I had an early morning appointment and they were ready for me early. I figured I must be first appointment but was surprised to find 3 others in the comfortable waiting area. Service was preformed quickly and by using the coupon I received in the mail, it was less expensive than other places I have used in the past. All associations I spoke with were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Someone ran a red light and knocked the front bumper and lights off the front of my car. We were able to drive to Portsmouth Glocker body shop. They were very kind and gave us a car to drive while they did the repairs on my car. We did not have another car to drive so that really helped us out. We picked my car up yesterday and it looks great. You would never know it was his! They did an awesome job! Thank you so much!

I have been scheduled for an oil change on 3 different occasions in which I was told from service department they will ensure the correct oil filter is ordered only to arrive and wait over 30 minutes to be told the parts were never ordered. Each time I have scheduled these appointments I have asked staff to check the correct filters are in stock and told they will. Today I was also scheduled for a tire rotation as well and that just did not happen without an explanation as to why. Really poor customer service

Today was my first visit for service. I was very impressed!! Fast, easy and convenient!! Highly recommend!!!

The repair was under warranty. They told me that they had the part and the would call me for an appointment. I called back 3 months later to make the appointment. The part wasn’t in stock and I had to leave my car another day. They also said I needed new cabin and engine filters. I inquired about didn’t I just have them replaced They checked and said no . I found my receipt from 3 months ago and I did have that done. I felt I was lied to. Either it was not done b4 or I was lied to about needing it. The repair was done . My car seems better My trust level In Glockners has gone done, however

I took my Chevy Silverado in to have the air dam replaced. Andy and Beth in the body shop were very professional and worked up sn estimate, ordered the parts, and contacted me when they came in to schedule my appointment. Beth was able to get me in the next day. She called the next afternoon afternoon when truck was finished. The body shop did an excellent job and even provided a wash job on my truck. Andy took care of payment and paperwork when I picked it up and talked with me like we were family. I highly recommend Glockners for any work that needs done to you vehicle. The level of professionalism, quality of service, and genuine caring and kindness provided is unmatched.

I just purchased a 2021 GMC Acadia Denali approximately 3 months ago paid over 60k for the vehicle. We took it back today because there were two spots in the front of the vehicle where the headliner was coming loose and the vehicle was making a rattling noise above the front driver side seat. We were told the headliner was supposed to be like that and that we should wait until the warranty is almost up to have it replaced. Now why on earth would I have something fixed right before the warranty is up when I need it fixed now? They also told us more things could go wrong if we had it replaced. To me that’s basically saying yes it needs fixed, however our staff will more than likely cause more problems. This was my first vehicle purchased from Glockners and will be my last. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Team was wonderful. They had issues with phones but were quick to find an alternate communication. Even delivered my vehicle to me at work.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I used this chop shop because they could get my car “in today”. Over seven weeks later, I still don’t have my car. I was told ten days in that they couldn’t get it into the shop because it wasn’t running, even though it was towed to the shop. The “service” person I spoke with failed to give any updates on progress, I had to call multiple times before finally getting ahold of anyone.It had to be taken to another shop over 50 miles away and sat for over three weeks before the mechanical issues were taken care of only after multiple calls to both shops and one call to my insurance company only to find out that everything had already been authorized by the insurance company.After advising them that I was trying to take it somewhere else to have it repaired, I was told that it would be ready the next afternoon. The lack of service manager I spoke with called me and said they were going to get it on Tuesday morning. My car was at the original shop before noon that day. Around 4:00 that afternoon I was told that it “needed cleaned up and would be ready sometime the ‘next’ day”. Did I mention that it was estimated to be a six day job? It’s been over seven weeks and two car payments later and I still don’t have my car.I would not recommend this “service” center to anyone. Absolutely horrible service.

I ordered new key fobs for my vehicle (2011 Acadia) in the internet only to realize that I couldn’t program them myself. The service folks were more than happy to program them for me for what I believe is a very reasonable price. Everyone was friendly and they had me back in the road in only 20 minutes!

It took over 2 months and 3 calls from me to get any response from the service department and in the end when I did reach out with questions, I was told that the technician was not there and they would call me back, but I never received a call back. After 2 months of progress not being made, the vehicle was declared a total loss, meaning I wasted money paying extra interest on my car loan instead of just having the inspection completed within a week. I did not feel valued as a customer.

Glockner Body Shop repaired my 2020 Honda CR-V after a deer ran into the side of my vehicle. I am very pleased with the job they did and the pleasant customer service I received. Highly recommend!

They said that if I could have it towed in that they will scan it tell me whats going on with it. I called after the appointment and they said it pay be key switch need a fuel pump but need another 4 to 5 hours of scanning to make sure wow. They are liars 120.00 some odd dollars for nothing plus my tow bills. Im telling you I would never use them again . I would go somewhere else other than there. Its a scam and a bag of lies.I will post this all over my website and it has over 4000 viewers . I would never want anyone treated like this. Its worse than a straight up theft. They lie and get your money and your car until its paid. Never again.

I had a bad sensor and was scheduled for the very next day. Bill is always so professional, accommodating, friendly, and concerned. They noticed my oil needed to be changed soon and asked if I wanted to go ahead and get it done, saving me a trip.

Told me I needed a catalytic converter, gave me a $1800.00 estimate. I took my vehicle to an independent shop in Portsmouth they drove it took about 5 mins to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to find out it needed a $20 fuel filter. Went back to see about getting my $130 diag. charge back offered to mail me a check for half.

The body work they did on my 2017 diesel Colorado was absolutely outstanding in all aspects after being T-Boned during our last icing event. Ive always been a Chevrolet guy and Glockners is where I purchase them and have repairs done because of good pricing and then excellent service afterwards. All of that has continued with the boys running the show.
