Took my car in for maintenance. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Waiting room was clean. Hand sanitizer available. Showroom was quiet. My car was ready on time and washed. Pricing was good. Coffee machine in lounge plus TVsVery clean facility.

I purchased a used car for 90K here and they gave it to me FILTHY. I told my salesman over 5 times on several different days that I wanted the car detailed inside and he assured me they would detail the car for me before they gave it to me. When I picked it up you can see how filthy it is from the attached photos. I do not recommend these people as they lied to me and DID NOT keep their word.

Long story short, they do not do their due diligence on used vehicles before selling them. Shortly after purchasing a used car, the battery died and needed to be replaced (we caught it soon enough that they took care of it).At the first tire rotation, 3 studs on one wheel are severely stripped and need to be replaced. The front tires are worn a lot more than the back two and we need to replace all 4. Both of these wouldve been caught had they actually inspected the tires and/or rotated them.Although the purchasing experience was fine, they clearly dont care what theyre selling you and the individual we brought this up to couldnt care less.

Sheehan Cadillac is the American Embassy of Automobiles. I travel over 10 miles to get their great service and expertise on Cadillac vehicles. Ive had maintenance service performed on my car and Ive worked with Jamie who is very knowledgeable and very helpful. This is my 1st Cadillac and my 1st SUV. Ive always been a part of the Rick Case Hyundai family for years and wanted something different this time around. Mark Ferrari is the best, made the process very very easy, I went in, told him what I wanted, and I got it! The customer service of the staff there was GREAT! I have worked at the dealership for 31 years. We always cared about the customer. Now I visited the dealership as a customer, and was worried because it was sold to Sheehan, and all the mechanics and management have changed. But not to worry they are just as good if not better. Jim Reardon Is the best servicewriter very professional. I have worked with alot of service managers in my 31 years and Darrell is rated right there with the best, he doesnt stop working he trys to make the dealership better. The mechanic Tony was put under alot of pressure with my truck but handled very professional. One of the best engine and transmission mechanics is Jim Parker, fixed my problem the first time in.

I just purchased 2021 Cadillac Escalade. I love the car however, no one knows how to service the electronic (navigation) system of the vehicle. Every time I start the the truck, one particular radio station comes on. I can not stop this from happening. I felt, because it seemed as a trivial matter in their minds. I did not receive the urgency from the services staff that I felt was necessary. Imagine starting your vehicle every day with one particular station blurring out every time. Never having the control to stop it from happening. Frustrating!

From start to completion of service Jamie Wells was amazing! Called in about our 2013 Cadillac CTS Coupe and he was the one who answered. Jamie was honest as well as accommodating. I ended up showing up a day ahead of when I was suppose to for service (on accident) but he still took us in. He also assisted in a loaner vehicle during the time of service. Within less than 24 hours the car was ready and he was able to get the headlight fixed as well! Thank you so much! I highly recommend asking for Jamie Wells for a pleasurable customer service experience.

I found a car I had been searching for at Sheehan Cadillac. My son and his wife accompanied me to go have a look at a beautiful 2019 Cadillac CT6-V. The car was displayed in a very neat, clean and spacious showroom with very high ceilings. The salesman Sal, came over to talk with us and answer any questions about the car. Sal was very easy to talk with and presented himself in a very calming and friendly manner. We were encouraged to look the car over, taking as much time as we wanted. When we enquired about starting up the car to listen to the engine and exhaust note the keys were quickly fetched and we listened to the fabulous sounds of Cadillacs best engine ever produced since the 1930s V-16. We spent about an hour and then, we needed to leave for a dinner engagement. At no time did we feel pressured to stay and close a deal and that was a very pleasant experience which I’m grateful for. I left my name and phone number with the Salesman Sal. The next day he texted me to tell me it was a pleasure to meet us and asked if we had any questions, to please let him know as hed get the answers for me. Over the weekend and Monday, I reviewed the car and the many photos the dealer had posted on-line along with getting everything ready if we came to an agreement on a purchase.Late that afternoon, I contacted the salesman with some numbers concerning the purchase and some items I wanted addressed. Sal met with his sales manager and then called me to come in to answer some questions the sales manager had and so they could assess my Cadillac trade-in. We all quickly found we were all satisfied and we would go forward with the purchase. The contract was drawn up and presented, we all signed, I met with the finance manager Scott to close out the finances. Scott was very personable and thorough. He made the whole process very easy, explaining any options for the financing and extended warranty if I was interested. There was no pressure or hard selling and being a good buyer that was very pleasant once again. Soon we neared the end, the car was filled with a fresh tank of premium gas, my license plate was transferred and mounted on the car and I was on my way after only 90 minutes. My wifes lexus lease agreement is getting expired and Im considering a car right now. They offered me a very helpless seller, Mike. because lease agreement only gets expired in a month and a half, the seller wasnt trying to help me and was being helpless. I was going to ask him to help me look at a XT4, but I couldnt ask him since his face expression showed me that I had to leave and not bother him. Its very disappointing that the first experience with Cadillac was a fail. :(

