This is my parts store I can count on nation wide. I have always been able to find, order, and even get helpful advice at any AutoZone I have ever walked into.Even the purchases I was not 100% satisfied with they have been more that happy setting right. Thanks guys and the truck is running great. It is turning heads it is easy to tell this dodge isnt stock any more and looking forward to the next proformance upgrades I will be installing on him.

I cant remember the ladys name that helped me out but this last Saturday my dad needed a new battery for his 2001 Mercury Sable he just got at the auction. She took it out of the car, charged it and checked the alternator as well to make sure it passed the tests. I also needed to put some oil in and they were happy to lend me a funnel for that as well. Was extremely nice and helpful which you dont see much nowadays. I hope either her manager and/or corporate sees this and gives her a raise. Great customer service is hard to find in todays world.

Levi was amazing when I broke down just out of Post Falls on my way to Portland. After roadside service changed my battery and things still weren’t working, Levi diagnosed issues with my alternator. He charged my battery overnight and helped me connect with a mechanic who was able to get me on the road in time for my daughter’s surgery. Friendly and incredibly helpful!

It said it had the part online for my trailer and when I went in they said they had to order it for me so I just went to Napa instead and they had the part in stock so I was kind of disappointed cuz I need the part today not ordered and wait

Two days ago I got a new battery. The worker Blake did an amazing job. He price matched me, he Taught me a bunch of very useful information. He even took my old battery out and installed my new one. As a woman, I’ve always been a little hesitant dealing with cars without a man. I’m worried I would end up paying to much because I’m easily persuaded. But it wasn’t like that at all. The worker was sweet, very knowledgeable and It was an awesome experience! I suggest these guys 100 percent. I will not go anywhere else ever again. He even expressed how if I needed next time, how some guys will help out and deliver parts even after there long shifts and off the clock. You guys rock!! Keep up the good work.

I had my van serviced today at a Jiffy Lube. They told me to go to a parts store and purchase break fluid as I was a bit low on that. I stopped in at Auto Zone Post Falls and was met by Lory a mountain of a man with a smile as big as the sun. He looked up the particular juice my breaks required and cheerfully added the oil to my autos container that previously I didnt know existed lol.Thank you Lory for true small town business hospitality! Reaching anyone by phone is sometimes challenging, but thats due to them being so busy. Always receive knowledge, friendly service. They never hesitate to answer questions and offer advise. My only regret is that they do not offer a senior discount as Napa does.

Always great service here! It’s nice to see the same friendly employees working here for years. The alternator in my van quit working after I replaced it 2.5 years ago and bought it here and it had a lifetime warranty. I came in and was worried since the receipt was misplaced and I wasn’t sure if I gave them my phone number when I purchased it. After multiple phone number lookups by the gentleman helping me he was able to locate it and processed the warranty with no issues! He was very patient and took the time to help me out with a great attitude and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him with an issue like most other places would. I will continue to shop here and recommend to anyone.

Good place to get your parts. Tell them your problem/symptoms and they will usually know whats wrong. One thing is to stear clear of the younger sales people. Not because of their age but because of their lack of experience.

They not only had the parts we needed for our headlights that were dim The man who sold them to us offered to put them in for us!! He couldnt do it because it was more detailed than what he expected but it was just nice that he had offered. We always find a good deal and the right parts at AutoZone.

Im so happy went there today to pick up a part for 19.99 a piece I need a outter tie rod for my 03 vw golf I needed of course left and right. I couldnt be more happy, I went to a mechanic earlier yesterday and they told me 410 plus taxes to put them on and they couldnt do it today they have to order the parts from California. Called my husband asked if I pick up the parts is this something we could do ourselves, so we did worked out great got the stuff to do an oil change while we were at it since theres a sale going on, plus some fuel treatment, and a new fuel filter, all for the price they were going to charge me to do an oil change. Im happy we did it ourselves saved yourself over 400 very pleased thank you auto zone, you saved the day.

I needed oil in my car but forgot what type this vehicle requires. The latch to open the hood is broken so I couldnt check it. I dreaded going into Auto Zone because the last 3 times Ive been there the employees were rude. I have a rewards card and its close to my house. Low and behold I get a gentleman who had exceptional customer service ( like our generation had ) he looked it up, even came out to help get my hood open then put it in for me. I explained to him my previous experience here and told him thank you ! But he then let me know he was only at this store this week and usually works in Sandpoint. I think he is a supervisor or manager there. Happy and sad all at the same time. I wish I could remember his name...

These specialists should be selling cars. I got treated like I had walked into a used car lot.

Went into the store looking for power-steering fluid. The gentleman that was helping me encouraged me to check my power-steering fluid level to double check I needed it before buying as it was expensive. He helped me checked it as I had no clue what I was doing, and it turned out it was full! Yay for him, yay for me.

Beware of the skinny young lady (I use the term loosely) with long brown hair. She is extremely rude. I do not know any business that allows their employees to roll their eyes at customers, give deep annoying sighs, and just totally ignore what they are saying. She treated her elder fellow employee the same way when he asked her for assistance. When I complained to the Manager about her he acted like it was no big deal.I told the older gentleman that was waiting on me that I felt sorry for him having to work there with such rude people. Will never go back there again!!
