TRUST them when they say, you need to reorder the headlights and send back the wrong ones then well refund you.Nice job guys, you have my business going forward.

Buyer beware-Defective product my 2004 dodge-ram 3500 headlights that I purchased from headlight depot melted with in the first few weeks see pictures. The actual turn signal has an internal plastic shroud that reflects the light. My truck is factor the only reason I replaced the headlights were due to the cloudiness of the lens. The turn signal is on for seconds to minutes at a time. I purchased them in mid January and by the end of February a bulb broke and I thought nothing of it until two weeks later another bulb broke. On April 3 I replaced another bulb and took pictures before I was activated on 4 April for active duty military service and ordered to report to Ft Sill Oklahoma For 3 months. When I came back from Oklahoma within a few weeks I was sent to Camp Shelby Ms. I was sent home on a Red Cross message to deal with a sick family member. I explained this to Mathew then Mrs Jesse and they told me that the 90 day warranty was expired and for 34 dollars they could replace the defective headlights. When you purchase a product and it melts I believe that the manufacturer should replace the defective product without cost plus I’ve already paid for the original product. The customer service was polite until Mrs Jesse told me that “ by the way we don’t care what type of review you leave “ I gave them the opportunity to correct the issue by calling and emailing. Ashley’s response back was” that they stand by their product and that they couldn’t guarantee that the headlight wouldn’t melt again”. It was repeated that they have a 90 day warranty only. As a active military Soldier this is an example how military service causes a financial burden to my family, if I was around I could have returned these lights within the 90 day warranty period. This company hides behind their 90 day policy instead of replacing a defective product. I feel strongly that Headlight Depot sold a defective product that melted. I recommend that you do your homework and verify the warranty when you purchase from this company and if you see the product failing return it early. I’m working on attaching pictures more to follow.

I recently ordered new headlight assemblies for my 2010 Tacoma. They shipped fast, were packaged very well, they fit perfectly, and the overall quality is great. The only problem I had with them is the internal headlight bulb reflectors were not installed very well --- they were a bit loose, bent out of shape, and they were not straight with the bulbs or the center point of the headlight lenses like the bulb reflectors inside the original factory assemblies I was replacing. I was able to re-stanchion the bulb reflectors to get them tight, then I used a wooden dowel inserted into the unit to straighten them out and get them into positions similar to those of the original factory units. Attached are two pictures of the bent/misaligned bulb reflectors.

Ordered a pair of light assemblies - one was defective (mounts were off so assembly didnt fit properly). They offered me a 5% refund then 10% after I protested. They said they would speak to the manager and 10+ emails later they offered to replace the item but this was only after I told them my mechanic purchased one elsewhere. They made me feel like it was my fault that they sent me a defective part. With the way they treat their customers I dont know how they remain in business. There is nothing that this company can possibly reply that could make my review any less true. Very very disappointed.

When I received my headlight for my Ford f150 I thought it was an excellent product at an excellent price. The shipping time was fast. The packing was very good. Today I installed the headlights, it was easy to install, I just watched in YouTube a quick instruction vid. The units fix perfectly, they are an upgrade comparing the quality of the original bulbs and they look and work way above my expectations. Awesome experience with this company. I recommend them without any reservations.

Im not one to usually leave reviews. With that said, I bought a set to replace headlights on a 2005 Toyota 4runner due to the OEMs being beyond repair.For the price of these from Headlights depot, I figured Id at least try them.Pros-Shipping was fast.-Fitment was great.-Light output and cut off was great. (Although I did install better bulbs than the ones that these come with.)Cons-Cheap materials (plastic just feels real flimsy)-Bulb fitment was GREATI went ahead and ceramic coated the new lenses to prevent UV damageTime will tell on how good these actually are but so far, Im impressed!

Buyer beware I paid for 2 new headlights via Amazon. I tracked them and it was apparently delivered on 6/22/20. But I never received the headlights. Now I have to struggle to get a refund sometime in the future. Dont make the same mistake I did. Look for something local.

The actual cast of the headlights are potted metal and cheap China plastic. Gave 2 stars because they arrived in time and boxed very well. The inside body silver reflective is so inferior that it barely cast enough light on the road. I put my older ones back on as they are way better than the new ones.

These folks are wonderful to deal with. Clearly a professional and domestic based customer service group that genuinely cares. I have yet to get the lights but a minor mix up with obtaining the correct light for our commuter car shows me they are a professional and legitimate outfit. I will follow up when I get the bulbs

Broke tail light on 08 Nissan Altima Coupe and bought a replacement from this website. Didn’t have high expectations because price was low but the housing was identical to stock, there was no damage, and it even came with replacement wiring and new bulbs (pleasant surprise!). Shipping was fast as well. Can’t promise the same results for your model but for me, Headlights Depot was a very satisfying purchase!

