I can’t say all the good things about this place because this review would be too long! They go above and beyond expectations to give remarkable customer service. Seth and Jon were able to help me out and explain to me exactly why and what I needed. They took great care of me highly recommend!

Everything went very well. The tires we needed were in stock and they were able to get us all done in about 2 and a half hours. Just like everything else prices are high. Of course, I wanted top of the line tires so Michelen is one of the best out there. I love that they offer free flat repair, tire rotation and road hazard.

Had to do a swap on a non repairable tire. They ordered it for me, and gave me a comprable spare tire until it arrived. Altho super busy, they exceeded quoted time frame. Todd is always a super star, thanks bud . They offer text services and stay up to date with developing systems etc . Thx

Very polite desk guy. He knew what he was doing! The installers put in the shop didnt listen to his instructions costing us 2 hours of waiting, instead of 1. We had to check everything, only to discover they didnt replace our spare! And they halfway washed the blue off our lettering sidewalls!

I had a nail in a tire. I didn’t have road hazard with Discount Tire. They fixed it free of charge. They could have said it was unfix able and talked me into new tires like Walmart but didn’t. Integrity.

Been here a lot of times. Always get what I need as far as tires and tire care is concerned! The warranty policy is outstanding, and their service is great!However, this location has always been extremely busy so plan ahead and make an appointment whenever possible to save time!

This store brand puts advanced auto parts to shame. The employees are courteous and truly seem to care. They are genuinely interested in the customers. I have tried advance auto parts, their employees dont respond to customers on the same level as auto zone,andOther parts stores.

Best customer service and warranty on tires

We showed up less than 10 minutes before closing time with a tire needing patched. They got our tire patched quickly without any complaints about how soon they were closing. Fast, efficient, and friendly.

This crew is just simply amazing. Every experience here has been great. They have taken care of our Malibu ever since moving to this area and would not go anywhere else!

I have always loved Discount Tire. They have quality tires at good prices. They also back their tires, and will repair holes in tires for free. The first time I really shopped for tires, I thought I was getting a much better deal elsewhere, then learned that others charge for other things, like valve stems separately. I ended up circling all the way back around, and got the best tires, the best backing, the best service anywhere at Discount Tires.

Had a nail AND a screw in my tire and they patched for free! Very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will definitely be returning here for any car maintenance I may need in the future. Would recommend!

Went in for a rotation with an appointment, Tanisha and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. The tires were purchased there, so the rotation was free.

Would probably have been 5 stars had we arrived with the severe flat while they were open. But as it was after hours that the flat happened I can not judge the appropriate stars until I actually physically do business with them.

I recently went to Discount Tire on Hwy 50 because my rear tire had a slow leak. I had made an appointment prior, and saw the sign outside the door to scan the code and it put you in a que for a customer representative to come to your vehicle instead of going inside the building. As I sat in the parking lot I noticed other people who had come after me were being helped so I asked what was going on. He said someone would be right out. Paul immediately came to my vehicle and was extremely apologetic. I had been waiting for 20 minutes, but that was a new system, and it was not updating properly. After I explained I had an appointment also, he got me in right away. He also noticed the sidewall had been damaged so the tire needed to be replaced. He went inside to ensure he had the tire in stock and had me drive into the bay and go inside to pay while it was being replaced. A few minutes later he came to me and said he had made a mistake, that they did not have the tire in stock like he thought, but would get it ordered and it should be there tomorrow. He felt so bad, and told me when I came tomorrow he would get me in immediately and put the tire on himself. They offered to put the spare tire on and keep my rim so that when the tire got to the shop they could put it on and all theyd have to do is swap tires when I came back. The next day I got a text and a phone call saying they were ready for me. I pulled into the parking lot, and Paul waved me directly into the bay, and as promised, swapped the tires himself. I felt like a VIP. Thank you Paul for the excellent customer service! It made my day. :)

I made a wheel and tire purchase with Paul today, and I could not be happier. He spent almost an hour with me going over wheel and tire sizes for my Jeep with an aftermarket lift kit. The store was spotless, and every staff member was courteous and friendly. I have not experienced that kind of customer service in years.I had called them several times over the past month to ask questions on availability of certain aftermarket wheels, and they were always very helpful.By the way, I live in Canon City and made the drive because of their reputation and their willingness to answer my questions over the phone.I will definitely use them again.

