Good work but needs to adjust their attitude towards first time customers.

This place is awesome, they are the only people i can trust to work on my truck and not get ripped off. The owner and his wife really do whats best for you and dont push unnecessary work just to make more money. I highly recommend this place!!!

I was lucky enough to breakdown right by this Garage, great people. Very knowledgeable of European cars, I was scared they wouldnt be able to help with my BMW, but now, however it was like being at the dealership. The BEST anyone could wish for. Honest and just price! Ten stars!!!!

Glen, Maria and his mechanic (sorry I cant remember his name) go above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle.I sat there waiting for a BMW only part to be delivered from 2 hours away yesterday and saw how they treated everyone that came in. They treated everyone with respect and I was pleasantly surprised how fair they were.I would recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely drive all the way from Hallandale Beach to have them work on all of my vehicles.It was a pleasure to find this gem.

When many of my family and friends recommended and relied on this shop for repairs I figured it was  because it was in our neighborhood and convenient. I always treated these shops with the same skepticism most have with dealerships--overpriced and untrustworthy. I relied on Cuban mechanics that can fix anything cheaply but usually slowly. Finally I started taking my cars to Glen and getting more of my friends to rely on Marias shop. They have dealt with cars that havent run or started for years to a/c blowing warm air to scary steering problems. They provide an amazing combination of fast high quality repairs and not just fair be really low costs. Now it is perfectly clear to me why so many people I know rely on Glen. So many times an issue that I feared would be expensive is repaired in a matter of hours for about what I pay my skilled Cuban friends and sometimes NO CHARGE. Your car is ready . . . it was nothing really just come and get it. I dont just recommend Marias, now I think people are misguided if they take their car anywhere else.

This Shop is not using any type of dedicated program Auto Repair Info per OE Specs. as i ask the owner which program they use for Repair info,he said they use google for find critical details.. it like you go to Doctor and tell him you have fever and he will tell you let Google it how to Diagnose your Fever before i prescribe any medicine. this Place is not trustworthy to take your Car here and get repair. now days cars are more advance and you cannot fix it without any Repair Program which provide full OEM Procedure. Case DescriptionIve recently been having issues with my 2012 Dodge Journey. I saved enough money to finally get the vehicle repaired, I took the vehicle to Marias Auto Care in Pompano Beach Florida. Once there i was advised that the issue i had was a bad alternator and was advised the total cost for parts and repairs would total $474.00!! Desperate to remedy the problem i agreed and the repairs were done. At the rime of pick up the head mechanic also advised that i would have a year warranty on the parts. After the repairs were done my car felt fixed There was no rattling noise coming from under the hood and the car ran smoothly. Until about a week later afyer the repairs were done the rattling had returned again and my car was even worse than before the repairs. I took the vehicle back to the auto repair shop and told his wife about the problem that persisted she then told me that her husband the mechanic was ill and would not retun till later on in the week but i can leave my car to have one of the other mechanics who were there take a look, i agreed and handed her the keys and found a ride home. A few hours later i recieved a call from the mechanics wife who told me she heard the noise and would prefer her husband handle the issue since he was aware of the repairs, nothing was resolved that day and even though i was frustrated i agreed to wait a couple more days until her husband returned. Two days later i returned to the mechanic and her hisband greeted me. I advised him of the issue and he agreed to take a look and once again advised me to leave my car with him for several hours. A few hours later i recieved a call from him telling me that the issue is now a problem with the motor and he does not repair motors. I asked him how did he not see this problem the first time, his reply was we didnt look it, which indicates to me that he did not complete the repairs that i needed shortly after that i was driving home and the entire engine went out and my car is not able to even drive. I had to contact a tow truck to get me to my destination and the car does not work at all and now the issue that was promised to be resolved is now worse. The shop refuses to provide a refund and also will not fiz the problem since he does not work on motors. So now i am out of $474.00 and a car.

I have been coming to this shop for years and have spent a GRIP with being a faithful customer . I have a 2002 honda Accord that was running hot I brought the car to this establishment . Once my car was looked at I was told the water pump and Timing belt will need to be replaced and recommended a oil change. This total came out to be 734.02 Extremely high they charge me 450 in labor . They called me the next day to say my car was ready . Hours later after receiving the vehicle back the car would not start and was still running hot I immediately called the owner Glen To start a complaint he then advised to bring the car back 1 hour till closing. Once I brought the car back as it was running hot ...they put the car on the machine and said i needed spark plugs which means the car was not checked entirely before they gave back to me . They were generous enough to not charge me for the spark plugs ...but they still told me to take the car back home running hot so i did. Truth is I never made it home and had to get my car towed because me and my 3 year old daughter got stuck at a stop light. I had to convinced them to pay the towing fee after they told me it was not right for them to pay it as if this wasnt a inconvenience to me. Now days ...later after this chaos My car is still running hot and I have 3 misfires I took it to advance auto parts which recommended that the timing belt should be looked at . All I want is for my car to be fixed property or My money back I spent too much money at this place to get a half job done. I have been going here for years and do not deserve this treatment and defiantly cant afford me and my daughter getting stuck at night due to a job not being done that I payed for. Now I am being told its a head gasket This is not right !!!!!!why wasnt I told this for beginning! Due to the the car not being fix propertly the first time My head gasket has went out. I NEED some type of resolution These people messed up my car FAIRR WARNING this place does not have real mechanics that will fix your car ...but cause more issues to have you spend more money UNACCEPTABLE! RESPONSE IS A LIE CAR RAN HOT not TWO WEEKS AS I ALREADY STATED ABOVE HOURS LATER AFTER BEING TOLD MY CAR WAS READY IT RAN HOT AFTER BEING RETURNED TO ME DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THEY WILL MESS U UP VERY ARRONGANT AND DISHONEST
