership activated our warranty and let us contact the warranty company to get the repair money back. They didn’t apologized and explain it. It was really terrible.

I worked with Eli from start to finnish.Customer service and communication was great from first contact. I received an email and communication through texts which was very convenient for me. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner.Only gave 4 stars for a few small reasons that i have not experienced before when purchasing a car.. The car was not washed or cleaned inside before i drove it home. There were a few small stickers from the previous owner that they did not remove. The car only had a 1/4 tank of gas. I will mention that i did not ask for them to do any of these things, i just assumed that they dont do that if it had not already been done 🤷‍♀️Financing went smoothly. Very nice people to interact with here.

I had a great experience with Towne Mazda. I bought a certified used MX5 over the phone and internet. I had a lot of questions about the condition of the vehicle as I was buying a used vehicle sight unseen. Eli was very accommodating, sending me extra pictures and getting back to me promptly whenever I emailed or messaged. He even got back to me on his day off! I am very happy with the vehicle and he was honest about the small number of superficial blemishes in the paint. I went to get the car on a day when Eli was out. The crew treated me well and took a lot of time to show me around the car, answer my questions and provide first rate customer service.

Great service center. Brought my CX5 to safelite at the recommendation of my insurance to have the windshield replaced and it came back with rattling in the sensor box. Brought it to Towne Mazda’s service center for them to take a look at and they found the issue very quickly - the mirror wasn’t screwed to the base and the screw was missing. They helped me order this special part. Very quick and easy experience - thanks!

Dont go to this dealership for servicing. They will try to sell you servicing that is not needed and also overcharge you for a straight forward one type of servicing by selling a bundle. Their diagnostics are incomplete and incorrect but will charge a full price for it. It feels like going to a GM dealership decades ago where one would get hustled and there is little transparency. The manager is complicit in this customer service approach.

This place is an absolute joke. I would give this establishment a negative review if it were possible. We have waited over five months for our tags and registration. They cant even get our names spelled right. Weve called over 50Times and every single time they hang up on us and dont return calls or try and help at all. While the service people were great and the service was done in a timely manner, I was extremely disappointed that at 19,945 miles I had to replace both front and rear brakes ($1k). I was also told that the tires my Mazda came with would need to be replaced, after about 10,000 miles of wear! I switch my tires for snows in the winter. I was told none of this was warranted as my car was just over 2 years old. With COVID, my driving was less than usual.

Helped my girlfriend buy a car here, and they were great! We worked with their salesperson Annie, and she was as communicative and accommodating as could be. During the negotiation/purchasing period, both her and her manager were respectful and honest. They did not try pushing things on her that she did not want, which is a welcome change from how many dealers will treat a woman buying a car. The car itself was of high quality, and our mechanic confirmed the condition as the dealer reported it. All in all, I would recommend working with them.

We bought our new Mazda CX5 from Towne in 2015. We toured the lot, chose a specific CX5 in a certain color and went to start the papers. We were quoted a specific price, then while sitting down in the finance office the finance officer jacked up the numbers and tried to slide it past us, taking advantage of the fact that we were there with our baby as well and potentially distracted. When I caught his attempt, he fumbled and I had the sales manager come in to address and the two of them were clearly uncomfortable being caught in the act.Even after that, they came out and said Oh actually that SUV and color you wanted was already sold, but we brought out a brown one instead. Classic bait and switch and because we needed a car we went with it. Ive regretted the purchase ever since and regret ever engaging in business with Towne. You get two stars because Mazdas are stocked there. Otherwise, this place is staffed with cheap scammers, willing to take advantage of a family.

I found a car on Kelly blue book and I made a call on Friday at 1PM to book an appointment to take a look at the car for Saturday 10AM. Saturday morning (9AM) I get a message that confirm the appointment and minutes later a call to double check that I received a message. Once I finally arrive at the dealer (10AM) I am told that on Friday they found a mechanical issue that theyre going to fix. The fact that neither the message nor the call on saturday morning notified me of this problem they were aware of clearly shows a lack of transparency on their behalf and disrespect for the client.I was interested in other car they had as well, but after this I just got away disappointed.

I found Eli Galanakis with Towne Mazda via car gurus. I was just browsing looking at mini coopers. The prices were super high here locally. I work in Sacramento and was looking around Stockton/Sacramento and since the price was way out of what we wanted to spend. I submitted a few request to different dealers a lot further away. That’s how I came across Eli. He was amazing and very helpful. I wanted to see more pictures. (Even though the ad had like 20) He sent me what I asked right away. He replied to my emails, with so many questions. super-fast and stayed on top of it. Even gave me advice and suggestions but was not pushy at all and that’s how he won our business. We drove almost 3 hours to get to Redwood City. They have the best prices and he was willing to work with me and make the deal happen. I love the car and I love the deal I got. I feel great about our purchase. I’m very happy with my experience. The dealer is top notch. And Eli went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. I would highly recommend him.

