Awesome customer service and truly great work. They are very honest and dont try to get money out of you for things that you dont need. I like the straight up whats wrong with the car and whats needed to get it fixed. Lastly good quality work for your vehicle 👏

I dont give places 5 stars, but this place is deserving of it. Their speedy fast service, superb customer support and working hours are phenomenal. They do state inspections on a weekend and open early. Need to call? They answer. Military friendly, with one of their techs being prior. Highly recommend, and would come back if I needed something.

Went in for an inspection, the main desk guy took his time. Although understandably because it was busy at the time and it was just the one guy there. Definitely not a place to go to for expediency. Things seem to be a bit pricey as well but that could just be my ignorance. That being said the person on tge phone was perfectly willing to discuss less pricey options rather than just trying to stick with an upcharge which is commendable.Im leaving five stars due to their mechanic, after doing some work on my breaks he took the time of his own volition and with no extra charge to put the new plates i had just got on my car. He was also very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have given a tip or something to the guy because he was awesome. They better give that dude a raise or something because it would be a shame to lose him to another shop. Definitely worth your time to at least take a visit.

Literally an hour ago I went to have a tire put on. I asked them to use the tire on the bottom as the top one had a nail in it, which was facing the back so you couldnt miss it. Guess what...surprise they used the tire with the nail in it. The guy that performed the service already had an attitude. The hilarious part of it all is that they tried to discuss it away from me and NEVER TOLD ME. Just let me leave lmao. I discovered it on my own but did not want them touching my truck again.. First time and...well you get it.

Had a wonderful customer service experience here last week in a timely manner. Robert was very courteous and extremely helpful. Went in for a 32-point inspection to ensure my vehicle was ready for out-of-town travel. The technician discovered a minor oil leak. He and Robert explained the issue in terms I could understand and discussed repair options with me. I received top notch customer service all around and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of auto repair.

I left my car at 845 am for a tire install. I called at 150 pm to check the status and was told your car is going on the rack next and should be ready in about an hour. I arrive at 4pm. I stand in line and wait patiently while that manager answers several calls, reads service histories to other customers on the phone and goes to the back to check on my car. I wait and wait and at 4:17 pm he tells me my car is going on the rack next. I walked out to keep from making a scene. My car gets returned to me at 5:20 pm with no valve stem covers. No telling what else was missed. Awful service and it appears that nobody is really directing the workers to ensure things flow as they should. I will not be back and suggest you look elsewhere or do without until you find a better place.

Requested wheel alignment, tire change and oil change. It was done and more.If theres one thing to note, I should have taken pictures of the damage first since the nail in my tire was tiny and wedged between the seam area and would have made the job easier. Also, is there a way to get someone to update that sites Covid hours on the web? I made an appointment Saturday night for Sunday, and found out the place was closed on Sunday when I drove up so luckily I rescheduled for Monday afternoon. The employees were helpful and courteous, I didnt care how long it took it was only important that they got the job done.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Heres why:I cannot reiterate how unbelievably awful this service was. The man working at the counter was incredibly inappropriate, making comments about my appearance and making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. He kept saying that I should take what he was saying as compliments, which is absolutely infuriating.More importantly, though, after a simple oil change, I noticed a puddle of oil accumulating under my car every time that I parked it. Out of concern, I then brought my car to the dealership service for inspection, and they found oil leaking all over. In addition to the cost of the oil change, I now must pay hundreds of dollars to fix my car.

They are HONEST and affordable. They just got a customer for as many years as I live in this city!!! I recently bought a new used 2005 car that fit my budget from CarLand (Portsmouth). I am a single Mom of 10 that needed a reliable car. 45 minutes after purchase the car developed a rattle...took to a local mechanic who said I needed 2 new struts and shocks ($500+)...immediately took car back to used car salesman, he said there is nothing he can do. Took car to Tire Choice Auto and they fixed the horrible rattle by tightening the loose nut on the strut mount $42. THANK YOU.

Great service! Very fast. I was in and out 1st thing this morning in about an hour for a single tire change. They forgot to put my valve stem cap back on but they were very kind and apologized for it when i went back later in the afternoon and promptly found and put back on the cap (so we wont hold a simple not super important thing against them). Very friendly staff too!

830 appointment that had email to confirm didn’t show in system. Dropped off car a little after 8 go to check on status and not even in the back mind you lot was empty when arrived but says they are booked so where was this information when I arrived.

I had an issue with a tire I purchased from Tread Quarthers about six months ago. I went in to Tire Choice and they honored my warranty and took care of my issue seamlessly.

The associate Robert was amazing....He was very kind and helpful kept me laughing and made sure I got the best deal...Make sure you ask for him when you come here...He has the best customer service

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I called and spoke with an associate about coming in to get an oil change and state inspection. I had been calling around for days trying to get them done but was unable too. So when he told me that they could get both done for me that day I was overjoyed. He said they close at 6pm and to try to get there a good while before closing. I got there approximately 45mins after speaking with which was approximately 330pm. After leaving my restaurant unattended in the middle of my work day to drive there from greenbrier I was told that there was no there who could help me that they just left so my business was turned away. I normally go to the one by my house but they don’t offer inspections. I think it’s safe to save that this experience was such an inconvenience that I will no longer be taking any of my cars to tire choice for any services.

The assistant manager was great with assisting in all my wants and needs take mine and the wifes car there for all our needs from state inspections to tire changes and alignments definitely would recommend went there when they were tread quarters and go their when they are tire choice.. wouldnt trust anyone else to take care of both vehicles.

