The Henry gentlemen that helped me convert from Verizon to TMoble at the Plainview store were great. They made it easy. If the TMoble phone service is a good as their people in that store this will be a wonderful transition.

I’ve been to different T-Mobiles around the area and this store is by far the best. The employees in the store made me feel like wasn’t just another sale and made the switch very smooth and stress free. Highly recommend trying this location out.

Employee John refuses to wear a face mask, even though theres a sign stating all employees and customers must wear one. He says its stupid.

I had an amazing experience at plainview t-mobile. Arthur and Miles were so helpful. I am not very good at doing technical things and I came in about 5:00. They helped me even past closing because they knew I didn’t know what to do. I didn’t realize it would take so long and they were so kind about everything. I kept apologizing and they were amazing. This is the store I will always come back to. I had the best experience ever. They are so kind and helpful. Thank you!!!!

Amazingly knowledgeable personnel and incredibly helpful. Transferred 2 phones over and lost no data, explained the whole process as they went and got us all set up before leaving the store. Best tmobile store and crew in the area. Worth going a little extra distance to go to this store. A+++

I went in with my father to sign up for 2 new lines. They were so patient, helpful and not pushy at all. All of our questions were answered and our phones were set up perfectly. I definitely would recommend them.

I visited this T-Mobile store in June 2019. I was informed by a salesperson that they were running a promotion and that for being a new T-Mobile customer, Id receive the XR iPhone for free. I was super excited and switched over. About a week later, I view my T-Mobile account and there was a charge of $31.24 for equipment. In other words, I was being charged monthly for the new phone. I went back to the store an additional 2x where the salesperson apologized for his error stating that I needed two lines in order to receive the XR iPhone for free. The manager claimed that he would try to fix the problem and that he would contact me after the 4th of July---that never happened. I called the store and spoke with the manager who said the best he could do is credit my account for $50. I went from a free phone to a charge of $750 and he wanted to give me $50????? How is this just? They refused to be held accountable for their error and would not absorb a fair amount of the cost. I doubt this establishment would claim bankruptcy if they corrected their mistake. I will never visit this store again. Make note of their unprofessional and disgusting business practices.

Cody and Arthur should train personnel in. kings park and West Babylon. Very professional and their phone introduction gave me the trust to keep my lines with tmobile after many years of poor customer service. Did not receive survey from tmobile this time usually bombarded and no resolutions to my responses lol. Hand issues so cant type now. Now I have a new phone and services and apps I can use. All those years of paying for services that I didnt have.and incompetent and uncaring personnel.....no way to treat anyone, senior citizen or not.

Outstanding service and very professional! Arthur and John helped me pick out a new XR iphone for my girlfriend for our anniversary. The quickest and easiest expirience I had at a cell store, I highly reccomend.