I was looking for a used car and Eli came highly recommended from someone I work with and through every step of the process he was really helpful, kind, and never made me feel pressured which I really appreciated. I ended up getting a fair price on a car I really enjoy. There was some glitch with the DMV processing but Eli was helpful and responsive several times over the following months after the purchase. He ended up having to work with the DMV clerk several times but it all got straightened out. Its rare to find this quality of customer service now days in our mega corporation era but Eli shows how its done.

I dealt with Alex for this issue and I was so impressed by the level of service he provided. I was only allowed to go on the road outside the dealership and not go on the highway to test drive because of a County law on Covid 19, which I find hard to believe. The finance employee who runs the numbers at this place is the most rude, misogynistic, unprofessional individual I have ever known to exist at any car dealership. This man makes the stereotype of car dealerships look like a blueprint. I cannot believe the way he treated my mother and sister in the year 2020. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Horrible customer service. Took my CX9 for an oil change and when I got it back I just so happen to look under the hood and there was oil all over my engine. I called the dealer back and the service guy was giving me sarcastic responses like, the oil normally goes in the engine. So I took the vehicle back to have the engine supposedly steamed cleaned. When I went back to get the vehicle I wanted to see how well it was cleaned. So I looked under the hood. To my surprise the engine had not been steamed cleaned but the oil was rather wiped with a rag. Sorry to say, but they have lost a loyal customer. My advice is to look at the the work before you drive off the lot.

Not the best service. You immediately get the feeling that they care about their bottom line and not you. Hard to tell whether what youre being told is truthful or not. The guy who does the paperwork with you will repeatedly try to upsell to you. He also charged my card $60 or so more than the price, I had to work with their accounting department for a week to get my refund. If I didnt catch it, Im sure no one there would have bothered to be kind enough to tell me. $60 isnt much, but how many people do they accidentally do this to?The price for car was nearly $1000 more than what was advertised online (yes, even before taxes and fees and all that). I bought it anyway but what is more concerning is that they didnt make an effort to remedy it despite me knowing the difference, in fact they proceeded to charge me extra as noted above.In short, poor service, will try to swindle you. Not recommended.

The work is good, the mechanics are knowledgeable and together but the service desk is severely understaffed. You wait an absolutely inappropriate amount of time to pay your bill and today I waited over 8 minutes on hold to make a service appointment, called back and waited 8 more minutes, called back and then got ... disconnected. My next call was to Putnam. Get it together on the service side and I will reconsider!

My new Mazda was having brake problems, so I scheduled service at Towne Mazda. The day of my appointment, I called to confirm my appointment and get instructions on where to go once I arrived, since I had never been here before. The persons who answered the phone were very courteous and gave me detailed instructions.I arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early but they were ready for me. My Advisor, Prince, greeted me very professionally and quickly got things moving.I waited in the not-uncomfortable waiting room and enjoyed some complementary coffee and reading materials. About two hours later, I get a call from Prince saying my car will be washed before returning to me, and he will go over the details afterwards.The car pulls up outside the waiting area cleaner than when it was dropped off. Prince greets me and professionally 1. verified my concern, 2. detailed the repair, and 3. explained the cause.I drove away impressed with their service, and without anymore brake problems. I would highly recommend coming to Towne Mazda for their 5-star service.

I brought my 2010 Mazda 3 in with the intent to get my spark plugs changed and an oil change done. Much to my surprise there were many other issues that needed to be taken care of. Once I gave the go ahead to repair the things that needed attention, the Service Department began their work and had my car back to me in a super reasonable time. My car has been running in tip top shape since then and I give all the credit to the Service Department and their technicians who took the time to do a thorough inspection to ensure all things that need to be addressed, were taken care of.