Had purchased a tire last summer just recently I had a flat. I kept my receipt from last year and realized I had a warranty. The store made the process easy for me. He scheduled my appointment around a time that works for me and I loved the fact that when I came back that he remembered my name and had all the paperwork ready! I will definitely come back to this location

Would not recommend. I had a great first experience at a different location in town. However, at this location I made an oil change appointment and they never took my car back until 1.5 hours past my appointment time. When I asked why it was just getting done and that I made an appointment, the manager working the desk told me “we only have one tech.” So why did they schedule me an appointment that morning if they don’t have the staff to do the work? Then he says they’ll get me in and out fast since I had already waited so long. Well it’s another 45 minutes until my car is done. Then I ask when I am checking out, if I could get offered a complementary discount for the extremely long wait for something that was scheduled. The manager says very sarcastically, “I ‘could’ do a lot of things” and I paid full price. Also didn’t get the systems/maintenance review that they advertise as coming with all oil changes, because they were “too busy” for that too. Won’t be returning.

Just left from here and as always, the guys here always take care of my car!! Appreciate the laughs from the manager while I waited for my vehicle be serviced!!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and helped me get my vehicle back on the road. They were able to solve an issue that several other auto places have not been able to figure out. Highly recommended and plan to go back for future repairs.

Nick A. Was super helpful with my husband and his car, we have had endless problems with the car and it hasn’t been drivable since October, not only that but we had also had SEVERAL other mechanics look at the problems. After dumping tons of money into this car we decided to take it to a chain, two days later car is in working condition and DRIVABLE. As well as that they had gotten our inspection completed for us before even asked/requested. All I can say is Nick and his crew is amazing and are definitely deserving of more then just these five stars! Thank you for the amazing work.

Im eternally grateful for these guys. I ran over the median right in front of their business and punctured a tire. Was able to gently roll the car into their parking lot past their closing time. To my surprise and relief they were still in the shop working on another gentlemans car and was able to replace the punctured tire for me even though they could have just as easily made me wait until the morning. These guys work their butts off!

My vehicle was bone dry of oil and i rushed in to tread quarters @730a.m. for the first time and was greeted by Mark whom was very attentive and ready to help me. Mark spoke with me about my vehicle and was ready to assist me anyway that he could. He made my time at tread quarters very easy going and i will definitely do business with Tread Quarters again. I scheduled an appointment online for 11:30am for an oil change and these gentlemen had me out of there by 12:15. Fast, prompt and courteous service. The waiting area was clean, had plenty of seating and even toys to keep your little one entertained while your car is being serviced. Great shop to take your car. Seth, the store manager, is amazing and always willing to help. Witnessed an entitled lady get an attitude at the counter because her car wasnt done yet, but it was because my car needed a little extra attention than anticipated. The mechanic AND Seth took extra time to make sure I was going to be safe driving out of state to see my grand babies and I couldnt be more appreciative. Thank you, Seth. And Im sorry you have to deal with the stress of such rude people, but you handled it well.

I brought my Subaru into Tread Quarters this weekend after my check engine light came on. Tread Quarter’s staff was able to diagnose the issue quickly and offer a solution. I was very happy with their service.

The guys who run this place are downright amazing. I went in to get a tire patched, and ended up having to get my brakes replaced as well. To make sure I believed them, they brought up the parts that were worn down and showed me what was happening. Also was very glad I listened to them when purchasing my new tires as well, getting the warranty is most definitely worth it.Go see them for any of your needs and they will take care of you 100%.

I went in late morning for oil change with no appointment, they seemed pretty busy and someone was ahead of me with an appointment and I was still able to get out in about an hour. Customer service was pretty good as well, they could use a front desk person, but I would recommend them. I had pretty good service in the past, when I went there as well.

Great customer sercive, they have been my number 1 choice for automotive repairs for years. Theres been no problem they couldnt fix.

Nick was awesome and after sending my car through two different places to get my car fix him and the rest of the crew found out what was wrong and got it fixed in a matter of two days and could be more impressed and appreciative of them! Best place to go for car trouble!

I took my car to Treadquarters store 702 and had the most amazing experience! The assistant Manager Robert was funny, honest, explained everything in detail and was just overall very helpful. Being a female sometimes people try to take advantage of you when you go to get your car worked on, but not here. I recommend this place 100%. Gotta give it to these guys. They replaced a tire on my wifes SUV, and since we had purchased the warranty when we first bought them, they measured the tread that was left on the flat one and gave me $100 off of the new one! Cant beat that deal, and since my wife has a rather rocky (pun intended) relationship with the tires on her vehicle, Im sure that well be benefiting from said warranty again in the future!

Chris and crew were able to get me in and out in one day (even though I called probably too late in the day to get same-day service). I got good new tires, alignment is straight and tracking better than it ever has, also shocks feel significantly better on the road. Its like driving a new truck. I got a good price, and the guys were really cool and accommodating. Great shop, and a friendly staff that kept me in the loop on progress... Im a tread quarter guy now for tires, Ill just find whatever shop Chris is working at, hes a really helpful dude with the right mind for customer service.

I called and got the info I was looking for. The price beat out all The other companies I had checked with. Walked in the same day and was greeted with a smile. My brake job was done in less than 2 hours. These guys are AMAZING!

I scheduled an appointment for 9am today. I arrived at 8:51am and the person at the register said it would take about an hour. I walked home which is .5 miles away. I called at 10:35am to check on the status and was told my car was being worked on. When I arrived I noticed my car had not moved from the spot I parked it. Only one tech working and his focus is state inspections. Whats the purpose of making an appointment if the service will still take all day?

New Manager Robert was very helpful and caring. His pleasant to work with. And makes sure please with work.
