Matt was a super chill but very professional sales person who immediately gained our confidence in coming to Findlay Subaru Prescott.He was 100% honest and reinforced the decision we had made in shopping for and buying a new car from him.Justin actually made the finance discussions make sense with no typical pressure to add on extras. In previous car buying experiences with the dealership in California (Hyundai) we felt almost bullied into making decisions without even fully understanding what benefit they were to us.Justin was extremely patient and answered every question we asked, and many we hadnt even thought to ask.John, the delivery specialist literally made us feel like we were family members. This is the best n most reliable, ethical, competent., professional business in the entire quad city area we have found since moving here. Sooo many others don’t even return calls to make an appointment. Staff in other businesses have outright lied about their ability to do certain types of work. We have experienced extreme disappointment in the results we get, after paying what we feel are prices way higher than those charged in other areas — that’s if you can even find anybody to do the work!! We’re looking to move out of the area soon because of our inability to find reliable individuals who will take responsibility and take ownership of their errors . Too bad there aren’t more establishments like Findlay Subaru

Where do I start?? Amy Ray was amazing, she helped me do everything over text before I came in. Joe Myers took us on the test drive, showed us around the dealership and made us feel like we werent pressured. And John Van Winkle, he walked us through the entire car, showed us all the fun stuff and how to hookup to the car. He sat and talked with us while we waited for paperwork. Sorry to everyone but John was my favorite haha, but youre all amazing!! The Business Manager Justin got us in and out with the paperwork while making it a pleasant experience. We have NEVER had such a great experience at a dealership. I am so happy with my WRX I still dont think its real! We will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

Its always nerve wracking when your check engine light comes on. I was in Prescott when this happened to my Subaru, I took it to Findlay and they managed to quickly take care of it as well as take care of some maintenance quickly. They didnt try to convince me I needed a bunch of stuff done that I didnt need, I feel like they were up front and honest with me, and I got my money worth. JJ was who helped me, and he did a great job.

There was no hassle throughout the entire process. I had sold cars before and expected a Tug of war and Haggling. None of that! They gave us the best price right out of the gate. We went through the Costco Auto Buying program and our Product Specialists Sonny Lopez and Amy Ray (not traditional car sales people) we’re absolutely wonderful!! My car buying experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Adrienne and Bobby made it very easy. Since I knew what I was looking for I was able to complete the process by phone and email. It was quick and painless. I did not feel any pressure nor did I feel rushed. They were polite, professional and clear in all communications. Based on the work I have had done on my 2015 Forester 2.0XT I am satisfied. The work has not been below my expectations but the service I had the day of this review has exceeded my expectations, I had a air induction service done, it seems to have solved the issues but its to soon to be sure that what was the problem, (rough idle). The service is far better than what I have experienced from Findlay Toyotas service department where I purchased the vehicle only a hundred yards away.

I am 50 years old and have never purchased a new vehicle, til I came into Findlay Subaru Prescott. They found my perfect and first new vehicle ever, a Forester Sport edition that has an S# driving mode with the ‘off the block’ speed I was looking for and gets 33 mpg on the hwy with true symmetrical All Wheel Drive, just like my wife’s Audi TTS, except my Forester Sport has 8.7 inches of ground clearance. I had a very good experience with these guys. Joe Meyers was very friendly and helpful. When my new Subaru came in, they didn’t have time to do the window tint as I requested, so Joe came to my house the following week and picked up my car for me and got it done. I went in for an oil change and was told it would take 1 hour and 15 minutes. 3 hours later I was on my way home. For what its worth, I checked with the service advisor at two and a half hours and was told that he was just waiting for the bill to be completed. 30 minutes to prepare my bill sounds about right when you think it probably took two and a half hours for the oil change. I should note in their defense that they did have to go pick up an oil filter for my car since it wasnt a Subaru. However, the service advisor did tell me about that when he gave me the hour and 15 minutes commitment.