Them finding the perfect bank to finance the car was great they really looked to find me a low percentage. I also have dealt with their service department. No owners Manuel in car ask if the could get one for me.They agreed never received owner manual that to find one my self. Only one key to car. Had to buy a second set elsewhere . I have been taking my car here for maintenance and it seemed fine but then I had a more serious problem. I have the extended warranty, which they said wasnt in the system. The service manager, David, said no problem, just bring it when you pick up the car and well get it taken care of then. So I did. He said oh no, its too late to get it taken care of today. He told me he wouldnt give me my car unless I let him make a photocopy of my credit card, just in case. I refused and he finally gave me my car. He sent in the repair to the warranty company but since they didnt get it approved before doing repairs, it took them 30 days to approve it. In the meantime, he threatened to send me to collections if I didnt pay the bill, which by the way, was covered by the warranty. I paid the bill and the warranty company paid Mazda and it took another 3 weeks to get that sorted out and get reimbursed. All the while, this guy acts like he did nothing wrong and the guy above him cant even bother himself enough to call me to sort this out. They lost a loyal customer. Ive never had such bad service!

Terrible experience - stole my money.I have had to pay for theirs forgotten smog inspection by my own and they are not paying back to me.They forgot to make smog inspection on my certified car - did not notify me any way, I did not receive numbers Ive paid them for in a time.Have had to call them lots of times to get any updates, made smog inspection by my own and paid for that - was promised to be payed back.Called and SMS them back lots of times (number ends on 5829) and still dont have any updates/estimates - they just ignore me...

I accompanied my sister to view a car she was interested in and was looking to purchase. Upon arrival we were greeted by Victor Delgado. He met us out in the lot and assisted us almost as soon as we got out of the car. He offered snacks and refreshments for my nieces, sister and I. While my sister discussed the details with Victor about her car, my father and I went outside to take a look at used cars in hopes of finding my first car ever. Victor recommended a beautiful 2017 Chevy Malibu. Instantly I knew this car would be a great fit for me. Victor allowed me to check out the interior and gave me the details and specifics of the car. I ended up purchasing the car with no hassle at all and feeling so happy for myself a few days shy of my 22nd birthday. Our family is truly content with Towne Mazada and with the elegant service we received from Victor Delgado. We will definitely be returning back in the future thanks to him!

Very bad customer service. Don’t go to this place. At the beginning they didn’t put the front car plate. The salesperson I was talking was not responsive. After I finally got my front temporary car plate, they assured me that I will receive the official one in a month. I waited for over an month but no car plate was delivered. I checked with the salesperson again and he told me he has checked. The car plate is going to be delivered in a few days. I waited for more than a week again and still received nothing. When I finally got hold of the salesperson today, he told me DMV has a few questions for me so they haven’t issued the car plate. (Then why were you telling me that the car plate would be delivered last week?)Now my car plate is going to expire next week and I have a very frustrating experience with them. Just don’t go there unless you have no choice

I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 GT on 02/14/2015 and opted for the 72 month financing. I paid a total of $895 for GAP insurance that was added to the total cost of the vehicle. I paid off the vehicle early on 07/16/2018 at the 41 month. Chase, which Towne Mazda negotiated the financing through said to contact the dealership since my pay off didnt include a GAP refund credit. Since, 07/20/2018 I have called and e-mailed Towne Mazda. They have been giving me the run around. They have not replied to my e-mails, and when I call they tell me that the Finance Manager is not in or with another customer and that he will call me back and hang up. They dont give their name when they answer the phone and hang up as soon as they say they will call me back without taking my name or phone number or giving me an opportunity to ask for their name. I have the calls recorded to prove it. Theyre quick at taking your money but not at refunding you. I now live in Sacramento so it appears Im going to have to drive down there and camp in their showroom until this gets resolved.

UNPROFESSIONAL, THOUGHTLESS, IRRESPONSIBLE. Ive been coming here consistently for the past two years and have only had exemplary service until dealing with the new service reps/Guillermo this week. They ruined my license plate during service, snapped my plate frame, and deny any responsibility.Follow up was the worst. I was told twice (once by Guillermo and once by Victor, the other service rep) that I would be recontacted the next day and never got a call. I not only had to call in myself, but had to chase down the service reps.When I spoke to Guillermo, he was unyielding and condescending. There were points during the conversation where he actually raised his voice to talk over me to rehash old information, and talked to me as if I were a petulant child whining about not getting an expensive toy. Im not proud of moments when I raised my voice, but as an angry customer, it happens. As a customer service rep, you have NO business doing the same. His demeanor during our phone exchange was completely unprofessional and should have been taped (for his Mazda exit interview).

Eli, the sales person, as well as his accountant and sales manager, are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Together, they made my trade-in/purchase process to be nearly hassle-free. The 1st car I drove away had a problem at the door. They quickly solved it by providing me a rental car, finding another car, and redoing all the paperwork to exchange the car for me. This is my 1st Mazda after owning 4 Subarus. The experience has been great so far!

Víctor Delgado assisted us with our sale and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with us on a mutually agreeable price and was able to get us an excellent deal on a car that we love.
