Dishonest and bad service.Took my car to fix the motor. They hit my car against the column and didnt want to take responsibility even after I identified the column with my cars paint on it.They tried to kick me out using force.I called the police. Only then the owner accepted to repair the damage.When I went to pay for the job they came up with an extra $500 on parts (which obviously was made up in order to pay for the damage they created).Owner very rude and dishonest person.Save your money and many head aches and look for another shop to take care of your car.

This is the worst place to go! The owner Sebastian keeps talking and talking and he solves no problem! I had alignment done and the mechanic Joe did a terrible job I had to go back the next day and it became worse. Now this is a picture of the new alignment and correction done after these guys ! 👎💩👎💩👎💩

There are at least 50-100 auto repair places along Dixie Hwy. I picked Zim cause it was close to my house. They kept my car for 2 days for a door latch repair. Even though I really needed it fixed I agreed to let them keep the car. They call me to finally tell me my cars ready. Price was decent. Just a little food for thought ... u have all these auto repair shops to choose from. My opinion to keep business coming to your shop would be, when someone works on your car it should b given back the same way. Example: when I came to pick up my car did I not only have grease on the outside of the door windows, door handle, but what I wont stand for is having grease on my leather car seats.... why would you allow a customer to come get there car with grease marks all over it, as if it didnt matter to your company how I got my car back. Very Disappointed. Next time I think I may try another car shop off Dixie n see if thats any better... 🤔

I recently had some work done on my Honda fit ( rubber, brake and hose replacement ) at Zim Auto Repair, the lady at front desk was very friendly, professional, accommodating, theyre have a family waiting room.I would recommend this fine stablishment to anyone lookink for an honest mechanic, doing excellent work at a fair price .

Horrible place. Came here to get my abs module on my vw cc replaced and reprogrammed. Also another part with my turbo. Prepaid then$350 for the parts. Module was used. $1100 all together. Got me a rental car and was told it will be ready next day. Next day, tried to turn on car, wouldnt start. Owner gave me a jump. All service lights were gone..i thought.. or just turned off? my car computer told me check engine: service now, also park breaks. Those were new messages. They said no worries, maybe has to be reprogrammed because it needed a start. Come back Monday. I drove off and noticed that my power steering is not working anymore. I called them and they told me to bring back the car. Had to get another rental. They promised me the car will be finished the next day on Friday. Next day I had to call them just to find out its not finished. It will be Monday. Monday morning I called and they said they trying to find out whats wrong with it. Few days later they took it to vw just to find out they installed the wrong part. After a week of paying over $200 for my rental they gave me back my broke car and told me they were going to call me when they find another used abs module. After another week Im losing patient and they basically told me that they only ordering from this one place so they can get their money back from them ones they send them my broke part. I was getting upset about why they not ordering from another place and have me waiting so long. They wanted me to prepay for another abs module. Which I was not ok with. 3 weeks went by and still nothing. I called my credit card company and despute the charges. now they rebilled me $350 again for the parts. Which where broke. The one for my turbo I still have the check engine light on. I also have eps light on. They broke my hood, its not staying up anymore. Now I have to fight the $350 again. Stay away from this company. Zim is the worst auto repair shop I dealt with in my 36 years

Terrible experience. Pork service, horrible service, low quality portions. Service gets poorly done and they do not take full responsibility for the wrong done. I do not recommend! When I said that the parts were of poor quality, the very thick and rude owner of the house asked me: WHY DID NOT YOU TAKE YOUR CAR IN THE CONCESSIONAIRE? There are quality pieces! Theyve usurped $ 600.00 for my car to get worse than it got. Run away from this workshop.
