Id been looking for a replacement rim for my older 370z. Many places including ebay had the same rim but very expensive. I was able to find what I needed at Gardner for a very reasonable price. I called them and they were very helpful and friendly. They even sent me pictures of the rim to make sure it was what I needed. Low price, an effort to make sure it was the right part, delivered when they said it was going to be delivered. Really great customer service!

This business certainly provides the most pleasant junkyard experience in my opinion. Proffessional, efficient, and interesting. You pick your part from an online catalog, that is updated every 15 minutes, then the employees do the dirty work, while you wait in the air-conditioned store/office entertained by all of the memorabilia on the walls surrounding you. Worst business practices. I drove 1.5 hours to buy a rim that they told me in a message was not bent. I get there and it bent and had tons of cut rash. And George Gardner is the person that assured me it was straight. No apologies or anything. When I call him out he said he didnt need my business anyway. I will never buy from them. And I suggest you get pics of ANY item you need from them before you head there. Oh and I got two totally different prices for the wheel from him and his employee. STAY FAR AWAY. I never Called after I left. I never threatened anyone. I told him he would last 30 seconds with me after he called me a little man. But I would be willing meet with him anytime. Google the reviews for this SHADY business.

Price for a door with no rear view side mirror or inside panal and no handle to the door was a very high ridiculous place i was also never told that the handle wouldnt be attached or the panal wasnt apart or the price or was never told that the rear view side mirror wouldnt be apart or the door. Which was total of 350 just for window and door dont go to this company they will lie telling you they said something to you over the phone when they clearly did not

Basically got told a knuckle from the dealer is 500+ and virtually impossible to find but they had it give it 5 stars all the way

Ive been dealing with Gardner auto parts for 7 yearsBuz and Ryan are the best whatever you need they have it I promise you wont be disappointed when you visit just an overall friendly and pleasant atmosphere.

Parts are way to overpriced if you look around the you will find the same parts for half of the price. Look at car-part .com you will see how much cheaper the other yards are.

After trying to purchase the dashboard trim I was told if it’s connected to the Dashboard you have to buy the entire dashboard. Then I asked if I tried to but the cluster (which is connected to the dash) do i have to buy the dash also and he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Very disrespectful and tries to rip people off to take there money. High unrecommended.

Update(I wish the owner of this place spends his time preventing these negative reviews instead of calling his customers liers and trying to come up with excuses. Here is a proof in the picture attached that I requested to return it less than two months after. It has nothing to do with ebay. This warranty is just for friends and family I guess.)When I found this place, I thought they would be my go to for parts for their reasonable prices and parts availability. I bought a transmission from them and asked what happens if the transmission doesnt work before the purchase. They said I have a 3 months warranty. A 1000 dollars in labor and 100 in parts later the transmission was no good. Only 2 months after, I called to asked about my warranty. They said it is expired. When I told them that it only has been two months, the operator very rudly repeated no warranty!They have this big place and dont have enough decency to take back their damaged flasely advertised parts. Im taking the loss on the labor and they wont even give me the little fraction of my cost back. I dont know how people like this can even run a business. Now it is my mission to warn people about their fake warranty and dishonesty. Even if I have to sue and pay more in court fees I will make this place pay for the damage theyve done. Be careful folks and always get a signed piece of paper if they say theres a warranty. Very disappointing!

Lets go ahead and update!!!!if it was not on the manifest or stated other wise nor did anyone call for weeks not days weeks about the core maybe we wouldnt have scrapped it !!!!!i have purchased literally 7 motors and transmission from Ryan...on a recorded line was told a price only for an engine !!nothing was mentioned at all on a core!! i have never made that mistake and after the phone recorded call when placing the order i proved my point it was not mentioned!now an additional $300 sorry but i think ill take my businesses else where!! good job buzz...and nice attitude about it Ryan !! keep it moving !

Years ago George Gardner helped me with a problem I was having with my 1963 VW bus. I still drive that bus and have George to thank for talking me into keeping the bus. I haven’t been in South Florida for many years I just wanted to thank George so many years ago.

I purchased the used engine from them. The experience was good.

I made a bad used engine purchase with another company and wish I hadnt. If the original company I purchased engine from gives me a refund, I will call Ryan at Gardner Auto Parts. Very personable and professional! I will be hopefully making future purchases from Gardner.

Worst, arrogant customer service. Dont go there!I called them to shop a burgundy color fender, the guy collected my card information and put hold the ordered part. I told him i drive two hours over there. When i arrived they show me a black/purple one, and when i askedabout the burgundy they tried to blame me, i ordered the wrong part. Finally they asked me, do i want to purchase it or not. I answered no, than he said have a good day, and show me the door.Before you guys start a business needs to learn some key points of the business1. Dont sell paid/hold items to somebody else2. If you sell a paid/hold item to somebody else/accidentally than call the customer to dont drive and spend time3 Dont blame the customer learn apologise...

I purchased a window from these people which they had labeled Door glass for an S10/15 Truck and when I received the window, it was not for the door side, but for the passenger side. The company refused to help out in anyway as they had bad detailed labeled. I guess thats my 80ish Dollars lost. I wont do business with them again
