When I moved to New Hampshire, I was in need of a mechanic. Being new to the area, I thought it may be difficult to find an honest and reputable shop. A friend referred me to Brian. I was impressed with him and his staff. Since moving here, I have taken my cars to Brian for about 15 years. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all, honest. I had to wait. I hate to wait...but it was quick Brian and his crew new I was in a hurry and they doubled down. New tires all the way around, new brakes and rotors, four wheel alignment and out the door I was! Awesome job folks, c ya soon!

I went there for two pre-purchase inspections on used Jeeps I was considering. They were helpful, straightforward, and very kind. Both times they took me underneath the vehicle and explained everything they looked for. The second time I came in, not only did they remember who I was and what I had previously came in for, they found a time for me even though I had not made an appointment. Absolutely would recommend.

I have 3 older cars, with two teen aged drivers, and their reliable triage and repair skills continue to keep our family safe and on the go. I have been bringing my car to Portsmouth Car Clinic since they opened. I know its often daunting trying to find a new mechanic, but you should trust the crew at Portsmouth Car Clinic. The level of care that they add to even routine services makes me feel like I am family. For instance, I brought my truck in for an oil change, and when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they said, keep an eye on your tires, they are safe now, however you should plan on replacing them within the next 3-6 months... I didnt feel pressured to buy through them, but did feel as though it allowed me plenty of time to budget and price shop for new tires. I ended up Purchasing them online, and brought them to PCC for the install. That kind of heads up goes a long way in my book. 5 out of 5 on all counts. I feel safe in my vehicle thanks to PCC.