Bought the perde black halogen quad type for my dodge ram, old assembely out new ones in oem fit absolute perfect fit no wiggle here or there,ordered the wrong headlight blubs i ordered 9005 the right ones for high beams and i ordered 9006 for low beams wrong again cristen i think was her name in custermer service she said keep the old ones pay shipping on the news ones and ill have bybend of the week!! does not get any better than that,thank you thank you headlight depot .

I normally wait until I have cooled off before leaving a negative review, so that what I type is accurate and not based on my current feeling.Placed an order on 1/22 and paid a little extra for faster shipping, needed the new headlights no later that 1/26 for an out of town trip to repair my sons truck at the college where he is attending. Never received any updates or emails about shipping. Chatted with a rep on their website this morning 1/24 and discovered that my order would not make it to me until 1/30, because they had to ship from Nevada. This is not acceptable customer service, and while I appreciate the apology, it does not help with the fact that I will have to spend more money elsewhere, plus shipping to get this order by this weekend.Edit: Raised from one star to two stars, only because they took the time to reply to my review.

Total Junk! They should be ashamed of what they sell. Bought 2 sets of lights for my 2 f350s and within months they started to leak. They will offer to sell you a warranty after the fact and rip you off on shipping for the replacement pieces, thats after having to take off the old ones and send them photos if the back side of the light, then put them back in so you can use your car, till they ship the new part, and then you can finally fix it! Its not worth the headache, I ended up finding a good seller with a 2yr no question asked warranty for only a little more than these scam artists. Do not buy from them, time, money, and had to replace 2 bulb sockets from the water damage, and end up tossing them in the trash, total waste and scam!

Re: Headlight Depots Response: The delay in fact was due to me not sending the lights in. The 13 emails I sent was to get them pictures of the lights and for them to send an RMA. That was the trouble in the first place. They have a poor system for getting them photos, and issuing a return authorization. Headlight Depot had full control over getting the faulty lights back in a timely manner. They just wouldnt follow through. The emails I have show complete incompetence in their dealings. Amazing how just one day after I leave a review, I get clear communication via a review. P.S. The reason they finally refunded me, was because the faulty lights were no longer available for purchase.Original Review: Nope... I bought two sets of headlights from Headlight Depot, and had problems with both sets. I bought their extended warranty as well, but getting them to honor the 2011 Suburban set within 6 months of purchase was like pulling teeth. It took me roughly 3 months of consistent emails and phone calls. Thankfully I sold the other vehicle (a 2002 Silverado) before I had to ask Headlight Depot to honor the warranty on those!... I sold the truck with water in one of the headlights. Bummer, because I wanted a go to for replacement lights. Headlight Depot aint it though.

Ugh..,You get what you pay for.....the golden rule of commerce. Their customer service was great however I wouldnt be so well informed about it if i didnt need to complain about the made in Taiwan piece of garbage I received. They sent me a replacement. Same crappy beam pattern..,looked like a flame pattern, Thats what I get for trying to cheap out ($30)…Sending both back on their dime, Just got back from ordering one at NAPA ($80). Betcha it will be a lot better.

I am a repeat customer and emailed a request to buy the same type of product as before. Back 5 years ago, their customer service was the best. Today 8 emails plus my original request has not had a straight or accurate answer. I will be very sorry to start looking for another company after that first purchase and great customer service.

2 emails 1 unanswered one just sent and 2 phone calls and I still dont have my full order. Said they shipped in 3 separate boxes and I only got 1 tracking number. I was absolutely impressed by HeadlightsDepot, and I will gladly give them my business in the future if the need presents itself. They sent me perfectly fitting headlights to replace the originals on my ‘04 Chevy TrailBlazer. There was actually an issue with the passenger light that I got, as the internal reflective housing was not secured correctly in the factory and was impossible to aim. Normally this would be a huge issue for me, but I had a fantastic experience with customer service. I emailed back and forth with Kennedy, and after sending them a picture of the issue, they issued replacements for the lights I got, free of charge, that were here the next business day. Now I have two perfect, working headlights that look 1000x better than the crusty old originals.

I am very, very happy with my Nissan Altima replacement headlight assembly. The price was great and was between the range of two different quotes for polishing my old ones. Shipment was really fast and mechanically, the assemblies were precise to the originals (good fit). I used an A1 Auto video on Youtube to help with the install, making it much easier and less cumbersome.

I ordered a pair of headlight assemblies for my vehicle after 10:00 pm on Sunday evening. I received my package on Wednesday. When I inspected the contents I noticed I didnt get the correct headlights. Today I called and spoke with a Sales Rep named Karter. He was extremely polite and professional. I explained to him the situation and he was more than helpful. I forwarded him my confirmation email and the problem was fixed. Headlights are on the way. I will definitely order from them again.

Inspect lights thoroughly when received. Interior of housing assembly loose on both headlamps. Lights bounce and blow bulbs. And when reporting faulty product be prepared to purchase a whole new set up and then return old lamps and wait to be reimbursed. Look somewhere else !!!!!!

