I bring my Jeep here because I NEVER have good experiences at dodge/jeep dealers. I have had my car serviced here twice and will continue to come back. Everyone is professional and they do a fabulous job. I especially like when they are done performing the service they send a video of your car’s tires, brakes, fluid levels etc. I highly recommend bringing your car here for any service needs.

Recently brought in my vehicle for maintenance and love the fact that they provide a full video of the service they completed. They keep you posted through text (since I was mainly at work) and even provide a free lyft service to get your vehicle if needed. Both Anthony and Jeff were great advisors. I brought it back for a diagnosis (which the work turned out too high for my budget at this time) but they took advantage of having my vehicle in the garage to complete a recall I wasnt even aware about. Overall cant complain! (besides those prices)

In the past 8 years I have never been disappointed with Pompano Lincoln service. Helpful, honest and they stand behind their work. Lincoln has been my car of choice for the past 12 years, and I will continue. Amy and Mike in lincoln service are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was looking for and purchased at Pompano Ford Lincoln a 2016 GMC Denali. Mid way through there was a miscommunication in warranty. The issue got worked out. Made an appointment for a Wednesday to have my truck serviced. Very poor service quality and rude service manager. Truck has been there for over 4 days and no one has reached out. I have called multiple times and no one gives me a direct answer to when the truck will possibly be done and it already is with the technician. I had to get a car rental. I have returned the car rental and still they will not give me updates. They keep saying that the service advisor will get in touch and call me back but he never does. Very poor service experience over all!

Felipe took fantastic care of me, asking detailed questions, working hard to make the service as convenient for me as possible. He even got the car washed and vacuumed before I picked it up. He kept me updated throughout the process, so I knew exactly what the status was and what to expect next. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service makes him a master of his craft.

I wish I could give zero stars. The service department is horrible. The consultants are nice and professional. Especially Kevin on the Ford side and Mike on the Lincoln side. But there is a serious lack of communication from the actual service people to the consultants. Wish is was better.

I am so happy I went Pompano Ford as it has renewed my faith in Ford. Maria Ellis was my consultant and she kept me informed every day as to what was going on with my car. I also got a video of the technician doing the inspection of my car, that was a first. Thanks to everyone and to Maria for the great service.

First time going here was great, Jeff is my guy in the service department. First off I have basically a lemon gt350. Engine failed once, I was given a brand new motor but now I have a non numbers matching gt350🤬 transmission failed twice. Car doesnt even have 20k miles on it and supposedly ford wont buy it back. So now my car is at ford for the 3rd time in less then 3 months and this time around I havent gotten one single phone call from Jeff at all the only time Ive spoken to him is when Ive called him because its been weeks without any word at all. Ive spent hundreds on tow trucks being broken down on 95 with a high performance mustang thats top of the line and barely even broken in (20k miles) so now it is going on the 5th week since Ive had my car towed here and no word at all, I am very very unhappy with ford right now. I AM PAYING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR INSURANCE, TOW TRUCKS BILLS, ETC ETC FOR A CAR THATS BEEN AT FORD MORE THEN ITS BEEN ON THE ROAD!!!!! NOT TO MENTION ALL OF THE STRESS AND TROUBLES IVE BEEN PUT THROUGH WITH THIS CAR & THIS MONDAY COMING UP WILL BE THE 5TH WEEK WITH NO WORD AT ALL ON MY CAR!! I WILL BE MAKING A YOUTUBE VIDEO ON MY CHANNEL DETAILING THIS EXPERIENCE ABOUT THE FAULTY GT350 I BOUGHT AS WELL AS THE WAY FORD HAS BEEN HANDLING THIS NIGHTMARE.
