Clint at the Redwood City Enterprise helped us with the purchase of a 2020 Prius at the end of October 2021. He was terrific and made the whole transaction go smoothly. However, I will say that no matter what, or how smoothly, it takes about 2 hours to do the transaction. But Clint went above and beyond the service by facilitating the initiation of our cell phones into the Nav system. That saved us a load of time and frustration over having to do it ourselves.Clint is a super nice person and it was a complete pleasure to do business with him.

In the past, we have both rented vehicles and also purchased 2 used rental cars from Enterprise. Their staff has always been both helpful and extremely professional. Their prices are fair and they offer excellent and affordable warranties on their used vehicles. One of the cars we purchased from them was recently murdered (totaled). Originally I was looking at a Honda CIvic that was in Concord but the Redwood City dealership was much closer to me. They drove the civic down to Redwood City so I could look at it and also an Altima that they had at the dealership. They took extra time to help me resolve some connectivity issues with the Android Audio and gave me great trade in value on my Nissan Versa. I ended up buying the 2020 Nissan Altima and im happy with my purchase. I highly recommend buying from this dealership.

I never do reviews, and I certainly didnt expect to give a five star review for a car rental place that sells cars...but here it is.Dreading buying a used car, I didnt have very high expectations of my experience based on past experiences buying used.However, I was very impressed with Courtney Chew, the agent who assisted me.She was extremely attentive to my needs for a car, was very patient and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and helped me not only with financing that went way above my expectations, but she had found me a newer model of the exact car I drove! I thought that was amazing - but she worked together with another gentleman there at her branch, I believe his name is Derek, who with her went way over and above my expectations.I ended up purchasing a 2019 Nissan Sentra four door - with 24k miles - for $4,000 UNDER MSRP!! It was in my favorite color - red - and drives like a dream! My mechanic was impressed with the excellent condition of the car, and I cant believe my payments are $100 less than the payments of my former Chevy Spark! I purchased a 2016 Toyota 4Runner yesterday. I found the SUV on the enterprise website, but it was in Huntington Beach. Omar, sales rep, made the process very simple and efficient. My wife and I purchased a 10-seat passenger van from Enterprise in Redwood City (2013 Ford E-350 XLT). Our sales consultant, Frank Higgins, was uniformly excellent. He gave us an unhurried tour of the van and a test drive, reviewed the vans features, answered some fairly detailed questions and explained Enterprises used car program. We discussed the rationale for its pricing openly (about $1K below its KBB). When we decided to buy this van, Frank and his team were efficient in initiating and processing a good loan for us. At no point was there the kind of pressure one might anticipate with the caricature of a used car sale. That said, if you are looking for a haggling experience I dont think this venue is for you. Others might be able to push back on this, but my sense was that the price is the price.Our experience supports Enterprises claim of post-sale service. A couple weeks after purchase, the vans battery failed. Frank was quickly responsive in helping us navigate to a service partner, and the problem was quickly resolved.So, our experience has been overall very positive. I recommend them.

I rented a car to get me through a week or so, and the agent mentioned the sell used cars. I wanted a specific car. She connected me with a sales person who found the car I wanted. It was a lease return in excellent shape with very low mileage. I had a very easy, pleasant sales experience. During the 7-day no-questions-asked return window I had it checked out by my mechanic (the dealer). They were really impressed with the car and it passed their evaluation with flying colors. A fairy tale ending to what started out as the sad loss of my old car. Id recommend checking Enterprise out if you are looking for a good used car and a no-hassle process.

I bought my first car from Enterprise early this month. I was moving from MA to CA so had to handle much of the initial process over phone/email. Leon and Clint were super helpful in explaining the general regulations of Enterprise Car Sales, and the process by which they decide to keep cars to sell on their lot, which made me very confident about buying a car from them. They helped me set up a test drive a friend could do for me, a meeting for once I got out there, and helped me set up insurance remotely. Once I arrived, Roger helped me with the buying process day of. As a first time car buyer, he offered me sound advice on financing and insurance options, and explained the process to me thoroughly without being overwhelming. I was able to drive off the lot that day with a huge smile on my face! Roger was also understanding that I had to get settled in CA before I had some final paperwork available to send to him, and kept in regular contact to keep me reassured until I was able to get it to him. My husband and I had bought a 2015 Kia Optima there in March of 17. He was going through cancer treatment, and we were treated with kindness and respect. A little late on this, but I think I have had sufficient time to look back on my purchase. I was in the market for a used car back in September of 2018. This was gonna be my first car, so I was a little cautious about being ripped off or ending up with a bad purchase. After doing my (exhaustive) online research on dealers and shops in the area, I decided to give Enterprise Car Sales a try since they seemed to have a pretty good selection at reasonable prices.Booking an appointment was easy and I met up with Joshua in their office. We went for a test drive in the car Id previewed online and I was given the flexibility and freedom to try different roads and play around with the cars controls without having to worry about being rebuked. After the drive, Joshua explained to me the entire buying process. He suggested I make a decision soon since their cars get sold pretty quick (which seemed fair based on my comparision of their online catalog over several days), but wasnt pushy or disingenuous.I ended up booking an appointment a few days later to purchase the same car. The entire process took only a couple hours and was super smooth - everyone was very professional, quick and friendly. Joshua even drove me to the bank and back so I could pick up my money order. He also connected me with a AAA agent to set up my insurance. Several signatures and couple hours later, I was off with my first car!I highly recommend Enterprise if youre looking for a car, new or used, and Ill definitely have them as my first preference for any purchases in the future!

