Absolutely amazing customer service! They helped me get out of a nightmare into my dream car! I drove 2 and a half hours to by my car and it was worth every second of the drive. These guys are amazing! If you are getting a new car, YOU HAVE TO GO SEE THEM! Andrew was the one that helped me with my new car and he is by far the best, most helpful, and tallest salesman I have ever had! If you go there, ask for Andrew, the tallest guy in the store. He will get you exactly what you want to drive.

Lou Perri, the General manager at North Ft. Lauderdale Subaru Dealership on 855 S. Federal Hwy in Pompano was the absolute best GM I have ever had to deal with and I have been buying cars for more than 30 years! His professionalism, personable and respectful demeanor was impeccable. When it came to negotiating he was very aware of our time, our needs and did not attempt to haggle or take advantage of us in any way. In fact, it was the exact opposite! He made sure that we felt valued and got a great deal for our trade in and subsequent purchase of one of his cars. Truly the best car experience ever!Andrew Wilkinson was a great salesman who had the car I was interested in already waiting for me as I drove up. This is the first time I had ever had that happen in 30 years of car buying! He knew my name and greeted me in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and well spoken. I recently visited this location and had a great experience! I spoke with Aidan Chavez on the phone before arriving and he greeted my husband and I when we arrived. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made car shopping much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. I had heard of the reliability and durability of Subaru automobiles and liked the design, so I went to the fort Lauderdale dealership where I was greeted by Aidan Chavez, who took me for test drive of a new Subaru Crosstrek/2021 and that was it! I went in to have two recalls fixed and the difference between this place and the one in Pembroke Pines is night and day. I felt like a person being taken care of instead of an assembly line like Pembroke Pines. They are attentive and clearly disclose everything. The wait wasn’t bad and my car was spotless when it was returned to me. Hands down I found a new place to go who are friendly and efficient.

We just purchased a used vehicle from the dealership . I can say that in all our years of buying cars I have never been treated so well . All my questions were answered, I wasn’t high pressured like at other dealerships.The vehicle was in pristine condition and throughly inspected before we took ownership. The service appointment was good and professional. No issues there. However, when I purchased the car six months ago, I was talked into tacking on items that I’ll most likely never use. One of those items, which I would use, was to pre-pay three years of maintenance. The finance person pushed it and it was mentioned I had that agreement with the sales person and when meeting the service manager. Then I found out during my first visit I did not have it. It was the whole reason I went for service at this time. I’ve had buyers remorse since making this purchase, and now it’s worse. I will not be back and I will not buy another.

I’ve been to this dealership 3 different times. And all 3 visits have been negative/unpleasant. I was not going to leave a review until this most recent visit.When I came in for an oil change, which is massively overpriced, my car was backed into. I was given a rental to drive home while they repaired my car. I live 40 mins away, so it was definitely inconvenient. I was told it’d be ready Tuesday, but picked up on Friday after I called them and was told it was ready.When I finally came to pick up vehicle, the car had a really really strong smell of toxic paint. I literally felt sick on my way home. I’ve had repairs on my previous cars numerous times and have never received my car back smelling like this.I do not recommended this dealership.

If I could put zero stars I would. I was contacted by their sales team 4 weeks ago for an offer to buy my vehicle. Once I was able to go into the dealership for the team to take a full inspection I was told they could honor the price we agreed upon. Afterwards, I was told to come into the dealership again to meet yet another person to inspect the truck and get the thumbs up for approval. Another week goes by and I am ghosted by staff after I declined offers from other dealerships to make a deal, and after 4 weeks of back and forth, miscommunication, unprofessionalism, and total disrespect for my time, they tell me they cannot provide the amount I wanted with a low ball offer less than $2K than agreed upon. All of this is documented with written email confirmations from multiple members of staff to honor the sales price and was eventually shut down by upper management. This should be illegal, please avoid this dealership.

I contacted North Ft Lauderdale Subaru regarding a used Ford Fusion they had for sale. The sales man contacted me promptly but when i asked for pricing details I found out about a huge dealer doc fee(around $900) and a huge reconditioning fee(over $1000). When i asked what reconditioning they did for a car with just over 2k miles, they told me they changed the oil and filter and rotated the tires but would reduce the charge to $380. Still a ridiculous price for an oil change. As for the car price, they were $3000 over kbb.

I can’t say enough about the entire team at North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. I recently went in for a service and during the service, one of the door panels got scratched. After realizing it upon releasing my car, without question they said “let us see when our painter is in and we will take it back, give you a loaner for as long as it needed until it is fixed.”The next week they had my car back and fixed in 24 hrs. Everyone is very pleasant and customer service is without doubt, their top priority. Only Subaru dealership in south Florida I deal with anymore as I have had issues with others in the area.Thanks again to the entire team!

