They atare narrower than in the past. The clerk said they will soon only be available online. How convenient for areas with no internet or phone coverage. Plan ahead to print what you need and forget spontaneity on the road.

Unknown policy switch up or lying workers.Called today to get a tow. Ive been towed before when Im not present with my car because AAA wait times are ridiculously long. Today they said thats not possible when Ive done it twice but the service advisor on the phone claimed I was present at both times. Either someone way impersonating me or the person who was checking my ID lied directly to AAA.

Even with the travel insurance we purchased from them, when we cancelled our trip to the Grand Canyon due to Covid-19, they did not refund $400 of the airfare charge which they booked through American Airlines. They book the trip through Pleasant Holidays which is a side company that AAA owns to deceive customers. They did not have to book air so far out to not allow us a to get a refund. We cancelled 45 days before our travel. Please learn from our lesson and do not use AAA travel, they do not look out for their customers. Why wouldnt they disclose that they in fact are owners of Pleasant Holidays? They are not transparent. Stay away! In the process of filing a formal complaint with the New Hampshire Attorney Generals office.

AAA cost me $1416.00!!!! Dont get insurance with them they dont know what they are doing!!! I switched my auto and home owners insurance to AAA on June 2019. For my homeowners insurance I needed an inspection. Veronica my agent, never forwarded the pictures to the proper department and unbeknownst to me they canceled my policy. A year later my mortgage company goes to renew my policy and I find out Ive been uninsured for the past year and fine me $1416.00. I never got a call or letter from AAA. They are completely incompetent!!!!

Charged my girlfriend 3 times in the same night after saying it was going to be a flat fee for the tow. Then we were on the phone with them for 45minutes and it took them another hour to get there. Couldve put a needle in my a** and dragged my car home before they even answered the phone. I hope they get the bird flu, amen

Great place I definitely recommend. Dwayne helped us and he was great. We were doing some complicated car rental one way and switching vehicles for the trip back. He helped us with everything we needed and was very friendly. We are dealing with a last minute trip and he really made our lives so much easier.

When I called for an insurance quote, due to a free $10 Dunkin Donuts card I found out that I would pay less and get better insurance. The woman I spoke to was very nice and patient.

I was looking for information on booking a vacation and the service I received was great! The representative showed me the website, explained what I would receive if I booked through AAA and even called the cruise line about price discrepancies . My representative also found out that there is a discount if you book during a certain week. Very helpful.I recommend this branch of AAA.

If you dont want to do the searching for flights yourself than this is a great place to go, but youre going to pay for it. Found flights much cheaper on my own. Just depends on what youre willing to pay. Some people would rather pay to have someone else do the work. I couldnt afford to.

They could not assist me there with what I needed, but they were so helpful to give me their personal knowledge on a service they do not provide. That is SERVICE!!! If I ever need them, I will certainly use this branch based on that one phone call.

Friendly and efficient

I stopped in on Monday to talk to an agent. She was very pleasant and helpful while I there. Talked to her about the trip I had in mind and left her the details. Left a vm with her on Tuesday day, noonish and then called again later and left a message with a person. Its now Wednesday, almost 5:30 and no return call. :( sad face... looks like even though Im a AAA member, Ill have to go to another agency. Totally bummed, thought she was going to be fun to work with. Im giving a two stars because she was so nice while I was there, but unfortunately that was end of my experience there.

AAA has great rates for anyone budget and is very flexible.

I used them for a trip last spring and they were fabulous. The woman I worked with has left and the agent I met with recently see totally disinterested. I ended up booking my trip with Norweigan. Too bad...
