I was having trouble with my Samsung phone and was very frustrated with Verizon customer phone service so I called TCC in Prescott for advice. The phone was answered in a timely manner by agent Enrique. He was extremely helpful and gave me a quick solution to my problem. Very pleasant and gave easy to understand directions. I did what he told me to do and it seemed to work . Unfortunately the next day my phone started doing the same thing so I went in person to TCC and thankfully got Enrique again. He looked at my phone and seemed to know what was wrong and the solution. He explained what was happening and fixed the problem . It was a pleasure to do business with this young man. The store was clean and organized. Highly recommend this business!
