Had to take back car a month later after finding out the hard way that they didnt reset the tire inflation sensors when they rotated the tires during a scheduled maintenance visit. i had overfilled the wrong tire. when you go to the dealer for GMC maintenance you may pay a little more but expect good service.

Calling the California mechanic who just worked on the car who didnt have a clue. Brought it to Findlay and it took them 10 minutes to find and fix the issue.

Ive bought 3 cars from them always had great service . But the last few times since the new owners took over . I had issues I made an app and waited several hours and had to go ask about my car. The phones and computers went down again they had to mail my final bill . They didnt offer to fix the extras at that time .I only have 39,000 miles on my van and it needed so much work that wasnt on my warrenty . Crazy . I took it to chino had work done cheaper at bobs .

Got the run a round for three day just to get a test drive was lied to several times from Toyota dealership in Prescott so i went to the Subaru in Prescott and tried to get the 2012 pathfinder in their lot but Toyota wouldnt let the Subaru dealership. Wow! I cannot express enough how pleased I am with Tims. We got pre-approved for a car and went in to take a look at it. Albert worked his magic and got us a fantastic deal on the car that we ended up purchasing (which wasnt the initial car we had been approved for but there was a bit of a mix up on their end). The staff here is SO friendly and while my boyfriend and I dont have the best of credit scores, they worked with us to find a car that suited us and our budget. I cannot praise the staff here enough - Albert was friendly and fun and just made my first-time experience buying a car super easy and took away any anxiety I had. He did his best to get us into the car same day and the finance manager was also fantastic and made the whole process just simple as can be.I will definitely be referring this company to other people as well as using them in the future because WOW are they fantastic!

Really nice experience with our Finslay salesperson, Javon. After narrowing down what we were interested in, he had 2 relevant vehicles brought to the front door while we waited in his office with bottled water. No walking around a car lot in the heat! After a test drive and lots of helpful information, we still wanted to look at a Lexus in Phoenix before deciding. Best lovely surprise of all: no pressure to buy now. Javon just thanked us for coming in and we thanked him for his time. If we decide on a Subaru, will definitely go back to Findlay and ask for Javon.

After a terrible experience with the local Grease Monkey techs and customer service I could not be more pleased to write this raving review about the Tims service department! Andrea has gone far above and beyond to help make this experience has painless as possible! I brought my car in without an appointment and they got it in as quickly as possible. Andrea has bent over backwards to help me ensure I would have what I would need (Pictures, information act) to ensure reimbursement from Grease Monkey. Service went well, although a bit pricey. Where Findlay really fell apart was on the car rental. The price was right and the car was wonderful, but the rental Tech tried to say we drove 150 miles when in fact it was more like 12. Then on top of that he said we put a chip in the window which, was not true. He tried to charge us another $29 for the chip, which I would not agree to. This is my first service with Findlay Toyota and likely my last. Seems like the car was not checked in correctly prior to our rental. That type of competence does not inspire Trust.

Went car shopping with my son. This must have been the busiest day ever at their Subaru dealship. Spent about 5 hrs, even with a lunch break, to finally go through all the signing. While very apologetic for the wait, it didnt help that their financial manager had left early leaving the task to the sales folks who were also waiting on other customer, as well. Chaos it was!

We came in with concerns about our brakes on my RAV4. They got us right in and found nothing more than brake dust/pebbles. Brakes are still ok. Only charged $20. Great shop! Well definitely return if necessary and recommend to others, too.

Tims auto group is not a place I would by my car. I got screwed by the management team. Ultimately Tim must approve this because he has not made sure we got our money. They owe me money and are refusing to pay me and several of my friends.
