We’re traveling through Arizona in our 5th wheel when our water pump burst the afternoon before we were to checkout to head to Clarkdale. The first place we called said there was no way he could get us in but he provided the referral to Iconic Automotive. We were able to get to the shop and Rob immediately diagnosed the issue but was booked up for over a week and the campground was sold out requiring us to leave. From the very first contact Robert was so professional and empathetic telling us he’d do what he could to get us back on our camping trip and he’d try to juggle clients around to get the truck fixed the next day by 6 pm. To my utter shock he called this morning a little after 8am snd he said the truck was fixed.. OMG 😱 Talk about customer service .. and over delivering. Honestly it feels so rare these days and a little funny as in their office we met a guy who had moved from CA to Prescott and he really didn’t have anything nice to say about Californians . So to have Robert go so over and beyond for these Californians restores my faith in humanity. I knew this guy was just a great guy from the get go but I was still shocked they’d do it so quickly by staying into the night to get us on the road. Thank you Robert and Iconic Automotive.

It is so rare to find an auto repair place that has integrity. My husband has used iconic a couple times now, and every time we have saved instead of spent more. They perform great work and their customer service is on point. I’m happy to support a local business like them.

Was recommended by a co worker. Heard loud screeching from my brake. First time customer and could have been taken to the cleaners, but instead found an honest mechanic and turned out it was a tiny pebble lodged in the rotor. Was charged for an hour of labor and had my car checked out in the process.I had an honest mechanic before I moved here to Prescott and found another one right away. A rare find. Will recommend to anyone I meet.

After High Desert Automotive moved to Chino Valley we located IA literally next door at 1031 Commerce Drive. The owners Robert and Dave provided A+ service - oil change and front brakes on our Jeep Wrangler. An added bonus is an immaculate indoor and outside visitor area with free coffee, tea and soda. Because the time required to perform the maintenance coincided with another appointment in Prescott they offered free shuttle service as well. This is a top notch repair facility run by professionals. Iconic has just acquired two new customers.

Was in Prescott for a weekend when some engine lights went on. Not sure what to do I called in and JD helped me diagnose a problem easily. I didnt have time to fix it there but got a couple of quick things done for the drive back and really glad I stopped by!

Rob and Dave provide outstanding service, prompt followup and very fair pricing. Their shop and office is imaculate and in order. They always go the extra step to address the task and accommodate the customer. They service my personal vehicles and over 25 commercial vehicles where I work. There isnt much they cant do. This review is way overdue, but Iconic Automotive was fantastic! That great feeling when you go out to your car in the morning and it won’t start, was eased tremendously by Iconic. The morning it happened, I didn’t have time to deal with it, so I just called an Uber to get where i needed to go. I called around that afternoon to get pricing. Iconic not only was less than other places, but they could get the part quicker. I had talked with Jenny earlier to get some pricing, and she called me back to let me know they could actually get the part for less. I dropped my car off the next morning around 9, and they had it back to me before noon. On top of being incredibly efficient, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer, more genuine staff, especially at a car repair business.I can’t recommend Iconic Automotive enough. Come for the fantastic service, stay for their adorable golden lab, Shark.

What a great experience. Went in for an oil change and asked for some other things to be checked out. I was driven home after dropping my car off by Jenny. Dave called 1 hour later to tell me all of the repairs that were needed (there were many)! He thoroughly explained each one. Pricing seemed very fair. When my car was ready Jenny picked me up and took me back to the shop (love the pick up service!). Dave showed me all of the worn out parts and even took a picture of my shocks to better explain the problem. So IMPRESSED! My new go to auto repair shop. VERY knowledgeable and professional!

Scheduled an oil change at ICONIC AUTOMOTIVE. When we arrived they were ready and pulled our car into the service bay right away. State of the art equipment and a very clean shop. After a thorough inspection Dave pointed out that a tire pressure sensor wasn’t working. There was no hard sell to replace this non critical item but he explained why he would recommend it and advised us of the possible result of not doing so. Not only was the service quick but the prices were great. We’ll definitely be bringing our cars to ICONIC AUTOMOTIVE for all service going forward!

Good honest shop.

I run my business out of my truck, so i cant afford for it to be out of comission. I called Dave when my truck was acting up and from then on it was the best experience Ive had at an automotive repair shop. Not only did he get my truck on the road quickly, he was completely honest with me and for the first time i felt great about the repair i was paying for. Dave is an awesome communicator, the shop is very nice (indoor and outdoor waiting room) and the prices are very reasonable. We are so thankful to have a place to take our vehicles for repairs and routine maintenance. Thanks Dave!

Iconic was recommended by several people in the Prescott area, so I contacted them through their website. Jenny got back to me very quickly (within the hour) and we set an appointment for brake work on my Honda Fit. Robert was incredibly professional and showed me the existing brake pads during the inspection process. He told me the back brakes were fine. Ive been to places where they would try to push services you do not need, but Iconic doesnt play that game. The pricing was very fair and they rotated my tires free of charge. Jenny gave me a ride to Planet Fitness so I could work out and came back and picked me up when my car was finished. I was very impressed with their customer service and friendly approach. I plan to take my car there for all future needs.

Iconic Auto moved in next door to our shop and quickly impressed us with their business, they are some of the coolest people with incredible work ethic and great workmanship, they have worked on all of our business vehicles and have not disappointed, we highly recommend them for your mechanic needs.

This automotive shop was having its Grand opening, they were closed this day I was in Prescott AZ. My kids and I were there for my 14 year old daughters softball tournament, we are from Las Vegas NV. Our car would not start and I was very stressed and had no idea what I was going to do, I did not know anyone in the area and to be honest I was very stressed . My 18 year old son and I walked about 4 blocks and came upon this shop (ICONIC AUTOMOTIVE) and they took the time out from the GRAND OPENING, and went and got my car started and got it to there shop, looked at it and told me what was wrong, then they gave me a great great deal on a battery, that was all I needed to be back on the road. They help my kids and I for free and just made me so greatfull for good people in the world today. God bless them and I would recommend them to everyone I know . Not only did they fix my car on the grand opening and they did it out of the kindness of there hearts.. I am so thankful for them . GOD BLESS U ALL AT ICONIC AUTOMOTIVE.. YOUR SERVICE WAS AMAZING..
