I leased a new QX50 from this dealer and sold them my Avalon last month. I was extremely satisfied with the process. Robert and Joe are the best. They are very professional, knowledgeable and patient in explaining the details of different models and answered all my questions. They made signing all the paper work very smooth. I brought my car and my wifes truck here for general service and inspection. Getting scheduled was very easy and fast over the phone. they sent me a text message confirming my appointment. My wife had a schedule conflict that caused her to miss her initial appointment. we were able to move get appointment easily. service was fast and the inspection was well noted with details. not the flashy showroom of many dealerships. They have many bays and that keeps you from waiting too long for service. They also have desks setup for customers to use as work stations as they wait for the completion of their service. They also threw in a brake and rotor check for free. prices seemed aligned with dealership rates. location is really convenient but can be difficult pulling in off of a busy road like El Camino Real.Traveler and Adventurer - IG @brian.dent

Went there for an oil change. Ryan took time to explain all mileage checkpoint services suitable for my car but didnt upsell me. The multi-point inspections are also done thoroughly. (It seemed they took extra step to take take off the wheel to check the brake pad thickness covered inside in the Akebono brake shroud) Really helpful but I wish they provide loaner car during the service.

Havent bought here (yet), but the 1st time I stopped in, they helped me with my Infiniti, were very nice, and didnt even try to charge me money. Didnt act like a traditional car dealer at all, so earned my trust and loyalty. Have since talked once, and they were nice. Like normal nice, not car dealer-like. I made an appointment ahead of time. So I drove there and it turns out they were too busy. We wont have to see you today. Wasted time and gas for nothing. Why have appointments that cant be fulfilled. Pathetic. Plus the place looks rundown. I went to the one in San Jose and I got better treatment.

I recently purchased a new Infiniti, and they made the process really easy. I picked out the car online and agreed on the price on the phone. We set an appointment, and they had the car waiting for me to test drive so I could make my final decision. Then it was just a matter of doing the paperwork as they took my current Infiniti off my hands even with a couple payments left in the lease.

Silvio, Bobby and the rest of the team were absolutely phenomenal! very polite and welcoming ! They made me and my family feel safe while using precautions ..during this pandemic its hectic looking for a car but it was very well worth my time driving the distance from Sacramento . I love my new car and they made it such a breeze to buy the car I was in and out ! I recommend coming here to anybody searching for a car these are your people ! Inquired via the website regarding some accessories for my 2007 FX35 which have since been discontinued by Infiniti. Though they didnt have them onsite, Joshua checked around their network of warehouses, and Max took the time to circle back regarding my request. Even though they couldnt ultimately help, Im grateful they made a good effort. With other dealers 20+ miles away, its nice to learn we have a local dealership with a friendly, unpretentious demeanor.

Excellent Service!! I brought my car in to assess an electrical issue and they did a complete diagnostic and check of my cars systems.It did take some time which I expected and they gave me a space to work and conduct conference calls while I waited.This is the first time I’ve taken my car in for servicing and didn’t feel like they wanted to gouge me of every last cent. They were kind, respectful and I felt valued as a customer.Thank You!!

I took my car in for service because i have the maintenance package. I called ahead and made an appointment which was very easy and convenient. Once i got there, i told the advisor i wanted the oil change and to give it a check around. Also, i told the advisor to check the breaks because they were making noise. Some reasonable amount of time went by, probably a little more then a hour, and my car was ready. The advisor called me over to informed me that my car was ready to go and everything was good. I told the advisor i find it hard to believe that everything was good especially my brakes. The advisor told me that my brakes are at 8mm, front & back, which are close to being brand new and i told him that’s impossible since I’ve had my car since 2017. The advisor didn’t give me an response, shug his shoulder and couldn’t give me a response. So i took my car to other location (another Infiniti dealer) to get a 2nd opinion. After getting it checked out at the 2nd dealer, the front was at 6mm and the rear was at 4mm. I really wanted to like this place because it’s closer to me but unfortunately it’s clear that i need to stay away from this place. The other employees there were awesome and one of them were cleaning and disinfecting the waiting room which is awesome. But the service department is very questionable at best. I would recommend everyone to do their research before buying a infiniti from this dealer. If this new dealership is going to be run like the previous one in Redwood City, it’s a matter of time before the inevitable happens. This type of business makes me regret buying an Infiniti and my next car would probably be an Audi. It may be more pricey but my friends been having better customer service at the dealership in Belmont and customer service is everything for me.

Customer service is woeful. Deliverables are tardy for weeks if not over a month. Jose, a service advisor, is the worst with respect to responsiveness and culpability. He will not followup as promised and will constantly reference diagnostic costs for issues that should have been treated during recent scheduled mileage maintenance plan checks. Jose is not knowledgeable about Infinity systems and/or manuals. He failed to recognize that a battery change clearly will discontinue the entry/exit steering wheel feature as described in the manual unless reset. His solution was to charge $250 for the steering wheel fault.

We went to test drive a pre-owned car with clean history and took it for a pre purchase inspection with the dealers approval. During test drive, the car performed fine. But it started shaking and had check engine light on at the end of our 7 mins drive from dealership to inspection place, literally on the same street as the dealership. The mechanic wouldnt complete the inspection because the cars obviously defective. We called the dealer and asked them to drive us and the car back, to which we are told that It is fine and we should drive it back. On the short drive back, the car shook violently, with the check engine light on and one button stopping functioning: the single most frightening drive I’ve been on. After we returned the car at the dealership, the salesperson still tried to “explain” to us that it is not a big deal, that we had to made it really clear that we had no interest to buy this whatsoever. When we tried to drive away, the dealership manager physically blocked our car from leaving and after we left, he sent us a stream of aggressive thretening text messages trying to blame us for his defective car. We simply did our due diligence to detect any defective car within our legal right and their approval, with good faith intention to purchase the car that we arranged an inspection out of our own expense. The idea that this car immediately showed its true unsellable condition within merely 7 minutes drive on city road is extremely concerning. And the thick-skin audacity and complete ignorance of the law demonstrated by the manager to try to intimidate us to “be responsible” and that we as customers, had any interest, or window, or capability, to “tamper with” his car is such a ridiculous effort to cover up their own practice and squeeze people out of money whenever they can. The only silver lining is we would never do any business with this place. And sincerely advise that all should steer away from this place as much as possible. If you have to consider to purchase anything from them, please do a pre purchase inspection and still prepare for possibility to endanger you and your loved ones, and follow up threats from them to shake you down if you happen to be the lucky one dodging the bullets before handing them your money.Update:1. Two hour inspection time is standard and set with Bobby and Steve. Our mechanic saw no point on further inspection (other red flags needed than check engine light)? Case closed on our end. Shared mechanic’s info with this dealership; all in writing.2. No key throwing on the floor. Need proof; ridiculous also that this dealership prioritizing schoolyard level lying/shaming tactics over doing good business to sell non-life-threatening cars.3. Citing dealership’s own word “ we are trying to blame anyone for anything.” Exactly!4. with written confirmation from the dealership that the car is “check engine light on and shuddering” as of 9/26, today, 9/27/2020, the very same defective, dangerous, not in legally-allowed condition to sell car is still being proudly offered on the website. Priority much? Best practice much? Care about customers’ lives much?All wise people can judge on their own.