These people are phenomenal. I came in as a stressed (and probably not the nicest) person and they were slammed busy. It was obvious the mechanics and employees were working hard to keep up with the work. Todd at the front was kind and patient with me and helped me figure out repairs on a work vehicle. So glad this was the closest place when I had a flat. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

This review is not only for this Pueblo location, but for the several we had to visit to get a problematic pinpoint leak identified and repaired. Although it took several visits, they finally were able to locate and repair a leak caused by a piece of metal smaller than a paperclip. Earlier in the year while travelling, another tire on the same vehicle also had a leak and it was also repaired. This is despite that I had not purchased this set of tires from Discount . I purchased these tires from a well-known membership warehouse (think red). The warehouse was unavailable for timely and accessible repair. I will buy my next set of tires from Discount!

They were very prompt at helping me. Staff was unable to tell me what country the tire was made in that they sold to me. I had never heard of the brand. It was quite expensive for a spare tire.

They are really busy try to make a appointment before you go they get to you right away and get you out. Spent 30 minutes there with an appointment.

Salesperson Todd Patterson turned a bad day into a great day! In a rental car, we got flat tire north of Pueblo on I-25. It was terrifying changing the tire with cars and semi trucks zipping past us going 80 mph! We drove on the doughnut to the closest discount tire off HWy 50, pulled into the lot and Todd immediately approached with his clip board. We shared that we were in a rental car, and were really hoping the tire was fixable. We were told it would be about an hour wait so, Todd called the nearest eatery to make sure we could dine inside for lunch.Only 30 minutes passed, and it was ready for pick up. Upon arrival, Todd shared that the tire was not repairable, but he replaced the tire. It was a very generous charge for the tire and service. Very, very generous! This outstanding customer service should not go unmentioned! I will only do business with Discount TIre from now forward. Thank you Todd! You are fantastic, and everyone should know!

I arrived about 5 minutes before opening and there were already 10 people waiting. They got my tires balanced and rotated withing an hour! I was pleased since they estimated 1 1/2 hours!

Highly recommended. In the age of COVID, it seems like some of the customer service has gone out the window. I was very happy and pleased with the service here. They go the extra mile. Plus, I was able to watch them perform the service which I appreciate..! (& You know they arent hiding anything.)Also, they understand how to lift a a Tesla, and have the hardware to do it. This is a big deal. As it is easy to damage the battery if not lifted correctly.

Super helpful and fast. Justin checked our tires, fixed our flat and had us on the road super quick. They are very nice and helpful. If you have a tire issue, go here, and you will be happy you did. We were traveling from out of state and hadnt even bought our tires from discount and they fixed us up for free. Very appreciative and wont buy tires from anywhere else from now on.

I received amazing service! I bought my tires online and set an appointment date and time. When I arrived there was a sign with my name on it in front of an open spot. I was immediately greeted with friendly service from everyone. My tires were replaced quickly and Im very satisfied. The employees were all smiling and positive. Great place!

A little back story here. I purchased new Uniroyal tires online a year ago. These 50K mile tires wore out and resulted in a blow out at the 1 year mark and 25K miles. I went to Discount Tire to see if they could help. Even though I bought tires elsewhere, Paul R went to bat for me with Uniroyal to see if they would help me out with any warranty. He was able to get me a decent warranty credit toward a new set of tires. Chas was salesperson on the day we purchased the tires. He was friendly and helpful. Although they are crazy busy, I would recommend Discount Tires on Hwy 50.

We will try again Monday super long waits not enough staff to keep up with the waiters.
