Thanks to the guys at ICA collision for fixing my car. Couldn’t have asked for a better job.

This is the only shop I take my cars to for any body work. No shop is perfect but the guys at this shop has restored my vehicles as close as humanly possible to perfection. The manager is very patient with customers and is willing to go back and fix any mistakes when I them out. This is what great customer service is all about.

Took my Ford F150 to another shop and they couldnt fix it because it was made of aluminum. Then I took it to this shop. The technician that helped me was polite and patient and explained to me the ins and out of the repair process. I was very impressed by their work. My truck was done in less than 2 weeks.

They did a great work on my car and helped me deal with the insurance company. The staff were very polite and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. Overall I am very happy with the experience and will be bringing my vehicle again if I ever get into another accident.

I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary by fixing her car when she was out of town. I took her car to this shop to get it done. These guys dont mess around. I was expecting to have the car done in a week but they were able to finish it in 4 days. The car was given back to me clean and looked like it had just been taken out of the dealers lot.

I am very pleased with the shop service. I got into a bad accident with my brand new Toyota Tacoma. I was going to take it to the dealer, but the dealer told me I had to wait for three weeks for an opening spot. My friend referred me to this body shop. They were very courteous and took care of my insurance claim for me. They arranged a rental for me at the local Enterprise and repaired my car in less than three weeks. Now it looks like it just came out of the dealership. They exceeded my expectations and I will refer my family and friends to this place.

The Services and Information provided to me by Chris was amazing! He really knows his information and he had great communication skills. It did not matter when I called him, he always provided me with the information that I needed. He worked with my insurance company and made sure that they did the best thing for my claim! If in the future I have any issues with my vehicle, I know where to take it! Looks may be deceiving with this place, but don’t be fooled! They are Great!!!!

The staff at this shop did a superb job on my 2015 Nissan Altima. I got rear ended on the freeway on March. Long story short, they handled my claim from beginning to the end through the insurance of the person who hit me and provided me with a rental car while my car was being repaired. When my car was done, it looked like new. 100% hassle free. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I got my 2017 Honda Accord fixed at this shop. I wrecked my car very bad. At first I was really frustrated by the accident. The manager was very easy to talk to and made the process easy and comfortable for me. He called me twice a week to provide update of the repair process and took care of the insurance claim. I only had to talk to my agent once. When the repairs were done my car looked like it had just come out of the dealership. I give this shop a 5+star rating.

David has become a personal friend and trusted repair person. They have given me loaners, arranged for reasonable rentals, let me make payments etc. while doing pristine and excellent work on my cars over a span of more than 10 years. Last night my friend got into an accident. and with my AAA account only having 7 miles of towing available, Andre came to us and offered that the car would be fixed at his place if we had full coverage insurance. Even when we just had liability, he still let us keep the car there overnight with the acception that we cover the extra miles charge from the towing. $36 is much better than $150 to get it back to my house. Very helpful people who got us out of an expensive situation.

I had a 2013 Lexus IS 350 . Shop helped me with a loaner car which could cause me so much money, and they know how to negotiate with insurance since the insurance were pushing me around . I am really thankful that I found this shop and very happy with the repair . My front end was all completely done, and now no one can even tell I was in an accident beforeThanks guys
