Buy at your own risk!!poor service is the norm,so dont expect it.They will not accept your return regardless of what the reciept states.you will make your purchase with confidence,and as the manager Robin stated sarcastically try cooperate napa store see if they will take it.Well,I found that the hard way he is right...every store is independently operated with no obligations or rules across the board to ensure good customer service.so screw you!!I dare you to loose your money in the unfortunate step of you having to return and get your hard earn money back.

I am a mechanic and car builder alrm of Napas neighbor at Copans, there is no time with such competence as these guys, they know a lot, they check the internet and books in the store and they never make mistakes in the sale besides always being willing to help, I always recommend to all friends.

Im a professional mechanic. Very knowledgeable staff here. Hard thing to find at aftermarket stores in south Florida. Love coming here for my automotive needs.

They have a couple of old school mechanics that give LEGITAMATE and accurate advice.Kudos to Rusty who many times explained to me what I need to be looking at while Im doing a repair.Overall far more knowledgeable staff than AutoZone or Advanced.