Purchased their headlights. They are cheap and leak. The replacements they sent also started leaking after a month or so. Warranty only covers 90 days. They also sent one assembly that was the wrong color and charged me to ship back their mistake. You are better off spending the money up front and going with your dealership. Huge waste of time

I bought two headlights for my 2011 Chevrolet Impala.They shipped to me in a reasonable time. The headlights looked great when I took them out the boxes.I live in South West Florida and have not been in any extreme weather conditions.I hand wash my car. As soon as the 90 day warranty ended both headlights fogged up. Terrible quality on the seals is the only thing I can come up with for now.I called the company and all I got was there past the warranty. So life time on the seals are about 4 months nice. Beware...

I called this morning twice - 1st time waited 14 minutes / hung up / 2nd time waited 20 minutes tried working with service guy on chat - he was no help --- kept telling me how busy the were / I spent a total of 34 minutes of my time trying to give them my money - how stupid do they think I am. I have gone ahead and posted this to all my SRT8 ( Jeep ) groups ( 7 ) and let them know that if they need lights they should consider other alternative companies.

Was nervous about ordering replacement headlights, in fear they are cheap China made ones for my 2500hd Silverado! Boy was I surprised!! These headlights are quality and are great looking! I would recommend them to family and friends! Don’t hesitate to go through head light depot, they are professional and quality parts!

Ordered replacement headlights for a 2006 chevy 3500. Poor fit, poor adjustment feature, and bulb blew after the first week. Compete waste of money, put oem headlights back in after polishing. Should have read reviews before purchasing. Dont waste your money on these.

Never dealt with these people before, Made an order online after there hours., followed up next morning was told the items would ship that day and get them by the 3rd of the month, Was also told by the CSR that I would receive an email with the tracking information. Never received the info. Followed up the next morning was told the order would ship today was told info would be sent by days end. The day was ending and never received the info called again had to do the chain of command after speaking to a so called supervisor and getting nowhere i told this person to cancel the order was told I would receive an email with refund receipt info. Instead got a email stating they are trying to correct the problem, there is no problem I was very clear I WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER! REFUND MY MONEY BACK! They dont listen to customer complaints they just patronize and use avoidance techniques. BUYER BEWARE CANNOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. NEXT STEP CONSUMER AFFAIRS REPORT.

This was the worst experience ever!! The headlights were poor quality and not compatible with my car. The bulbs were also cheap and compatible with the bulbs I originally had. The customer service people kept going in circles trying to find my return when it has been in their warehouse for almost 2 weeks. It took over 3 weeks for me calling in to finally have them process my return. I spent almost $200 on the lights and the install/uninstall of their awful headlights cost me $80. The return label was another $50, because their label was bogus. This company will rip you off. Stay away from headlights depot!!!!

Ordered headlights for a Jetta online and they withdrew the money but then I got an email that the fraud department cancelled my order because they couldnt verify my bill to address. Everything was correct with my order and now I have to wait 48 hours to get a refund!! Meanwhile, no headlights and cannot drive at night or I will get a ticket. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Ordered a 8 piece set for my 1997 chevrolet silverado. Arrived in a week but thats the only good thing I can say. Ordered 3/3/17 arrived 3/9/17... Theses headlights were terribly put together. Cant even get them to sit straight due to how sloppy they were put together. And on top of that because of how they were put together I even had to drill holes in them just to put the screw through. Sad to say only 2 of the 8 lights actually sit right. If i didnt need them right now I would definitely send them back but I dont have the time or luxury of that. So now Im with crooked headlights. Update!!! 3/11.. So the headlights have been installed for 24 hrs and have moisture buildup in them already.... Have never been so disappointed.4/10/17 updateThey say they contacted me but didnt. I ended up calling them after seeing the response on here. The lady got upset that I left a negative reviews before calling them. Then was told to send in pictures and I did. Ended up missing a call asking if I want them to send a replacement or send me a box to send them back for a refund. So I called them back and was put on the run around again. They ended up saying I would get a call back the next morning (April 6)and never did... Needless to say dont waste your time. Because as much I was told on the phone they would like to correct this and they strive for satisfaction i received none.

When you have an issue, they wont respond. Then youll post a negative review on their Facebook (except that it now appears that negative reviews led them to remove reviews altogether on Facebook) and they will confidently post that they will absolutely contact you to resolve the problem, but youll never hear from them again.As for my original complaint, the headlight and parking light set for a 98 Silverado were the worst product Ive ever purchased. They were poorly siliconed together, an adjuster on one light was broken out of the box and the other adjuster on the same side broke as soon as I tried to use it so they couldnt be aimed properly. I ended up throwing them in the trash in frustration after I got no help.The side markers were a moderate fit (curve is a little off) and the parking lights were acceptable.

I received a damaged headlight on a recent order. Pictures were taken and sent to company. The problem was corrected and a new headlight was shipped at once. Thanks again. Look forward to future business
