My wife and I came into the Verizon store on willow creek today looking to start up a plan and get new phones. We were helped by mike and let me tell you what he absolutely killed the customer service he did such an amazing job with helping my wife and I! Very very professional made the whole process very easy and quick had a great attitude and had all the answers to all of our questions! 10/10 would recommend going to mike for business!! I will definitely be making the trip from Prescott valley to Prescott just to do business with this gentleman!

Went in to get a prepaid sim card and even though we ran into problems Mike was super helpful and did everything he could to make it work while being personable and kind thoughout the process. Would 100% recommend this store to anyone and I will definitley return for any other phone needs :)

Walked in to buy the newest iPhone at 9:27 am today and 2 guys were working there. Wandered around the store for 5 minutes. No one even looked in my direction. Stood by the chargers staring at one of the guys just to see if he would acknowledge my existence. Nope! Left and went to T-Mobile and they greeted me at the door! *Claps* Good job Verizon! Your customer service is trash!!

Mike was awesome, helped my friend pick out his phone and was really funny and personable while doing so. He also helped us get a good price on the phone and didn’t try to get extra money out of us. Best service from a phone store you could ask for.

Had a phone that went in and out of service. I was told by Josh that the phone was bad. He didnt even look at the phone, no diagnostics. I should have been more aware, that is my fault. He sold me a line that buying a new one plus phone was better than replacing my Samsung s20. I paid hundreds of dollars more for an inferior phone. Buyer beware. I should have stayed at home and filed the insurance claim online.

Went in to get a new phone today and I was assisted by Mike, he was a great help not only did he give me the best customer service Ive had in a while, he also gave me all the information I was looking for and more, on top of just being easy to talk to and real funny he made my purchase nice and easy as well as pleasant when its time for my next purchase Ill be sure to go here again and ask for Mike.

I recently broke my phone and lost all my work info and contacts Josh went out of his way to find all my info despite me knot knowing any passwords on any my goggel accounts he and Manny and Mike helped me again after my new phone he sold me was erased again because of my operator error then again today he went thru and helped me set up my apps and settings GREAT, OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE . I will be customer for life thank u for hiring such asome employees

I went into this store to buy an iPad for my son, it was to be a surprise birthday present. I was told I had to put it on my account and we could transfer it on his birthday. That wasnt true, had to wait a whole billing cycle which now I was charged for and when he went to transfer sservice he had to payoff the device which I had put on payment plan. I am NOT happy. Im sure now that I paid way too much, all they care about is their commission. Oh and the sales girl is Kayla I would stay away from her. I feel she was not honest at all!

Alex Bruno has been an amazing Verizon Agent. I have never had any issues that he could not help me figure out. He works great with my schedule and has been one of the main reasons I have stayed with Verizon. The store is Conveniently located and easy to get to. Anything you need to go there!

My husband and I went in for the first time to the new location to pay off our phones to lower our bill. Adam helped us and was absolutely awesome. He found a better plan for us and got us switched over. After getting 2 new phones and switching our plan we still walked out saving around $80 a month on our bill. He took the time to help make sure we were getting the best bang for our buck. He also took the time to help explain things that we completely did not get. I highly recommend this new store and Adam!

My husband needed to have his phone transferred to another one we have. We stopped of at the Verizon on Glassford Hill, but everything was packed up and there was people waiting. We had errands to run so we left. Ran our errands and remembered that there was a new Verizon store on Willow creek rd. But we weren’t sure if it was open. We stopped by and Gage was so welcoming. I told him we just needed help getting my husbands phone transferred. He is very knowledgeable and started working on the phone right away. We looked around at the different phones, we didn’t feel pressured at all to buy anything. Everyone was really nice. I highly recommend them, for any tech help that is needed and to buy the best option needed.

Just want to say me and mom have changed over to Verizon. We have high expectations for quality service and 5G coverage. We are happy with the service and Agent here Chris Ayala was very helpful in the setting up of the accounts and the technical Setup thank you. I had almost completely given up on Verizon after the horrible service that I had been receiving at the Prescott Valley corporate Verizon store by Home Depot. I randomly stopped at the new Verizon store on Willow Creek road and I can not even begin to tell you how welcomed I felt! So far I have had interactions with Gage, Chris and Adam Which I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their knowledge, And willingness to just sit and listen to what you are saying in order to get you into the right plan or phone that you need! We’re privileged to visit the new Willow Creek store here in Prescott. It is so convenient right here in Prescott opposed to the PV corporate store. Really nice store, clean, lots of windows. Josh was great with our complicated issues as we had to return twice to the store, with great customer service. Will come back here for any issues.

When I walked in I was greeted by a man named gage which later became my sales associate. He was so kind and wonderful to do business with. Gage was super professional and was persistent in making my experience easy and amazing. I got hooked up with the new galaxy s20 note ultra on the first day they opened! Gage Dominguez was a very friendly young man that met me at, and held the door for me upon my arrival and my exit. He was very descriptive in the items I was wanting to purchase and helped me focus my decision on what I wanted to buy as I wasnt completely familiar with some of the accessories for the phone. 10 outta 10!

Great new non-corporate location ! Can’t tell enough about the welcoming atmosphere and overall customer-oriented experience. Alex has been great and always been able to help with my multiple lines and seemingly-complicated situations that I have not been able to have solved at other locations.

I went in to this location to get some tech help with my Samsung Tablet and I was helped by Chris Ayala. Chris was very friendly and professional and never made me feel pressured to buy a new tablet or that just helping me was a waste of his time. Instead he listened attentively and fixed my problem that no one else was able to do. He did make me aware of the specials that were available to me, and when my family is ready to upgrade our devices this location by Dutch bros and McDonald’s on 89 will be where we will go. When I told Alex Bruno, my Verizon genius, I was moving to Prescott he told me about the store up there - to check it out . I did - was impressed ! Moving meant not sacrificing anything !!

Verizon online had taken my phone off line trying to fix a problem. But then it would not turn back on. Stopped at the security number. I went in to Cellular Sales since it was close to my home and Chris fixed my phone, even getting back photos and Samsung notes for me. But I forgot that when the phone is taken off line, it un-syncs to your cars blue tooth. I went back in a few days later when I found this problem and Gage took about three minutes to get my phone synced back to the car. So glad this is open so near and that the reps are so good. Very polite and knowledgeable. Wish they would put cushions on the tall benches. Plain wood is a bit hard. I highly recommend this store.