Out of all the Subaru dealers in the area North Fort Lauderdale Subaru and most of the new staff is garbage.Is the truth everybody thats been in the automotive business for a while talks about how there are bunch of crooks starting with the owner plus general manager and big mouth finance guy three of the biggest thieves in town.Dont give them your money run away... Buying a car is a huge decision that I put a lot of heart and thought into. After seeing and testing so many cars in different locations, this one became my last! The perfect car and I were matched with the help of Mohammad Zarrabi. He was a good listener, polite, patient and compassionate. He answered all of my questions— I had a lot. We had to wait a long time to see the finance department and he went out of his way to buy is food because he knew we had not eaten lunch after being there for 5+ hours. His customer service was great, but what I appreciated most was how transparent and honest he was being. I was so pleased with the dealership and the salesman at N Ft Lauderdale Subaru. Andrew first helped me via E-mail with a great quote on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. Traded in an older Prius for a new Forester. Big kudos to Andrew Wilkinson for helping me, and making the first part of the trade-in experience an easy and straightforward one. They were open to negotiation and I got some extra accessories included with the car to sweeten the deal (installed free of charge).Unfortunately there were some mix-ups at the back end of business. First, I was charged for a wrong accessory. Then another accessory I was supposed to get installed was not installed. I had to ask to be credited for the wrong item, and had to wait for the other part to be installed. Waiting for things to be fixed was not fun. To top things off, once the part was installed I noticed it had some slight damage (Ive been promised it will be replaced, albeit being another inconvenience for me). Needless to say this review could have been 2 stars, but Andrews help through the ordeal brought it back to 4 stars. At the end of the day I felt he fixed all the issues, and I walked out with a good deal and a great car.

Sale staff was nice, but they were not very good listeners. I was trying to explain to them exactly what I wanted and it just seemed like they were missing the point. The financial manager was very rude and would not explain the discrepancy in numbers that I was trying to inquire about. I told them I was not going to buy a car that day and that we only came to get a routine service on our Subaru, but they told the service department that we were buying a car and so they never even staring working on our car until 2 hours after being there. In fact they starting closing the service department and so I asked about out vehicle and they had to reopen to give us our car. We spent over three hours there with three kids and a pregnant wife waiting for an oil change and for them to torque four nuts. The only reason why I will give them two stars is because the service department felt super bad because they were not told what was going on and he said that he would take care of me in the future. Most dealers are the same, but usually Subaru is different, however, this dealership is like any other dealer that is focused on you buying a car and not service. Will start by saying I LOVE the car I bought. The price I paid for what I got was very fair. My salesman (Andrew) was also great. My main issue was getting my car registered, which took three months to accomplish. I registered the car in another state, which I was told would not be a problem. I get that some of the delay was because of COVID, but I had to re-visit the dealership multiple times (45 minute one way trip) to fill out additional forms or sign documents that were not filled out properly. Im sure that Im part of a small group that buys in one state and registers in another, but had the registration process been smoother, this would have easily been a 5 star review. I would definitely visit them again.

Marcus Bey and the staff were wonderful. After assessing my problem, the mechanic was able to successfully resolve the problem without replacing the entire windshield wiper mechanism. Mr. Bey explained what had been done and reviewed my bill with me.Thank you Subaru. 5 stars.

He did so in a very unaggressive manner. From the bottled waters provided to allowing my wife to bring her car days later to assess her tire pressure. Fantastic experience at Subaru of north Fort Lauderdale. I inquired about a car on Monday morning and made an appointment to test drive it later that evening. I fell in love with the car.Andrew Wilkinson in sales was very forthcoming and responsive, we worked out the deal over text messages on Tuesday. Dovelle the sales manager helped facilitate an easy deal. No haggling over dollars and cents, no typical dealership back and forth negotiations. Fantastic through the door price that was not beat by any other local dealers.The dealer was very accommodating to my hectic schedule. I came in on my lunch break the following day to finalize the deal. Alex in financing had All the paperwork prepared ahead of time and the car was waiting outside, detailed and ready to go. I signed all the paperwork and shook some hands. A half an hour later I was out of there in my new car. I got a quote from kbb about my car i was trying to sell... took it to 2 car max waiting 5 hrs and other locations carmax couldnt help me there were having trouble with the finance company.... ricky from subaru in north fort lauderdale had called me and asked me to come in.... been sitting here less than 30/45 mins and they got everything sorted no hassle whats so ever. N they matched the carmax offer....I would give them 10 out of 10 if it was possible.

Just bought a 2017 Ford Mustang with the help of salesman,Andrew Wilkinson. Our situation was unique as we started the process online showing interest in the vehicle and Andrew immediately responded the same night answering any questions I had and even making an immediate appointment with me as soon as they opened the next day. Once I informed him the car was for my son who is a new US Marine he did all he could to make sure the sale went off without a hitch so that my son could enjoy his short leave before moving on to his next duty station. He followed up with us later in the day after the sale was complete and was pleasant and NOT the typical pushy car salesman everyone hates!

Ask for Helena when you visit. She is an exceptional sales rep- cares for and actual listens to customer. Very personable and quite knowledgeable about the vehicles available. Mr bell, one of the managers is also quite personable and helpful as well. Their finance guy, Warren Hayes, should not be allowed to interact with customers - this gentleman attempted to rush the entire finance process, issues documents for signature without explanation ( unless prompted), no interest in even answering questions, got annoyed when asked to allow me a minute to confirm info before signing- he actually looked at his watch and said “ we’ll come on now”. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Apparently he had somewhere to be as after taking a call he continued his attempt to rush us through the process. His distasteful and dismissive manner was highlighted again in a flippant response of “that’s fine “ to my desire to not continue with the transaction. For someone professing to have an excess of 30 years in car sales industry he is a disgrace to Subaru and the caliber of service they strive to offer. This gentleman is a TURN OFF and measures should be taken to train him on basic tact and remind him that he is apart of a service driven industry.Had it not been for Helena and Mr Bell and their ability to take over I would have took my business elsewhere.The facility is clean and front staff inquires often if they can get customers anything while they wait.