My Subaru had a break down on April 1st this year. Had the car towed to Findlay and the service department was closed but the sales manager came out to talk with me and reassure me that things will be looked at and cared for. Coming in as a first-time buyer from a dealership, I was extremely worried that my buying experience would be nightmarish or have some sort of hidden bumps in the road. I arrived early. Was met at my car. Waiting room is very comfortable. Wednesdays the Humane Society brings in dogs they would like to see adopted. We met Rocket a friendly and adorable 5 month old pup. It was a fun & entertaining wait. They replaced filters after showing them to me and discussing price. I recently bought my first Subaru at the Findlay dealership and it was a great experience! Everybody was welcoming and knowledgeable but what I enjoyed most was not feeling any pressure from the salesperson, Jeff. The sales manager who was doing our financial paperwork was very helpful too. He asked if I would recommend and I indicated I absolutely would. My husband and I felt no pressure or the stereotypical “pushy” car salesman vibes which was not only relieving but made the experience pleasant. Easy to work with, answered all questions, wasn’t in it to “sell” us anything but rather cool, calm, and collective! I was in a car accident and totaled my car car. That was an awful experience. What was not an awful experience was buying my replacement car from Findlay Subaru! Amy was our sales person. She was fantastic! I felt like I was with a friend shopping for a car, not a pushy salesperson. She seemed to really care that we had a good experience. She even called us a few days later just to make sure everything was going well with the car! We also had a good experience with the finance person (sorry I forgot his name). We visited this Findlay Subaru in Prescott with the intent to look at 2 specific models, the Forester and the Outback. We have relatives who own both vehicles and are quite happy.We were met by Amy who invited us to sit with her to discuss our needs. When finished we were given the opportunity to drive both vehicles.We were able to ask questions and received thorough answers. Amy is well versed in all the intricities of the vehicles we were interested in, from the engine to the lift doors. We were treated very professionally with caring and compassion. We were made to feel comfortable and were introduced to the parts and service departments. The staff there are amazing. They bend over backwards for me and I am just an average guy. I bought a19 legacy fully loaded that I love. I am at the 18000 mile service. I had an issue with my tires being low and the serviceman Jesus told me the tech would fill my tires to 35 psi. Instead he over filled as much as 46 psi. Now at hone I have to lower the psi to 35 myself. Kind of disappointing that I cannot trust the mechanic that serviced my car and in the future will specifically ask for a different mechanic at this location.

All expectations surpassed with Findlay Subaru. They are the most knowledgeable, honest and easy to work with people ever. Bobby Speakman has been the best salesperson to deal with in my entire life. John Word did our paperwork in no time and John VanWinkle explained everything thoroughly and with enthusiasm at delivery. We got a tremendous deal and still got treated like we paid a premium. They were worth driving 90 minutes out of the way to work with them.

This was a terrible first time buying experience for our son and daughter-in law. We went to Findlay Subaru in Prescott, AZ on 3-21-2021 to purchase a new Subaru Forester. We told the salesman upfront that we would be shopping the lowest price and would be willing to drive to the valley if we could save money. We picked out a vehicle on the lot and asked the salesman to give us his best price out the door. He went to his sales manager and came back with a figure. The first dealer we called in the valley was able to beat Findlay’s price by quite a bit so we told the salesman we had no deal. He asked us to give them another shot and he took the other dealer’s figure back to the sales manager. The sales manager refused to match the other dealer’s price (Findlay’s price was $288 higher) and when I asked the sales manager if he was willing to lose a car sale over $288 he just shrugged his shoulders and said yes! Very unfriendly individual! The salesman was awesome (Javon) and apologized for the manager’s lack of customer skills. He said they had already closed 4 car sales and the manager was probably stressed out because it was Sunday and they were short staffed. I said it before and I’ll say it again you can’t buy a car in Prescott, AZ unless you are willing to be ripped off. Findlay tacks on a $1992.00 charge to all of their cars and it’s just another way to take advantage of the customer in my opinion.We called the other dealer back to let them know what was going on and they offered to take another $500 off the (identical car) deal and another $250 if we came down and closed the deal before the following weekend. Needless to say we are doing business with the dealer in the valley and we saved our son almost $1500 by not doing business at Findlay’s in Prescott. I would not recommend this dealer unless you want to throw your hard earned money away!Update: Left my phone number with the General Manager (Mac) and he never took the time to reach out to us. This dealer could care less!

Robert Frank at Findlay Subaru is my Hero. We were on our way to Prescott from Phoenix and experienced a serious steering issue with our Subaru and limped into Prescott at about 5 PM. Robert had us bring it in the next day at 7.30 am. He and his staff diagnosed the issue and had repairs completed by 3.00PM. We were also provided a loaner car. Best automobile serviceI have experienced in Years. Thank You Bob Ford Phoenix.
