Pueblo West location repaired the body of my car a few months ago. They did an awesome job! Yesterday mobile glass repair came to my place of work and repaired the chip in my windshield. The work done on my car was good and i guess thats all that matters. After I dropped off my car i was never updated through the process. I was never given an estimated end date and without a rental that was difficult. Finally when i didnt hear from anyone for a few days i called and the lady that answered the phone was quite rude. So that didnt help. Then my battery was never securely put back, the cables were loose. I didnt find this out until 5days later when my car wouldnt start. I had to get a new battery. Just make sure to thoroughly check the work after the fact.

After a non-driver raked his trailer against the side of my wifes car she thought all was lost. I knew it was fixable and on our insurance companys advice we took it to the Caliber Collision on Alma and dropped it off. Eric impressed me from the start and impressed was how it all ended. Eric, thank you for seeing to it that our VW came out looking like nothing had ever happened. Perfect. My wifes worries disappeared immediately and her beloved VW is her beloved VW again. She couldnt be happier with the job Caliber Collison did. And to be honest, I really didnt expect it would be done as fast as it was! We arent talking timely here, we are talking downright quick. 5 stars across the board - quality, professionalism, customer service, timeliness, everything. The staff is friendly and professional. We were constantly updated on the repair work. They even finished the work on our van earlier than they had estimated.

This place is friendly and professional. I had them do the body work on my car after both times that my car got rear-ended last year. They are communicative and prompt, plus they made sure that my rental car got there to pick me up from their shop. I had a fun conversation with the staff in front while I was waiting and Josh always does a bomb job on my car! All of their work is guaranteed and the staff really cares about their work and their ratings. I was impressed on how well they communicated with me letting me know every step of the way what they where doing. The receptionist was very good at her job and made me feel at home there. She was very knowledgeable and I enjoyed chatting with her. The gentleman who estimated my vehicle was also very respectful and told me exactly what needed to get done and they got to it. Hope deft needs to improved her customer service skills. This is supposed to be a preferred collision repair shop for preferred insurance customers. I am an agent. I will be referring my customers somewhere els. I have talked to her a couple of times. She is rude, doesn’t have any telephone manners. She interrupts, me and talks over me, and I can go on and on.

After an unfortunate accident, I dreaded having to deal with insurance company and auto shop. But between my insurance company (USAA) and Caliber it was stress-free and quick. They were great at clearly explaining the process of determining repair costs and time of repair. I felt at ease during the whole process and highly recommend them if you need some body work.

Had my vw worked on they lost my lug nut lock its been a while and still cant find no one to remove so if I have a blow out of flat Im in a mess. Then just recently the hot temp an insert in my door is falling of it supposed to be held on by metal clips nope hot glued it on.

They had my vehicle done in about 10 days. It would have been done sooner but they were sent bad parts which is not on them. There was consistent communication about when the vehicle would be ready for pickup and what part of the process it was on. The repair looks clean with no mess ups. They helped with insurance and getting my rental to the auto shop. I was impressed that they detailed the car as well.

After a recent collision a tow truck brought me to Caliber Collision in the middle of the night. I went in to the office in the morning and the rude receptionist told me that nobody was available to give me a quote until wednesday, and that for those FIVE whole days, nobody would even be able to look at my car to approve or deny the repair. She refused to tell me the names of any other collision shop in town, claiming thay they all have awful customer service and repair skills. Upon placing a few calls I got a great response from Marquis Paint and Body and they even sent a free tow truck to pick me up from Caliber.

The quality of their work is excellent; the repair work gives the cars a brand-new look. But the communication hasnt been great for me. Ive had two cars go through and they told me both times that they would be calling me with updates and I always had to call them first. One time, I was told the car would be ready on the Tuesday; I waited and finally called them up on Thursday to see what was going on. The first car was done early; the second car kept being pushed later and later, despite it being an easier job.

Had an appointment after explaining to them I was after additional coverage for things not in original photos that insurance based coverage on. Three weeks later when the appointment came they said they had already done the estimate and couldnt do another unless they started work on its and they couldnt get it it then, so three weeks wasted time. Not sure I want to have them do the repairs after being so unhelpful to get me the proper coverage.

I witnessed the same rudeness to, two other folks just being concerned about their vehicles!My vehicle was suppose to be there for a minimum of 15 days. We got it back in less than a week...it raised suspicions. I was left with my light colored headliner tainted with greasy handprints. I assume they were probably just in a hurry to get a check.The business owner should really reevaluate the face of the company.

Over all they did a great job fixing my car, however they would call me and tell me when it would be done and ended up not being done because of complications. This costed me time that i had to eat while waiting there two days in a row.

Excellent customer service, Brandy was very courteous and helpful. The work done to my car was amazing, it looked better than it did before my accident. I did not rate 5 stars for the simple fact that I was initially told my car would be ready in 10 days, I did not get my vehicle back until almost 20 (business) days later and was never given a courtesy call to inform me it was going to take longer. Also, when I picked my vehicle up, the interior was covered in some kind of dust. It was all over my seats and the hard surfaces.

Got into a minor accident and had a pretty good size dent in the side of my car and they were able to get it right out and make it look like new! They were very nice and courteous! Definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Saved me from having a horrible vacation.On Monday I ran over an 18 wheeler tire, broke my muffler and damaged the exhaust. Needed to leave by Saturday, and was scared after calling 5 other places in town that it wasnt going to be possible.Caliber couldnt give me a guarantee when it would be done, just a promise that theyd do there best to help me get back home on time.Got my car today (Friday), very satisfied with the customer service, and speedy finish. Very very appreciated.