Very friendly and very helpful people. My salesman name Clint was able to get me a nice SUV 2018 with 30××× miles on it with my bad credit score around 4. I highly recommend that you go to this place especially those with bad and so so credit.

This is the 2nd car Ive bought from Redwood City Enterprise Car Sales. I recommend them anytime someone mentions that they are in the market for a used car. I have had great experience with the sales team and the entire process is always handled professionally and smoothly. I have gotten the additional warranty both times on top of the already good warranty they offer with their cars. My first car had no mechanical repair expenses except the usual maintenance costs! This second purchase was unanticipated so I had questions and some homework to do. They were patient and worked in my budget. I even happened to hit the Presidents Day sale promotion which was a nice surprise!

Everything was really good when we picked up our rental we upgrade to a premium car a Ford Taurus, we had no problem until we returned the rental I received a phone call stating we kept the car 3 extra days my reservation was for 9 days we returned the car after hours because they are only open Saturday until noon well she stated she wanted to go over our contract she said we are going to charge the card 700 for a 265 weekly rate I informed her we didnt keep it 3 extra days she removed that but stated we would be charge 674.90 once again for a 265.00 rental there is added charges and no one from enterprise will tell me what it is for ? we used enterprise because they accept debit cards we have rented from them before 3 times in fact and no problems I dont understand why no one even when I sent corporate an email will respond and give me clarification of my charges even with the upgrade it shouldnt be that high in price I wouldnt go back because the lady who called me was rude and wasnt much help returning a car shouldnt be this much hassle hopefully ill hear from someone soon

I thought that the sales force was very knowledgeable in knowing the vehicles that I was interested in. However, when I told them that I doing research on the vehicle in question and that I would get in touch with them, they kept sending me e mails. Also, when I finally bought the vehicle in question and was signing the paper work the credit force did not tell me that the payment would automatically be deducted from my savings account. I had to go to my bank to find this information out.

Excellent in between buying a vehicle at a dealership and used from a private party. No BS price negotiation, no worries of hidden flaws. I was offered the typical dealership additional options (finance, service, extended warranty, etc), but I did not feel the typical pressure from the salesperson. They have a good selection of multiple makes - both on site and on their website. Cars come with a free carfax report, one week period for an exchange if you find problems, one year limited warranty. You know the vehicle has been serviced at recommended intervals. They had only one key; they mail me a second one. There was a couple of follow-up by phone to make sure everything as good.I will certainly shop again at Enterprise Car Sales when I will need a new vehicle.

I was very pleased that I could look online at the Enterprise website, hear immediately from a nice salesperson who answered all my questions, and who arranged to bring a car I was interested in to my home workplace because J was not free to leave and go to a dealership for another two weeks. We completed the sale at my location. I avoided the stress of talking to a lot of different sales types or going to car lots. I was assured that I received top dollar value for my trade in as well as a very fair price for my low mileage certified gently used new purchase. I highly recommend Enterprise and those who made it so pleasant (Salesperson Marcos).

This is my second purchase with this particular Enterprise Car Sales branch. The first time I came in, everyone was super helpful and made finding my perfect car a breeze. The second time around, I came in to replace my car due to a total loss. The purchase was just as easy and they helped me get on my way. However, I did need their help with cancelling my Gap and Tire coverages from my first car, and they have been completely unresponsive to all emailsi I’ve sent about it (and I sent a bunch of them, and not just to the person that helped me with my purchase). If I’m ever in the market for a new vehicle, I won’t be coming to this Enterprise branch again.

I unexpectedly found myself in the market for a new car after a collision earlier this year. To be honest, buying a car from a rental agency didnt appeal to me at all. People are really hard on their rentals, after all its not theirs. When I went in to rent a car in the meantime while figuring out what I was going to do, I saw a newer Dodge Charger and asked if I could rent that one, and thats when they told me that it was for sale, not for rent. I said that I may be interested and they promised to have someone call me over the weekend and they did.Before they handed me the keys for a test drive they explained to me how Enterprise Car Sales works, in that theyre more interested in getting me into a car that I love and suits my needs and expectations than the sale. Enterprise really means it when they say that they have no haggle pricing, I tried and a day later my husband tried, to test that theory. What made me interested in buying a car from THEM versus a dealership was that if I wasnt happy within 7 days I could return the car with no hassle (except for a small $250 fee). Although I couldnt take the Charger to my mechanic before the sale, that 7 day window was adequate for me. I test drove the Charger on the Sunday before Presidents Day (which was my birthday), fell in love, and decided to sleep on the decision. They didnt pressure me to sign on the dotted line that day.Enterprise Car Sales worked some customer service magic and got in touch with my bank ON PRESIDENTS DAY (Banks are closed) and helped push my loan through on that holiday.I never thought that buying a car could be a good experience, based on my past purchases. They do have some cool security upgrades that you can get with your warranty package. Buying a car from them was actually an enjoyable experience. When going to a car dealership it can be like preparing yourself for a financial and emotional battle, and I had none of that with Enterprise. I actually liked the car sales guy! Ive been enjoying my Dodge Charger for 9 months now, nothing has gone wrong with it, my mechanic reviewed everything possible, including looking to see if Enterprise deleted anything weird from the car about the car. He informed me that I got a good deal and Ive been happy ever since.

I rented cars from Enterprise so when I decided to finally buy a car I chose Enterprise. I went online at their site for car sales and found the perfect car right away. I posted that I wanted to buy the car and was contacted right away by an agent. Within just a few days I was able to drive home in my new car. The price was fair and the service was great. Im enjoying having a car of my own now.