Our trip to Sheehan Cadillac was absolutely amazing. Their staff advisor (Jamie) was awesome in giving straight forward information about our vehicles, the cost and the amount of time needed to get the job done. The staff in general was courteous, helpful, and friendly. We took 2 vehicles in for maintenance and repairs thinking we would need a loaner, but they repair one in just under 2 hours and we picked up the second one the following day. My mom has been going to their repair shop for years. A couple of weeks ago, she went in for routine maintenance, like she always does. Everything was fine until 3 days later when her clutch stopped working. She had to have the car towed back to the shop. When they examined it, they discovered that the clutch had gone out (the fluid was gone) and the steering. She looked on the pay and it said that there was supposed to be a 360 (of similar number) point inspection. So, when you think of an inspection such as that, you’d think they’d check everything. She asked them what the inspection entailed, and no one seemed to give her a straight answer. They danced around it. So, when the estimate came in, everything came up to $7,800. My mom’s car is a 2007. There was no way she was paying that much for a 13-year-old car to be repaired. We both thought it was outrageous what they were trying to charge. My mom had to have it towed to another repair shop. When he inspected it, he and calculated everything in, he charged almost $6000 less than what they had estimated. We were shocked. He did the steering and the clutch, and it took him a day to complete. My mom’s car drives like it’s new. I am so disappointed in Sheehan Cadillac and the way they treated my mother, a loyal customer for years. The way they gave her the run around regarding the inspection and tried to charge almost $8000 for repairs. Only for the customer service associate to tell her “you might as well get a new car”. Are you kidding me! It’s ridiculous how they took no responsibility for anything. If you’re a mechanic and you’re doing an inspection on the car, you should know what to look for and what to inspect. The fact that they couldn’t tell us what the inspection entailed was a complete red flag for us. This isn’t the first problem my mom has had with this repair shop, due to something they messed up again. The owner had to get involved in that. I sure hope it is the last time she ever goes there. I don’t think she will be going back to them after the way they treated her and this situation.

