They are expeditious in getting parts in. Their costs are not bad. The employees are knowledgeable. Very important - they are friendly.

They stock items many other parts stores do not. Also they deliver in the local area.

When you are stuck and need a counter person who really knows her stuff, a woman who can glance at threads on a bolt and tell you the size and pitch, or find a fuel filter for an old boat engine without a model or part number, etc., then this is your store.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good inventory, staff puts forth extraordinary effort to help find part if cant read part number, dont know year, or whatever. If trusty Napa cant find try here. Got a starter rebuilt through them for a hyster forklift was happy with product & price. If they cant find it good chance they know someone who can rebuild or has it.

06 trailblazer 50 dollar brakes cheapest and eurothane control arm bushing they can order will take a month she says as ladies compete in the background all sqawking at inopportune times in unison lol yikes. Advanced was worse but more parts and everyones welcome just not at these 2 parts store lol.
