I had a GREAT experience at European Motor & Body. I had bought an 08 Land Rover at an auction in CA and a day later the check engine light came on. When we scanned the codes, there were 2 cylinders misfiring which isn’t a minor issue but the car was driving smoothly with only a short rough cold start so I continued on my original plan to drive the car from LA to Prescott to see my family and take care of it there. By the time I got into town there were even more misfires and I was getting pre-tty worried that this was going to be a very expensive and complicated thing to fix that would likely ruin my plans to road trip to New Mexico to visit my dad at the end of the week. Chris was assured me that diagnosis would be quick and even if it was complicated, he’d be able to fix it quickly. The solution ended up being super simple, quick and affordable which I think speaks to his sincere honesty. The diagnosis, though quick, was very thorough. He wrote everything down and walked me through everything he would do, everything he did and a comprehensive list of recommendations for the future health of my new car and things to keep an eye on. I think that speaks to his expertise and professionalism. In addition to all of this he gave me a lightbulb I wanted to replace myself and told me to reach out for recommendations for mechanics as I go along my journey. I really can’t say enough about how positive my experience was. 20/10 would recommend!

Chris is the real deal. He is honest, creative, and highly skilled. I would recommend him to everyone! If there is a way to save you money on a repair, he will find it. Chriss expertise is amazing. He solves any and all problems that arise with my 1978 Mercedes. This guy can do it all and hes pleasant to deal with, too.