I called Sheehan Cadillac, regarding a recall notice, on my daughters 2003 Pontiac Vibe. Jamie took my call, and then Jamie took care of everything! Turns out, there was 3 recalls on the car, all minor but necessary. We just took ownership 6 months ago! Jamie brought a couple of other safety issues to my attention, as well as the immediate need for two tires. He found the size we needed and at a great price too! The car was also washed before being returned. Absolutely would recommend Sheehan Cadillac for any and all service needs! They treated me like i pulled in, in a Cadillac, not a 2003 Pontiac Vibe! Very surprised at Sheehan, such a reputable dealer and my family has bought a new Escalade & XT4 here. I inquired about a used 2010 CTS-V that I saw posted for $25K, it was still getting prepped, then when I reached back out to set up to see it, it was now $30K. I questioned why, the sales guy replied the price went up because we received a lot of calls on it. It’s equivalent to price gouging or false advertising. Very surprised, may be time to bring my family elsewhere, shady practice.Edit: the response from Sheehan is even worse, it’s due to the fact that they received calls on the car, had nothing to do with the reconditioning process as you can see from my screenshot of our conversation. Just went to Sheehan Cadillac service department in Pompano Beach today. My wife got a nail in her front tire and it was leaking pretty badly. I called Jim Reardon in the service department at 3:30. He told me to come down and they took care of the tire. They were exceptional and very nice. We have a four year lease on a 2020 XT4 and will be servicing the vehicle therefor the entire time. Mark Ferrari was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We spoke with him several times a day over the course of an entire week in deciding what automobile was the right choice for us (in person, on the phone and via text message!). Mark is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. It was a tough decision to lease with a new dealership (we had a previous relationship with another Cadillac dealership in the area), but made the switch in large part because Mark was so helpful and pleasant to deal with.General Manager, Michael Kelly also assisted us. Great professional dealership. Brought my 05 300k mile Duramax in for an oil/filter change back in December when I was passing through and they had it done same day within a couple hours for a little under $100 and even washed it for me. Thanks guys for getting my truck in so fast and getting it done quickly, not to mention thanks even more for the complimentary wash since it was pretty dirty! Ive been shopping for a new (slightly used) car now off/on for the last year. My last purchase was 12 years ago of a 2002 Cadillac Escalade which Ive practically driven the wheels off of. Usually when your car is at the dealer, a phone call from them means “you have a 1000 more problems than you thought when you arrived and now we need you to pay for them”. I recently brought my caddie in for maintenance/service and new tires. My husband is VERY picky about tires. Jamie recommended we try the Continentals. He was not pushy, but informative and knowledgeable. Jamie was 100% right about the tires. My car glides on the road, they are quite and feel aerodynamic. Walked in and was not warmly greeted. Went to the service department to see a vehicle being sold by another dealer that was there for service. I was told to see Keith. After acknowledging I was there I waited for 20 minutes while the 4 other service reps did nothing. Finally, Keith is done with his customer. Keith then decides to attend another customer that just walks in at the last minute fully aware I was waiting for him.I wanted to possibly buy a certified pre owned from Sheehan if this car didn’t fit. I didn’t even bother looking after the piss poor treatment. Horrible customer service.My dad just passed away. I wanted to buy the car as a remembrance of him. I always believed in seeing and inspecting any used vehicle prior to Purchase. But I was out of state and COVID made it difficult for me to come to this dealership.The fact the vehicle is Cadillac certified, and has a good clean Carfax made me go against my own ruleUpon arrival I immediately noticed multiple deep scratches on the body and a large dent on the rear right fender. I considered this might have occurred during shipping, however the shipping documents showed the same defects existed prior to picking up the car.The dealer signature on the shipping document verifies knowledge ofthese same issues.The first drive exposed two other issues:1- Transmissions shuddering and not shifting property2-Cue Screen system freeze and not responding to any inputI have asked specifically about these two issues prior to the purchase and I was assured that the car was in an excellent condition all around and I have nothing to worry about.Obviously, they were feeding me lies the entire time.Learn from my experience and go somewhere else...Good luck,

Working with the folks at Sheehan Cadillac has been an absolute pleasure. Im not a car buyer, Im actually a vendor providing 360 virtual tours of the location and vehicle interiors, but when trying to determine if a car dealer is professional and fair its more important to see how they act with people who are not buying a car. We purchased a 2019 XT5 Cadillac from salesman Michael Simpson and received excellent customer service from him the entire time we were in the dealership. We had to return 2 days later to finalize everything and received the same treatment - Excellent - AND it was on his day off! Just got the new 2019 XT4 From Sheehan Cadillac.Mark Ferrari, the sales man I dealt with, got me the car that I wanted with the accessories that I wanted in one day in one day and gave me great service They took my old caddy in trade and gave me a very fair deal. Update: 12-18-2017: Had to deal with a check engine light issue in a 2013 ATS. Brian G did everything possible to troubleshoot the problem before having to roll it in for service. I know quite a bit about cars, and from what I witnessed, he took every step in an honest and ethical manner. It was determined that it did need service and the problem was covered under my warranty. Best of all, the level of communication and customer relations was better than any dealership service department I have ever experienced. Kudos to Sheehan Cadillac once again.Update: Everything went great. Sheila ROCKS!! They still have a part on back order, but Im sure it will be a seamless process.Initial Experience: Just dropped off a car this morning for warranty work. Sheila is definitely a great Service Rep to deal with. VERY polite and respectful. I hope that the relationship continues on this track. I will check back in, once I pick up the car, to rate the entire experience. Cadillac... thank you for making ownership so much better than Acura... so far, so good.

Bought an Escalade there yesterday, there was an issue with the CUE system not working properly and they got it fixed for me before I drove off the lot which was much appreciated. Giving 4 stars because after I paid for the car they were only willing to put 4 gallons of gas into the tank. Was just expecting more after paying 40k for a vehicle, was almost insulting they would do so little. Would have been better if they just never brought it up!

DONT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! Unless you want your engine to fail after a little over a year. And you know, that’s not their responsibility at this point as they say.. maybe don’t sell cars that catastrophically fail so soon! I thought this was a reputable dealership.. Apparently not. I would never recommend Sheehan Cadillac to anyone and would never buy a car here ever again. This is absolutely unacceptable to buy a car and have engine failure after only 27,000 miles.
