Thank God we found Chris and his business when we purchased our 1999 Porsche Carrera in 2018. He’s an expert in foreign car work & details the work that needs to be done. Many times he’s invited us to look at our car in the working area if anything extra needs to be taken care of. Amazing....

Came here on a whim to get a lingering check engine light diagnosed and a general once over for a used Audi I bought recently. Derek was very polite, informative, and professional. I was given a complete list of recommended repairs and maintenance items with a breakdown in pricing so I could get the items repaired as my budget allowed. Took the car back a few days later to have some sensors and old hoses replaced and had the car back within 8 hours of dropping it off, and under the quoted price to boot. Check engine light is gone and the car runs great. Will definitely be back to have the rest of the work done. Professional, fast, and thorough. You cant ask for more in a repair shop.

I couldnt be more pleased with the services here. I asked Chris to look at an oil leak issue and to give me a full inspection of the vehicle I just bought. While the news wasnt pleasant to hear, they did exactly what I asked and gave me a comprehensive review and report and showed me ways we could bundle repairs to save labor costs. Chris spent a great deal of time reviewing findings and what we (or I) could do now and what could wait. He followed-up with me a few days later thinking he could try some simple fixes before going all-in. This continued concern really impressed me. All his advise was honest and not self-serving as this is costing him money not to perform repairs. I truly trust in his professionalism and ethics. He will have a customer for life. Oh, and all this inspection and advice (as well as some quick fix issues he performed) was a very nominal cost. I was shocked at the extent of the inspection and time he spent with me and how little he charged me. I highly recommend this business based on my experience and knowing how much these cars cost to own. The extent Chris went to provide excellent service for a first time customer was outstanding. You dont get do-overs on that.

Chris over at European Auto Technicians saved the day! I was on a quick trip from Santa Fe, NM to Lake Havasu, Arizona when my 2006 L3 Land Rover acted up in a bizarre way through the mountains past Jerome, AZ. I had to get a tow to Prescott and am so grateful he took me in! From the moment I spoke to him he was gracious, knowledgable and committed to helping out with my situation. I had owned this vehicle for only a few months and was discouraged by the situation to say the least but Chris was wonderful. Turns out my transmission fluid was two quarts low and almost all other fluids were way lower than they ought to have been, my drive belt was in need of replacement as were my tie-rods. My car was towed in Thursday afternoon and I told him I absolutely had to be back in NM by Wednesday morning for work.I asked him if there was any, any possible way for them to do that. By a miracle and despite their busy schedules, he managed to get the parts he needed delivered the very next day on Friday! Originally he told me theyd do everything they could to have it done by end of day Tuesday. (They were closed Sat/ Sun and Monday for memorial) but lo and behold, Chris called me Friday before closing and said all the work was done, new parts in, including a successful 20 mile test drive! Chris really pulled through for me and my car. I cant recommend this place and these people more! Just outstanding, all of them. If ever Im passing through Prescott, AZ again, Ill plan to swing by with flowers and cookies. Im forever grateful to Chris and European Auto Technicians.

Anytime i have taken my car there the job was done right, fast, and was explained in detail to me what was done and quoted me a price to fix before service was administered (Which came in lower!!) I would recommend these guys for anything in regards to foreign models. My bmw runs and drives perfect because of this shop! it is a little pricey but they only use quality oem parts. You can take your car to a different repair shop but believe me youll find out what youve gotten... going cheap... In short you get what you pay for. Theyve continued to take superb care of our two Audis (Q5 and S5) over the past year, last year helping us identify and repair neglected areas in a used Q5 we recently purchased last year. This year they cheerfully redid, without charge, a time-consuming water pump replacement in the Q5 because of a faulty warrantied new minor part installed the first time. We have put their license plate trim on both cars, and will recommend them to anyone at any opportunity. Recently developed a soft brake pedal on one car they immediately diagnosed, and fixed, as long-overdue brake fluid line clean out, Feel safe in any car serviced by them, any time. I also wont ever buy any car they wont feel comfortable servicing.

I called this business in the evening and asked them to call my son who is a student at the college in that town because his starter stop working on his 04 Volkswagen Jetta. As of 2 oclock in the afternoon on the following day no call from them. We live in California and is very hard to manage his car from where we live and were hoping to find a good mechanic that was local to him. Unfortunately will have to continue looking.

I am a long standing client of European auto for 5 plus years. I also spent most of my career in the automotive industry, as a service manager for a very large Ford dealer. I never disclosed this information to Nate and European auto employees in attempts to keep it fair. Over the years I have seen the office staff, go thru its fair share of employees. It also seems to be in a turn for the worse with every new hire. I can say that I am not surprised to see the comments posted by other customers. There is a management problem at European, and it does need attention. That is not the total reason why we should use a repair shop. It’s all about the skilled technician. The truly professional technician is far and few between. That is why I continue to do business with them. The tech that takes care of my Mercedes is top notch. He gets it right the first time. He always answers all my questions, with no sales pitch or gimmicks, a real straight shooter. Nate the owner, another fare, honest professional. Without Nate or Chris I don’t think I would continue business there. For all that read this post do yourself a favor and just ask for Nate or Chris and they will take care of you, you won’t be disappointed.

My Mercedes needed a tune up and I noticed my brakes were squeaking. The dealership couldn’t get me in that day so I decided to give European Auto a call. Spoke to a friendly lady on the phone who told me I could bring it right in. Went down there and met Chris (Owner) who listened to what was going on with my E350. He did a full inspection on it, informed me that I had an issue with my rear suspension. Gave me the tune up I needed, fixed the rear suspension, and checked out the brake squeak same day and cheaper then I paid for my last tune up at the dealership. He said no repair needed for my brakes. Car is running like a million bucks, smooth and even quiet brakes now! I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Chris and team! I will defiantly be back.
